Monodisperse dye-containing crosslinked particles are promising for application in novel optical chemical sensors due to their intrinsic sensitivity. However, preparation of these particles in aqueous media still remains a challenge, since luminophores inhibit radical processes or else cannot embed into polymer chains because of difference in monomer reactivity ratios. In this work, novel dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles were prepared and characterized. In order to obtain dye-containing monodisperse crosslinked particles, we studied seed copolymerization of styrene in the presence of divinylbenzene. The influence of nature and concentration of the used comonomers and co-solvents on shape, size distributions and surface characteristics of the particles formed was investigated. Shapes and diameters of the particles were analyzed by DLS, TEM and SEM. The data of SEM and optical spectroscopy studies demonstrated that the synthesized particles were able to self-assemble into thin-film three-dimensional ordered structures. Finally, the structures under study are promising for development of sensor devices with optical response to acetone.  相似文献

Nanocomposites constructed by combining mesoporous metal oxides and graphene have received tremendous attention in wide fields of catalysis,energy storage and conversion,gas sensing and so on.Herein,we present a facile interface-induced co-assembly process to synthesize the mesoporous W03@graphene aerogel nanocomposites(denoted as mW03@GA),in which graphene aerogel(GA) was used as a macroporous substrate,mesoporous W03 was uniformly coated on both sides of graphene sheets through a solvent evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA) strategy using diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-b-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS) as a template.The resultant mW03@GA nanocomposites possess well-interconnected macroporous graphene networks covered by mesoporous W03 layer with a uniform pore size of 19 nm,high surface area of 167 m~2/g and large pore volume of 0.26 cm~3/g.The gas sensing performance of mW03@GA nanocomposites toward acetone and other gases was studied,showing a high selectivity and great response to acetone at low temperature of 150℃,which could be developed as a promising candidate as novel sensors for VOCs detection.  相似文献

This study demonstrates a facile and effective method to generate mono-dispersed titanium dioxide spheres at ambient conditions. The size of the colloids can be controlled from 60 to 500 nm by optimizing experimental parameters (e.g., concentration, time, and temperature). Anatase TiO2 can be obtained through titanium glycolate colloids generated in acetone via two ways: water boiling approach and calcination at a high temperature of 500 °C. Particle characteristics (shape, size, and size distribution) were measured by advanced techniques, including transmission electron microscope (TEM), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), UV/Vis absorption spectrum, nitrogen gas adsorption and desorption isotherms Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area measurement, and X-ray diffraction technique (XRD). The possible mechanism of nucleation and growth of such colloids was discussed. The role of acetone in the formation and growth of titanium glycolate colloids was also investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. Finally, the photocatalysis performance of such anatase TiO2 particles was tested and proved to be efficient in degradation of organic dyes (e.g., phenolphthalein and methly orange).  相似文献

Carbon dots(CDs) with multi-color emissive properties and a high photoluminescent quantum yield(PLQY) have attracted great attention recently due to their potential applications in chemical,environmental,biological and photo-electronic fields.Solvent-dependent effect in photoluminescence provides a facial and effective approach to tune the emission of CDs.In this study,green emissive nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs) are synthesized from p-hydroquinone and ethylenediamine through a simple hydrothermal method.The as-prepared N-CDs possess a robust excitation-independent green luminescence and a high PLQY of up to 15.9%.Further spectroscopic characterization indicates that the high PLQY is achieved by the balance of nitrogen doping states and the surface passivation extent in CDs.The N-CDs also exhibit solvent-dependent multi-color emissive property and distinct PLQY in different solvents(the maximum can reach up to 25.3%).Furthermore,the as-prepared N-CDs are applied as fluorescence probes to detect acetone and H2O2 in water.This method has exhibited a low detection limit of acetone(less than 0.1 %) and a quick and linear response to the H_2O_2 with the concentration from 0 to 120 μmol/L.This work broadens the knowledge of applying CDs as probes in the bio and chemical sensing fields.  相似文献

用La2O3负载量不同的La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化柠檬醛和丙酮反应,采用GS/MS、LC/MS、13C NMR等方法鉴定反应产物,并研究了La2O3负载量对反应产物分布、La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂的结构性质和酸碱性质的影响.得出以下结论:La2O3是以无定形态负载在γ-Al2O3上;随着La2O3负载量的增加,催化剂比表面积减少,孔径分布趋于均一.La2O3/γ-Al2O3表面增加的弱酸位点密度有利于柠檬醛转化率的提高,增加的中强碱位点密度有利于PSI产率提高;而强碱位点的形成和密度增加对柠檬醛自身缩合生成PCS有促进作用.催化剂循环使用性较好.  相似文献

Unprecedented cyclization was observed during N-sulfonylation of 3-[1-(phenylhydrazono)-ethyl]-chromen-2-one in pyridine, affording 3-methyl-1-phenylchromeno[4,3-c]pyrazol-4(1H)-ones. To avoid use of noxious pyridine, reaction was tried in different basic conditions and the best results were obtained with potassium carbonate in acetone. A wide range of substrates bearing either electron-donating or electron-withdrawing substituents on phenylhydrazine ring were compatible with the developed methodology. Rapid access of starting material, 3-acetylcoumarin, excellent yields of products, and use of environmentally benign base and solvent for the cyclization make this strategy an efficient and convenient method for synthesis of 3-methyl-1-phenylchromeno[4,3-c]pyrazol-4(1H)-ones.  相似文献

A new three-component reaction between alkyl aryl(hetaryl)ketoximes, acetylene, and aliphatic ketones in the superbasic systems KOH/DMSO and LiOH/CsF/DMSO (70-90 °C, initial acetylene pressure 13-15 atm, 5-60 min) affords novel 4-methylene-3-oxa-1-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes in yields of up to 75%. Using KOH/DMSO, the side products of the reaction are O-vinylketoximes and 2-aryl(hetaryl)pyrroles, while with LiOH/CsF/DMSO, the reaction proves to be selective, only minor amounts of the corresponding alkyl aryl(hetaryl) ketones being detectable.  相似文献

Detection and immediate quantification of microbial metabolic activities is of high interest in fields as diverse as biotechnology and infection biology. Interestingly, the most direct signals of microbial metabolism, the evolution of volatile metabolites, is largely ignored in the literature, and rather, metabolite concentrations in the microbial surrounding or even disruptive methods for intracellular metabolite measurements (i.e., metabolome analysis) are favored. Here, the development of a multi capillary column coupled ion mobility spectrometer (MCC-IMS) was described for the detection of volatile organic compounds from microbes and the MCC-IMS was used for characterization of metabolic activity of growing Escherichia coli. The MCC-IMS chromatogram of the microbial culture off-gas of the acetone-producing E. coli strain BL21 pLB4 revealed four analytes that positively correlated with growth, which were identified as ethanol, propanone (acetone), heptan-2-one, and nonan-2-one. The occurrence of these analytes was cross-validated by solid-phase micro-extraction coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis. With this information in hand, the dynamic relationship between the E. coli biomass concentration and the metabolite concentrations in the headspace was measured. The results suggest that the metabolic pathways of heptan-2-one and nonan-2-one synthesis are regulated independent of each other. It is shown that the MCC-IMS in-line off-gas analysis is a simple method for real-time detection of microbial metabolic activity and discussed its potential for application in metabolic engineering, bioprocess control, and health care.  相似文献

The bridged-ethers, (±)-2-methoxy-9a-carbamorphinan (1b) and (±)-2-methoxy-9a-carba-14α-morphinan(2b) have been synthesized. The acid-catalyzed cyclizations of 1-m-methoxy benzyloctalone 3b and 1-m-methoxybenzyloctalins 4b proceed with high regio-and stereoselectivities leading mostly to the bridged-ketone 14 and ether 1b respectively, along with o-methoxy-tetracyclic ketone 15 and the ether 17, in addition to other minor products.  相似文献
