Amino-acid derived cross-conjugated trienes were used as a starting point for the synthesis of a discovery library of over 200 polycyclic 5-iminooxazolidin-2-ones, hydantoins, and acylureas. The main feature of this library synthesis is a triple branching strategy, which provides efficient access to five skeletally diverse scaffolds. In addition, four sets of building blocks were applied in both a front end and a back end diversification strategy. Multiple fused rings were obtained by cyclization of diamides with phosgene and stereoselective Diels-Alder reactions with maleimides. The 5-iminooxazolidin-2-one scaffold was rearranged into the isomeric hydantoin scaffold through a sequence of ring-opening and ring-closing reactions. 相似文献

A library of 32 members of 3,4-dihydro-3-oxo-2H-1,4-benzoxazines has been synthesized from two substituted 2-aminophenols via microwave-assisted one-pot regioselective annulation of 2-bromoalkanoates and subsequent Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling of the chloro-substituted scaffolds. The latter transformation was carried out using our Aphos–Pd(OAc)2 catalyst and the coupling of the aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids proceeded under mild reaction conditions at 60–80 °C in THF–H2O (10:1) in the presence of K3PO4·3H2O as the base to furnish the corresponding biaryl products in 80–98% yields. 相似文献

Attitude maneuver of liquid-filled spacecraft with an appendage as a cantilever beam by momentum wheel is studied.The dynamic equations are derived by conservation of angular momentum and force equilibrium principle.A feedback control strategy of the momentum wheel is applied for the attitude maneuver.The residual nutation of the spacecraft in maneuver process changes with some chosen parameters,such as steady state time,locations of the liquid container and the appendage,and appendage parameters.The results indicate that locations in the second and fourth quadrants of the body-fixed coordinate system and the second quadrant of the wall of the main body are better choices for placing the liquid containers and the appendage than other locations if they can be placed randomly.Higher density and thicker cross section are better for lowering the residual nutation if they can be changed.Light appendage can be modeled as a rigid body,which results in a larger residual nutation than a flexible model though.The residual nutation decreases with increasing absolute value of the initial sloshing angular height. 相似文献
