The effects of ultrasound-assisted chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating on the quality and microbial composition of fresh pompano (Trachinotus ovatus) fillets during ice storage for 24 days were evaluated. Samples were treated by distilled water (CK), ultrasound (US), chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating (G), and chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating with ultrasound-assisted (USG). Results showed that samples treated with USG could inhibit the formation of corrupt substances such as TVB-N, TBA, biogenic amines (BAs), hypoxanthine (Hx), and hypoxanthine riboside (HxR) when compared to the CK group. The results of high-throughput sequencing technology observed that the major bacteria genus of fresh samples was Acinetobacter. The diversity of bacterial communities at the initial stage was more diverse than that at the end of stage. With the extension of storage time, the USG treatment could maintain the microbial diversity. The dominant microbiota was Shewanella and Brochothrix in the CK group after 24 days of storage. In addition, Brochothrix in treated groups was effectively decreased. The microbial communities of samples in all treatments were changed during storage. At the end of storage, there was a significant difference in bacterial composition between the CK and treated samples, indicating that the treatment can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms, especially spoilage microorganisms, and reduce the quality deterioration caused by bacteria.  相似文献

Ultrasound is a green technology for intensifying enzymatic reactions. In this study, an ultrasonic water bath with equipment parameters of 28 kHz, 1750.1 W/m2, 60% duty cycle was used to assist the synthesis of butyric acid-lauric acid designer lipid (BLDL), which was catalyzed by Lipozyme 435. A convincing three-layer feed-forward artificial neural network (ANN) model was established (R2 = 0.949, RMSE = 4.759, ADD = 7.329) to accurately predict the optimal parameters combination, which was described as 13.72 mL reaction volume, 15.49% enzyme loading, 0.253 substrate molar ratio (tributyrin/lauric acid), 56.58 °C reaction temperature and 120 min reaction time. The ultrasonic assistance increased actual butyric acid conversion rate by 11.38%, and also enhanced the consumption rate of tributyrin and lauric acid during the reaction. Meanwhile, the esterification activity of Lipozyme 435 was enhanced and its effectiveness up to 6 cycles. Structurally, ultrasound assistance significantly disrupted the secondary structure of the Lipozyme 435: reduced the content of α-helices, increased the content of β-sheet and β-turn. In addition, sonication caused an increase in crevice and micro-damage on the surface of the immobilized enzyme. In conclusion, low-intensity ultrasound at 28 kHz improved the synthesis efficiency of BLDL, which was scientifically predicted by ANN model, and the change of enzyme structure may be the vital reason for ultrasound enhanced reaction. However, the effect of ultrasound on immobilized enzymes’ activity needs to be further explored.  相似文献

The efficacy of most marketed antimalarial drugs has been compromised by the development of parasite resistance, underscoring an urgent need to find new drugs with new mechanisms of action. This article describes the synthesis and the in vitro antimalarial profiling of antifolate P218 analogues, by exploring a bioisosteric replacement of the carboxylic group by a phosphinic moiety as well as structural isomerization of P218. The detailed synthetic route employed to access the title compounds is described. The listed compounds exhibited low antimalarial activity against drug-resistant strains of P. falciparum including chloroquine-resistant W2.  相似文献

以坛紫菜为试验材料, 研究不同强度酸雨(pH值分别为5.6、4.5、4.0、3.5)对坛紫菜生理特性的影响. 试验中测定了坛紫菜细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性及叶绿素荧光参数等生理指标, 以比较适当干出和完全浸泡、黑暗和光照条件下酸雨胁迫对坛紫菜生理特性的影响. 结果表明: (1)经过不同方式处理的模拟酸雨处理后, 适当干出处理的坛紫菜对酸雨的耐受性大于完全浸泡, 黑暗处理的坛紫菜对酸雨的耐受性大于光照; (2)坛紫菜的各项生理指标受pH值为3.5的酸雨胁迫的影响最显著, 而坛紫菜对pH值为5.6的酸雨胁迫表现出一定的耐受性. 该试验为酸雨胁迫下的坛紫菜栽培管理提供技术依据.  相似文献

Paraloid(乳胶粘合剂)是一系列丙烯酸树脂的商品名称,是文物保护领域中最常用的保护材料之一,主要用于文物的加固、封护和粘接,适用文物材质范围非常广泛。其中以Paraloid B-72最具代表性,在国内外的文物保护中被大量使用,相关的应用案例、性能评价及其老化机理研究都有较多报道,而Paraloid系列的其他产品却鲜有关注,在国内应用较少,老化性能研究尚未开展工作。该研究系统评价了Paraloid B-72,Paraloid B-44,Paraloid B-48N和Paraloid B-67的光老化性能,采用红外光谱跟踪紫外辐照3 864 h过程中Paraloid材料分子结构变化,对光老化机理进行了深入解析和半定量评测。结果显示,4种Paraloid系列丙烯酸树脂材料中,B-72老化前后颜色和光泽度均没有发生明显变化,B-48N和B-67老化前后色差较大,B-44光泽度降低最多。丙烯酸树脂老化过程中高分子材料内部发生断链反应以及一定程度的交联反应,表现在主要官能团吸收的减弱和羰基指数(CI)的增加。根据主要官能团吸收峰C═O相对强度的半定量分析结果反映出,B-72的光稳定性最好,B-48N和B-44略优于B-67,但与B-72相比差距较大。B-67可能是由于异丁基上的叔氢键能较低,易吸收光能量后产生自由基氧化反应,因此耐光老化性最差。综合评定4种Paraloid系列丙烯酸树脂的光老化性能,B-72在4种材料中光稳定性最好,其次是B-44和B-48N,最不适宜作为户外文物保护材料的是B-67。研究结论有望为一线文物保护工作者在选择Paraloid丙烯酸树脂作为保护材料时提供一定的科学参考。  相似文献

As a representative of traditionally fermented Chinese medicine, Massa Medicata Fermentata (MMF) shows the functions of invigorating the spleen and stomach and promoting digestion, which plays an important role in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The fermentation mechanism and the key factors that affect the quality of MMF have not been revealed yet, which has become an urgent issue that limits its clinical application. This article aims to systematically and comprehensively reveal the transformation of physical properties and the dynamic trend of chemical components including substrate components, volatile components, and lactic acid as anaerobic fermentation product during MMF fermentation. Along with obvious hyphae growth observed for MMF, the weight of MMF decreased, and the moisture and temperature increased. Through the quantified 14 components from substrate, ferulic acid increased from 45.53 ± 6.94 to 141.89 ± 78.40 μg/g, while glycosides and phenolic acids declined except caffeic acid. Also, within the 66 volatile components analyzed, alcohols and acids increased, while aldehydes and ketones decreased. Lactic acid was not detected in the fermentation substrate, but an apparent increase in lactic acid content was observed along with the increased fermentation days, resulting in 2.54 ± 0.15 mg/g on day 8. Based on the tested components, the fermentation process of MMF was discriminated into three distinct stages by principal component analysis, and an optimal fermentation time of four days was proposed. The results of this study will be of great significance to clarify the characteristics of fermentation and conduce to improving quality standards of MMF.  相似文献

5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的电催化氧化被认为是合成2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)最环保、经济和有效的方法之一,它可作为聚呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEF)的生物基前体。在这项工作中,我们通过低温溶剂热法合成了PtRuAgCoNi高熵合金纳米颗粒,并在不改变颗粒结构和组成的情况下进行了简易的处理以去除表面活性剂。负载在碳载体上的合金纳米催化剂无论是否含有表面活性剂在HMF电催化氧化为FDCA的过程中都表现出比商业Pt/C更好的催化性能。且表面活性剂的去除可以进一步提高其电催化性能,表明高熵合金纳米粒子在电催化和绿色化学中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

Diabetic wounds (DWs) are characterized by prolonged inflammation, which poses a significant challenge for clinicians and researchers to promote healing. In this study, we fabricate L-Glutamic acid (LGA) loaded collagen/chitosan (COL-CS) composite scaffold for the accelerated healing of DW. The characterization outcomes of the composite scaffold revealed that a crosslinked scaffold holds optimum porosity, low matrix degradation, and sustained drug release in contrast to a non-crosslinked scaffold. In vitro, LGA composite scaffolds have not exhibited any toxicity on 3T3L1 cell lines. In vivo, the LGA composite scaffold has shown significantly (p < 0.001), higher rates of wound contraction than those in control and COL-CS scaffold treated groups. In addition, MMP-9 levels were also significantly reduced in LGA composite scaffold-treated group compared with those in the control and COL-CS scaffold treated group. Thus, the LGA composite scaffold may serve as a promising therapy in DW due to its unique modulatory effect on inflammatory biomarker MMP-9.  相似文献
