铋膜电极溶出伏安法测定苍耳子中锌的含量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用电位溶出法,用铋膜电极替代汞膜电极对中药苍耳子中微量元素锌的测定作了研究,考察了同位镀铋膜及测定微量元素锌的条件。实验结果表明:锌在以KSCN为支持电解质的铋膜电极上可得到灵敏的电位溶出峰,线性方程为:为I=2.0062C+0.0069,相关系数为r=0.9967,检出限为6.0×10-8g/L线性范围为0.5×10-6—2.8×10-6mol/L,RSD=2.24%。该法简单快速,准确度和精密度均符合要求,回收率为89.5%—100.3%。  相似文献

用常压化学气相沉积法在活性炭上镀二氧化钛薄膜,通过紫外光照射对酸性品红进行降解研究.其结果表明:活性炭的用量、溶液中加入不同物质、镀薄膜时水的温度均对酸性品红的转化率有影响.经过实验找到了较好的光催化条件.实验得出可以利用太阳光催化降解染料.  相似文献

以氯化醇钛盐表面反应法制备系列TiO2/SiO2,根据XRD,Raman和DRS表征分析,载体表面具有分子级分散的锐钛矿型TiO2微晶粒子和非晶TiOx物种.与本体TiO2相比,TiO2/SiO2的吸收带边显著蓝移,能隙增大为3.96 eV.当金属M(M:Pd,Cu和Ni)负载于TiO2/SiO2表面,可使其光吸收域扩展到可见光区,并引起吸收带边红移.相对Pd的负载,Cu,Ni的负载对TiO2/SiO2的LMCT带影响更大,其中Cu-TiO2/SiO2的能隙减小为3.68 eV.当金属氧化物MoO3负载于TiO2/SiO2上时,可以调变TiO2/SiO2的吸收带边并增强对可见光的吸收;随MoO3载量的增加,表面物种的相互作用增强,形成Mo-O-Ti复合结构,增强了LMCT带的吸收强度,并使能隙减小为3.81 eV.  相似文献

In this paper, the transformation processes of two types of bis(8-hydroxyquinoline)zinc: Znq2 dihydrate and anhydrous (Znq2)4 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectra (IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). The effects of crystal structure on optical properties of bis(8-hydroxyquinoiline)zinc were analyzed. Znq2 dihydrate can be transformed into anhydrous (Znq2)4 during heating under vacuum. Reversal transformation occurs by the interaction between chloroform and (Znq2)4. But (Znq2)4 was partially transformed into Znq2 dihydrate by the interaction between ethanol and (Znq2)4. The different molecular structure results in different crystal stacking and electronic structure, thereby affect its optical properties.  相似文献

通过溶胶凝胶法, 以硅藻土-莫来石陶瓷膜管为支撑体,TiO2为过渡层, 利用具有大量支链的聚酰亚胺和SnO2溶胶制备了系列不同SnO2含量的负载型聚酰亚胺/SnO2杂化膜.采用TEM、FTIR、XPS、TG/DTA、DSC、BET和气体渗透测定对系列膜的微观型态、化学结构、热稳定性、孔结构和气体渗透性能进行了表征和测试. 结果表明,SnO2相与聚酰亚胺支链羧酸基发生化学键连; 杂化膜具有较好的有机无机兼容性, 当SnO2达到15%时,SnO2相在杂化膜中以颗粒状存在, 其粒径约为5 nm;SnO2相与聚酰亚胺间的化学键连有效的提高了杂化膜的玻璃化温度; 随着SnO2含量的增加, 杂化膜的热分解温度逐渐下降; 系列膜具有均匀的孔道结构, 其孔径分别为3.8、3.1、2.8和2.4 nm. 相对于聚酰亚胺膜, 杂化膜对H2、CO2、CO和H2O具有较高的分离性,SnO2为15%的杂化膜对H2/N2、CO2/N2、CO/N2和H2O/N2的分离因子分别达到54.1、30.2、35.9和40.1.  相似文献

CdSe/CdS quantum dots (QDs) capped with L-cysteine can provide an effective platform for the interactions with bovine serum albumin (BSA). In this study, absorption and fluorescence (FL) spectroscopy were used to study the binding reactions of QDs with BSA, respectively. The binding constant (??104 M-1) from FL quenching method matches well with that determined from the absorption spectral changes. The modified Stern-Volmer quenching constant (5.23?×?104, 5.22?×?104, and 4.90?×?104 M-1) and the binding sites (??1) at different temperatures (304 K, 309 K, and 314 K) and corresponding thermodynamic parameters were calculated (?G?<?0, ?H?<?0, and ?S?<?0). The results show the quenching constant is inversely correlated with temperature. It indicates the quenching mechanism is the static quenching in nature rather than dynamic quenching. The negative values of free energy (?G?<?0) suggest that the binding process is spontaneous, ?H?<?0 and ?S?<?0 suggest that the binding of QDs to BSA is enthalpy-driven. The enthalpy and entropy changes for the formation of ground state complex depend on the capping agent of QDs and the protein types. Furthermore, the reaction forces were discussed between QDs and BSA, and the results show hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions play a major role in the binding reaction.  相似文献

Needle-like ZnO whiskers and flower-like ZnO microstructures composed of different building blocks were successfully prepared via a simple aqueous solution route at low temperature. To further understand the formation processes of these ZnO microparticles, concentration measurements of Zn(II) remaining in the solution as well as SEM and XRD analyses of the solid product have been made at regular intervals throughout the reactions. It is found that the solution basicity has determinative effects on the morphology of the obtained ZnO products by controlling the composition of the precursor and mediating the nucleation and crystal growth rate of ZnO.  相似文献

以蛋氨酸和无水乙醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,苯为携水剂先合成蛋氨酸酯化物;将蛋氨酸酯化物再与亚硒酸钠按一定比例反应,经低温陈化、结晶,可得到螯合硒的蛋氨酸。通过微电泳法测定产物的Zeta电位,计算出等电点并利用等电点法对产物分离提纯。利用红外光谱、紫外光谱、X射线衍射法、1H核磁共振法对产物光谱性质进行分析,确定所制备的蛋氨酸螯合硒是以蛋氨酸中的硫原子和氨基中的氮原子为配体,Se4+为中心离子形成了六元环蛋氨酸螯合硒。  相似文献
