大处着眼，小处入手——基金委化学科学部2019年基金项目会议评审工作的几点尝试和思考

The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is a vital government agency supporting basic research and people to create knowledge and meet major national needs, where a rigorous and objective merit-based peer review mechanism is the key to funding the most promising research proposals. This invited comment overviews some recent attempts aimed at bettering the academic evaluation environment at the Department of Chemical Science in 2019, through measures such as grouped panel committee meetings, standardized panel committee meeting procedures, and review process refinement to improve the project review at panel committee meeting levels.

<正>近年来,我国食品安全事件频发,国家政府对此重视度不断提升,投资力度持续加大。不久前多个中央文件显示,随着国家级、省市级食品安全检测能力建设的日趋完善,未来我国的食品安全检测商机将更多集中在基层市场。2015年2月初,中共中央、国务院印发《关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》。据统计,此次的一号文件有7处提及食品安全,明确要求提升农产品质量     

Chinese Society of PARTICUOLOGY

PURPOSE The Chinese Society of Particuology is a voluntary organization of workers in research, development and application of the science and technology of particles. The Society is dedicated to fostering liaison and exchange among its members through scientific and technical symposia and seminars of both a national and international nature and to disseminating knowledge on particles through continuing education and publication in the form of scientific transactions and of journals on news and other items of current interest.
