同位素稀释超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定尿液中苯系物和三氯乙烯代谢产物 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
建立同位素内标稀释,超高效液相色谱串联质谱(Uhra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass sepctrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定尿中苯系物和三氯乙烯代谢产物的方法,并用于孕妇尿样的分析.尿样过经含同位素内标的醋酸铵缓冲液稀释10倍后,过滤,取滤液进样分析.采用C18色谱柱,梯度洗脱进行UPLC分离,电喷雾负离子扫描多反应监测(Multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)模式检测.方法检出限在0.0350~ 1.75 μg/L之间,方法的日内和日间精密度分别为1.2%~9.1%和2.0%~9.7%;用所建立的方法测定了650个孕妇尿液样品,并统计分析了其地区差异,加标回收率为85.0%~104%.所建立的方法快速灵敏,适合尿液样品的批量分析. 相似文献

主要针对研究用气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中丁酮、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、正丁醇、乙苯质量浓度。该法线性范围0.2~1 630μg/mL,最低检出质量浓度为0.1~0.7 mg/m~3,加标回收率96.43%~98.56%,相对标准偏差小于5%。该法灵敏度高、精密度与准确度好、并且操作简便、分离效果好,在满足实验条件的前提下能大大缩短采样时间和分析时间。 相似文献

A hydrophobic hypercrosslinked polymeric resin LC-1 was prepared and characterized.The properties of LC-1 resin were compared with those of a commercial hypercrosslinked polymer NDA-201 resin.In addition,the dynamic adsorption of trichloroethylene(TCE)onto LC.1 under dry and humid conditions at 303 K was investigated,the result shows that LC-1possesses high hydrophobic property and can remove TCE from gas stream without effect of high humidity efficiently. 相似文献

The catalytic activity of Cu-ZSM-5 in trichloroethylene (TCE) combustion increases with the increasing skeletal Cu amount and however decreases with the increase of surface amorphous CuO, which is detected by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (DRS-UV-vis), therefore the skeletal Cu species are concluded to be the active sites for the TCE combustion. 相似文献

In this work,a novel sugar-containing copolymer was synthesized by the copolymerization of α-allyl glucoside(AG) with acryloniutrile(AN).The copolymers were characterized by NMR Spectroscopy.It was found that acrylonitrile-based copolymers containing as high as 22wt.% of α-allyl glucoside can be synthesized by the free radical solution copolymerization of the two monomers in DMSO with AIBN as initiator. 相似文献
