新型双波长激光增益控制掺铒光纤放大器   总被引:11,自引:7,他引:4  
掺铒光纤非均匀展宽引起的空间烧孔现象导致单波长激光并不能完全控制放大器增益。提出了一种新颖简单的结构,利用自由光谱范围为26.7nm的法布里-珀罗可调谐滤波器和由长周期光纤光栅制成的波长选择性可调谐的衰减器,有效地调整不同波长处的腔内损耗,可以实现不同强度的双波长激射。由两个不同波长的激光共同承担增益控制的任务,降低了控制激光引起的空间烧孔,同时双波长激射有效地抑制了信号光的弛豫振荡。  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted extraction was evaluated as a simpler and more effective alternative to conventional extraction methods for the isolation of ginsenosides (saponins) from various types of ginseng. The ginseng samples were extracted with different solvents, under either direct sonication by an ultrasound probe horn or indirect sonication in an ultrasound cleaning bath. The ultrasonic extraction was compared with the conventional method of refluxing boiling solvents in a soxhlet extractor, on the yields of both the total saponin isolated by thin-layer chromatography and the individual ginsenosides by high performance liquid chromatography. It was found that the sonication-assisted extraction of ginseng saponins was about three times faster than the traditional extraction method. The ultrasonic extraction was not only more efficient but also convenient for the recovery and purification of the active ingredients of plant materials. In addition, the sonication-assisted extraction can be carried out at lower temperatures which are favorable for the thermally unstable compounds.  相似文献

Highly (100)-oriented, (110)-oriented and polycrystalline LaNiO3 (LNO) films were successfully prepared on Si(100) using an oriented MgO film as a buffer. It was somewhat surprising to find that that the orientation relation between the LNO film and the corresponding MgO buffer was: LNO(100)\MgO(110), LNO(110)\MgO(111) and LNO(polycrystalline)\MgO(100). The crystalline quality of the LNO films was shown to be sensitive to the preparation conditions of the MgO buffer. The film surface was very smooth, without micrometer-sized droplets being observed. All LNO films were of metallic conductivity, with a room-temperature resistivities of approximately 250, 280 and 420 μΩ cm for the (110)-oriented, (100)-oriented and polycrystalline LNO, respectively. We demonstrate a 10 Gbit/s nonreturn-to-zero wavelength converter based on four-wave mixing in a 20 m highly nonlinear photonic crystal fiber. The tunable wavelength conversion bandwidth (3 dB) is about 100 nm. The conversion efficiency is -16 dB when the pump power is 22.5 dBm. Phase modulation was not used to suppress the stimulated Brillouin scattering; thus the linewidth of the converted wavelength remained very narrow. The eye diagrams show that there is no additional noise during wavelength conversion. The measured power penalty at a 10(-9) bit-error-rate level is about 0.7 dB.  相似文献

本文报道了长周期光纤光栅(LPG)温度和应力传感特性的实验研究结果,测得LPG的温度和应力灵敏系数均高于光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)灵敏系数的典型值,在11~80℃和0~100gf的温度和应力测量范围内,温度和应力响应曲线具有较好的线性.基于同一LPG不同透射波长具有不同温度和应力灵敏度的特性,实现了温度和应力的单光栅同时测量.  相似文献

对长周期光纤光栅(LPG)的温度特性进行了实验研究,测得的温度灵敏系数为0.086nm/℃,为光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)典型温度灵敏系数的8.2倍。以LPG作为传感元件,以可调谐掺铒光纤环形腔激光器作为光源,研究了LPG的强度型温度传感特性,在74℃的温度变化范围内,激光透射光强的对数与待测温度的关系具有良好的线性和重复性,温度测量的分辨率可达0.1℃。  相似文献

A novel intra-cavity fiber laser system is demonstrated for multi-point gas detection. The laser uses fiber Bragg gratings as wavelength-selective cavity mirrors and a tunable filter to tune the operating wavelength to the Bragg wavelength of a selected Bragg grating. The Bragg wavelengths of the gratings are chosen to be aligned to different absorption lines of a gas or gases, allowing gas concentrations at multiple locations to be determined.  相似文献
