Organic solar cells (OSCs) harvesting indoor light are highly promising for emerging technologies, such as internet of things. Herein, the photovoltaic performance of PTB7-Th:PC71BM solar cells constructed using “optimized (with 1,8-diiodooctane (DIO))” and “non-optimized (without DIO)” processing conditions are compared for indoor and outdoor applications. We find that in comparison to the “optimized” solar cell, the “non-optimized” solar cell is less efficient under simulated solar light illumination (100 mW cm−2, spectral range 350–1100 nm), owing to significant bimolecular charge carrier recombination losses. However, under simulated indoor illumination (3.28 mW cm−2, spectral range 400–700 nm), bimolecular recombination losses are effective suppressed, thus the power conversion efficiency of the solar cell without DIO was increased to 14.7 %, higher than that of the solar cell with DIO (14.2 %). These results suggest that the common strategy used to optimize the OSCs could be undesired for indoor OSCs. We demonstrate that the efforts for realizing the desired “morphology” of the active layer for the outdoor OSCs may be unnecessary for indoor OSCs, allowing us to realize high-efficiency indoor OSCs using a non-halogenated solvent.  相似文献

Crystal engineering, as a burgeoning technology, has been widely used to construct metalloporphyrins biomimetic catalysts. Herein, a bimetallic metal-organic framework (MOF) was constructed by 4-(4-carboxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole ligand, Co2+ and Zr4+ metal ions by solvothermal reaction(named PFC-88). A N,N-chelation site was found between the two adjacent ligands in PFC-88, consequently a porphyrin-like structure was obtained through chelating Fe3+ in this site by post-modification, named PFC-88-Fe. The result of a single crystal X-ray technology verified that Fe ions were successfully metalated in the N,N-chelation site of PFC-88, which is assisted by the X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES) spectra. An o-phenylenediamine oxidation reaction was applied to assessing the catalytic activity of PFC-88-Fe, in which the absorbance increases of phenazine-2,3-diamine at λ=418 nm were recorded by absorption spectroscopy in kinetic mode, exhibiting the application potential as a biomimetic catalyst.  相似文献

铈基催化剂由于其特殊的氧化还原性能在催化反应中得到了广泛应用,在非均相催化反应中其表面性质尤为重要.二氧化铈晶格中的氧缺陷对表面催化反应起着非常重要的作用,而二氧化铈可以有效调节催化剂表面酸碱性,修饰催化活性中心的结构,提高催化剂的储放氧能力,增强其结构稳定性和提高活性组分的分散度等.我们分别从二氧化铈催化剂的制备方法、催化剂活性位点和种类、氧缺陷性质及与催化性能之间的构效关系、纯二氧化铈及作为载体的二氧化铈基催化材料催化燃烧挥发性有机物等方面综述了二氧化铈基催化剂的最新研究进展.最后提出了二氧化铈基催化剂在挥发性有机物治理应用中的建议与展望.  相似文献

The recent developments in the application of single-crystalline (SC) cathode materials in solid-state batteries are discussed in this mini-review. The characteristics of SC and poly-crystalline (PC) cathode materials are explored, with emphasis on the kinetic and mechanical properties. The critical factors influencing their performance in liquid electrolyte and solid-state battery cells are investigated. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of both morphologies are discussed and considerations to ensure a fair comparison between SC and PC cathodes in different systems are raised.  相似文献

利用等离子增强原子层沉积技术(PEALD)在c面蓝宝石衬底上制备了氧化镓(Ga2O3)薄膜,研究了退火气氛(v(N2)∶v(O2)=1∶1(体积比)、空气和N2)及退火时间对Ga2O3薄膜晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性质的影响。研究结果表明,退火前的氧化镓处于亚稳态,不同退火气氛下退火后晶体结构发生明显改变,而且退火气氛中N2比例增加有利于Ga2O3重结晶。在N2气氛下退火达到30 min,薄膜结构已由亚稳态转变成择优取向的β-Ga2O3。而且表面形貌分析表明,退火30 min后表面形貌开始趋于稳定,表面晶粒密度不再增加。另外实验样品在 400~800 nm的平均透射率几乎是100%,且光吸收边陡峭。采用N2气氛退火,对于富氧环境下沉积的Ga2O3更利于薄膜表面原子迁移,以及择优取向Ga2O3重结晶。  相似文献

In this research, we investigated the synthesis of a novel water-soluble bis azo pyrazolin-5-one (ABP) which was synthesized efficiently via the regioselective reaction of hydrazine with coumarin hydrazone (CMH). Also, we evaluate their anti-corrosion and anti-bacterial behavior. The inhibition efficiency of ABP in an acidic medium (1.0 M HCl) was evaluated using various electrochemical and surface morphology measurements. The novel bis pyrazole-based azo dye ABP (16 × 10?6 M) demonstrated a higher protection capacity (93.3 %). Tafel curves revealed that ABP was a mixed-type inhibitor. The adsorption of ABP on the C-steel (CS) surface is proven by the alteration in (Rct and Cdl) impedance characteristics and obeyed the Langmuir isotherm model. SEM/EDX, AFM, and XPS surface examinations confirmed the enhancement of an adsorbed film protects the CS surface from acid corrosion at the appropriate dose. Furthermore, theoretical calculations using DFT and MC simulations were performed to identify the active sites on ABP molecules in charge of the adsorption and surface protection of the CS. The adsorption of bis pyrazole-based azo dye on the metal surface explained the protection mechanism. Moreover, the ABP screened for its antimicrobial activity against sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), and the calculated inhibition efficiency was 100 %. The current work presents significant results in manufacturing and producing novel water-soluble bis pyrazole-based azo dye derivative with high anti-corrosion and anti-microbial efficiency.  相似文献

梨在储藏、包装和运输等过程中均可能发生不同程度的机械损伤,若不及时剔除损伤梨,损伤可能会逐渐严重而演变成腐烂,造成严重的经济损失。为建立一种梨早期损伤检测及损伤时间评估的快速、无损检测方法,采用高光谱图像结合迁移学习模型对损伤早期水晶梨进行识别。以无损伤、挤压损伤24 h和挤压损伤48 h的水晶梨为研究对象,应用高光谱成像系统采集样品的高光谱图像,共获取无损伤、挤压损伤24 h和挤压损伤48 h的水晶梨高光谱图像各80帧。对高光谱图像进行主成分分析,选择主成分图像4,5,6(PC4,PC5,PC6)作为检测水晶梨损伤的特征图像,将3个主成分图像拼接后进行数据扩充共得到无损伤、挤压损伤24 h和挤压损伤48 h的特征图像各160帧。按照9∶1比例划分样本训练集和测试集后,分别建立了支持向量机(SVM)、k-近邻(k-NN)和基于ResNet50网络的迁移学习损伤识别模型。SVM、k-NN和基于ResNet50网络的迁移学习模型对测试集样本总体识别准确率分别为83.33%,85.42%和93.75%,基于ResNet50网络的迁移学习模型识别效果最佳,其对测试集中无损伤、挤压损伤24 h和挤压损伤48 h的样本正确识别率分别达到100%,83%和95%。该研究结果表明,高光谱图像技术结合基于ResNet50网络的迁移学习模型可实现水晶梨早期损伤检测,并对损伤时间有较好的预测效果,且损伤时间越长,识别准确率越高。  相似文献

Energy components used in solid rocket propellants are beneficial for improving the energy performance, and their thermal decomposition characteristics significantly affect the combustion properties of the propellants. As a kind of energetic material with both high energy and low sensitivity (impact and friction), 5, 5'-bistetrazole-1, 1'-diolate (TKX-50) can effectively improve the energy and safety characteristics of solid propellants. Burning catalyst is another important component of solid propellants, which can significantly improve the burning rate of the propellant and reduce the pressure exponent. Among various burning catalysts, nanoscale transition metal oxides can promote the thermal decomposition of the energetic component, thus enhancing the combustion properties of the solid propellant. However, the catalytic effects of nanoscale transition metal oxides with different morphologies on the thermal decomposition of TKX-50 have rarely been studied. Based on the excellent catalytic activity of Fe2O3 for TKX-50 thermal decomposition, nano-Fe2O3 particles with spherical and tubular microstructures were used for TKX-50 thermal decomposition. The Fe2O3 nanoparticles were successfully fabricated via the solvothermal method and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses. The XRD, FT-IR, and XPS results confirmed the successful fabrication of spherical and tubular Fe2O3 samples. The SEM and TEM images showed that the spherical Fe2O3 samples are composed of agglomerated Fe2O3 nanoparticles with an average particle size of 110 nm. In addition, the average diameter and length of hollow tubular Fe2O3 nanoparticles are 120 nm and 200 nm, respectively. The catalytic activities of spherical and tubular Fe2O3 for TKX-50 decomposition were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods. The DSC and TG-DTG curves showed that both tubular and spherical Fe2O3 could effectively promote TKX-50 thermal decomposition. The first thermal decomposition peak temperature (TFDP) of TKX-50 was reduced by 36.5 K and 26.3 K in the presence of tubular and spherical Fe2O3, respectively, at 10 K·min1. The activation energy (Ea) of TKX-50, determined by the iso-conversional method, was significantly reduced in the presence of both tubular and spherical Fe2O3. The results indicated that the microstructure of the catalyst has a significant effect on its catalytic performance for TKX-50 thermal decomposition, and that tubular Fe2O3 with hollow microstructure possesses better catalytic activity than spherical Fe2O3. The excellent catalytic activity of tubular Fe2O3 can be attributed to the hollow microstructure, which has more active sites for TKX-50 thermal decomposition.  相似文献

采用前体二胺N,N’-(3-胺基苯基)-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶(1)和5,5’-亚甲基双水杨醛(2)进行缩合反应得到含酚羟基的 [1+1] 席夫碱大环L1, 将其中席夫碱C=N双键还原得到环状骨架更具柔性的饱和大环L2. 通过1H NMR、FABMS和元素分析等对大环组成进行了表征, 并通过X射线单晶衍射解析了两个大环的晶体结构. 采用UV-Vis 光谱滴定技术对大环与系列阴离子的络合作用进行了考察, 结果表明席夫碱大环L1对四面体构型的阴离子H2PO4-、 HP2O73-和H2P2O72-有明显的选择性识别作用, 进一步通过UV-Vis 光谱、核磁滴定等技术获得了识别反应的配位比及平衡常数(K), L1对3个磷酸阴离子的络合能力依H2PO4-、HP2O73-和H2P2O72-顺序递增。  相似文献

The aqueous solution chemistry of niobium is underexplored, and well characterized aqua complexes are scarce. In this contribution, a new niobium aqua complex was obtained by treatment of Zn‐reduced ethanolic solution of NbCl5 with HCl in the presence of a selenide source (ZnSe). This is the first example of selenium containing aqua complex of niobium. The yellow‐green aqua complex was isolated by cation‐exchange chromatography and transformed into corresponding isothiocyanate complex by ligand exchange, which was crystallized as (PyH)4.5[H1.5Nb4SeO5(NCS)10] · 0.5H2O. X‐ray structural analysis revealed a metal‐metal bonded tetranuclear {Nb44‐Se)(μ2‐O)5}4+ core with a capping μ4‐Se ligand.  相似文献
