Studying the vibrational behavior of feed drive systems is important for enhancing the structural performance of computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The preload on the screw and nut position have a great influence on the vibration characteristics of the feed drive as two very important operational conditions. Rotational acceleration of the screw also affects the performance of the CNC feed drive when machining small parts. This paper investigates the influence of preload and nut position on the vibration characteristics of the feed drive system of a CNC metal cutting machine in order to be able to eliminate an observed resonance occurred at high rotational speeds of the screw, corresponding to high feed rates. Additionally, rational structural parameters of the feed drive system are selected in order to increase the rotational acceleration for improving the performance of the CNC machine. Experiments and analyses showed that by selecting specific parameters of feed drive system and simultaneously applying a certain value of preload, a 97% increase in rotational acceleration and 30% time reduction considering the vibration resistance at high rotational speeds can be achieved.  相似文献

近年来,机器学习等人工智能技术被应用于蛋白质工程,其在蛋白质结构、功能预测、催化活性等研究中具有独特优势。在未知蛋白质结构的情况下,将蛋白质序列和功能特性与机器学习相结合,基于序列-活性关系(innovative sequence-activity relationship,ISAR)算法,将蛋白质氨基酸序列数字化,用快速傅里叶变换(fast four transform,FFT)进行预处理,再进行偏最小二乘回归建模,可在数据集较少情况下拟合得到最佳模型。通过机器学习对紫色球杆菌视紫红质(gloeobacter violaceus rhodopsin,GR)的突变体蛋白质氨基酸序列与光谱最大吸收波长进行建模,获得了最佳模型。用最佳索引LEVM760106建模得到的确定系数R2 为0.944,均方误差E为11.64。用小波变换进行的预处理,其R2 虽也约为0.944,但E大于11.64,不及FFT进行的预处理。方法较好地解决了蛋白质序列与功能特性之间的数学建模问题,在蛋白质工程中可为预测更优的突变体提供支持。  相似文献

Recent developments in the study of the formation of self-assembled surfactant structures and multilayers at the solid-solution interface are presented. It covers a wide range of phenomena, but in this review the main focus is on the surface structures formed from dilute solution in the presence of electrolyte and in more concentrated solutions. Their formation under those conditions are set in the wider context of the more extensive observations of their occurrence in more complex polymer-surfactant mixtures. Although the sequential adsorption methods using layer-by-layer approaches are more well established for polyelectrolytes and their associated mixtures, the main emphasis is on the self-assembly. The opportunities to manipulate wetting properties and to generate enhanced wetting characteristics are discussed. The potential applications, modifying wetting behaviour, efficient near surface reservoir for enhanced and prolonged delivery of active components, and for the development of a range of smart functionalised surfaces are highlighted.  相似文献

We define Euler characteristics on classes of residually finite and virtually torsion free groups and we show that they satisfy certain formulas in the case of amalgamated free products and HNN extensions over finite subgroups. 静压推力轴承动态特性受润滑油黏度、油膜厚度和油腔面积等因素影响, 极端工况运行过程中经常承受阶跃载荷或正弦载荷作用, 突加载荷将导致静压推力轴承动态特性改变, 表现为轴承的抗冲击能力和恢复平衡所需时间的变化. 为获得高速重载微间隙极端工况条件下双矩形腔静压推力轴承动态特性, 分别在不同油膜厚度、不同润滑油黏度以及不同油腔尺寸条件下对双矩形腔静压推力轴承的动态性能进行理论分析, 探讨了阶跃载荷作用下润滑油黏度、油膜厚度和油腔面积对轴承动态性能的影响, 揭示了油膜动态变化规律, 探究了正弦载荷作用下双矩形腔静压推力轴承的稳定性. 结果表明: 润滑油黏度、油膜厚度和油腔尺寸变化对其动态性能有很大的影响. 润滑油黏度越大、油膜厚度越小、油腔面积越大突加载荷作用下润滑油膜抵抗冲击的能力越强, 旋转工作台受到突加外力作用下恢复至平衡状态所用时间越短. 双矩形腔静压推力轴承油膜具有较大的阻尼系数, 轴承具有极强的抵抗正弦加载作用的能力   相似文献

LEA (Late Embryogenesis Abundant) proteins are abundant in plants and play a crucial role in abiotic stress tolerance. In our work, we primarily focused on the variations in physiochemical properties, conserved domains, secondary structure, gene ontology and evolutionary relationships among 40 LEA proteins of Triticum aestivum (common wheat). Wheat LEA protein belongs to first 6 classes out of the 13 classes present in LEApdB, the comprehensive database for LEA proteins. Proteins belonging to each LEApdB class have structures and functions distinguished from other classes. The study found three different conserved LEA domains in Triticum aestivum. One important domain was dehydrin, present in wheat proteins of classes 1, 2 and 4, though varied in sequence level, have similar biological processes. The study also found sequence level and phylogenetic similarity between dehydrin domains of class 1 and 4, but distinct from that of LEApdB class 2. This study also demonstrated functional diversity in two class 6 proteins occurred due to many destabilizing mutations in the LEA4 domain that caused alteration of ligand binding and conformational shift from 310-helix → turn within the domain. The LEA4 domains of these proteins also showed functional similarity and evolutionary relatedness with three other proteins of genus Aegilops, denoting that these proteins in Triticum aestivum were derived from its ancestor Aegilops. The study also assigned LEApdB class 4 to an unclassified LEA protein ‘WZY2-1’ based on amino acid composition, conserved domain, motif architecture and phylogenetic relatedness with class 4 proteins. Our study has revealed a detailed analysis of LEA proteins in Triticum aestivum and can serve as a pillar for further investigations and comparative analysis of wheat LEA proteins with other cereal or plant types.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of austenitic stainless steel (Type 304) in 3 M sulfuric acid with 3.5% recrystallized sodium chloride at specific concentrations of butan-1-ol was investigated with the aid of potentiodynamic polarization, open circuit measurement and weight loss technique. Butan-1-ol effectively inhibited the steel corrosion with a maximum inhibition efficiency of 78.7% from weight-loss analysis and 80.9% from potentiodynamic polarization test at highest concentration studied. Adsorption of the compound obeyed the Freundlich isotherm. Thermodynamic calculations reveal physiochemical interactions and spontaneous adsorption mechanism. Surface characterizations showed the absence of corrosion products and topographic modifications of the steel. Statistical analysis depicts the overwhelming influence and statistical significance of inhibitor concentration on the inhibition performance.  相似文献

利用失重分析、 极化曲线、 电化学阻抗谱和扫描电子显微镜等研究了辛烷基二甲基苄基季铵盐离子液体(ODBA)对1 mol/L盐酸溶液中Q235钢的缓蚀性能, 并分析了其在Q235钢表面的吸附行为. 失重分析结果表明, 随着ODBA浓度的增加, 缓蚀效率逐渐提高, 在ODBA质量浓度为0.2 g/L、 温度为30 ℃时, 缓蚀效率可达95.53%; 电化学测试结果与失重分析结果一致; 热力学研究结果表明, ODBA在碳钢表面的吸附是放热过程, 且遵循Langmuir吸附等温线, 是以化学吸附为主的混合型吸附; 同步热分析测试表明ODBA具有良好的热稳定性.  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯为母体、 对氯甲基苯乙烯为季铵化试剂, 合成了一种具有疏水结构的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯型离子液体(DEMA). 通过失重实验、 电化学分析、 原子力显微镜(AFM)、 接触角测试和量子化学计算等研究了DEMA在1 mol/L盐酸中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能, 并揭示了其在Q235钢表面的吸附行为和吸附机理. 失重实验结果表明, DEMA在盐酸中对Q235钢具有优异的缓蚀效果, 且在较高温度(60 ℃)下也能保持高效吸附; 电化学实验结果与失重测试结果一致; 接触角测试结果表明, DEMA可明显增强Q235钢表面的疏水性; 分析热力学参数可知, DEMA在Q235钢表面的吸附为自发、 放热过程, 符合Langmuir等温式, 且以化学吸附为主; 量子化学计算结果证实DEMA的结构中包含大量吸附活性位点.  相似文献

将五硼酸铵、 氨硼烷络合物和氧化镁混合, 球磨均匀后, 在1200 ℃及0.6 L/min流动氨气保护条件下退火6 h, 即可在氧化铝基片上收集到白色毛状产物. 采用X射线衍射(XRD), 红外光谱(FTIR)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 拉曼光谱(Raman)、 紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱(PL)对产物进行了表征. 结果表明, 样品呈一维线状分级结构, 长度大于5 mm, 中间为竹节状空心结构, 内部管径为50~350 nm, 外径范围为200~800 nm. 分级结构表面负载了大量氮化硼(BN)纳米薄片, 单个薄片厚度约为13 nm. 薄片弯曲褶皱, 相互交织, 构成1个氮化硼片层, 其厚度约为50~200 nm. UV-Vis和PL光谱测试结果表明, 氮化硼纳米管(BNNT)分级结构在紫外光材料领域具有一定的应用潜力, 且对亚甲基蓝具有良好的吸附能力(7 min即可吸附71%, 107 min时可吸附96%). 对比实验结果表明, BNNT的生长机理遵循气-液-固相(VLS)模型, 而表面负载的超薄BN片的生长机理遵循气-固相(VS)模型.  相似文献
