建立了一种操作简单、适用于两种不同溴取代芴(2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴)的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用反相C18柱,乙腈-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.3 mL/min,以270 nm为检测波长,外标定量测定2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴的含量.在此条件下,2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴在0.01~0.12 mg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均为0.999 9,平均回收率分别为106.7%和100.1%,相对标准偏差分别为0.72%和0.87%.方法操作简单,结果准确,适用于以上两种主要溴取代芴的分析检测.  相似文献

The overall objective of this work was to study the effect of reprocessing cycles of isotactic polypropylene (PP) on the rheological behavior and microstructure of gel-like dispersions in mineral oil. PP was subjected to 10 reprocessing cycles and oleogel samples were further prepared by using the mixing rheometry technique and characterized from a rheological point of view and polarized light optical microscopy (PLOM). Recycled polymer samples were also characterized by means of rheological measurements, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) to evaluate the property changes induced by reprocessing. The values of different linear viscoelastic functions (elastic modulus and complex viscosity) of recycled PP decrease with the number of reprocessing cycles, which influences oleogel rheological response. An empirical exponential correlation between the storage modulus (G′) of PP samples and the plateau modulus (GNo) of oleogels has been proposed to predict the rheological behavior of oleogels. Results were explained considering the scission of PP chains induced by the thermomechanical reprocessing treatment applied.  相似文献

Based on elasticity theory, various two-dimensional (2D) equations and solutions for extensional deformation have been deduced systematically and directly from the three-dimensional (3D) theory of thick rectangular plates by using the Papkovich–Neuber solution and the Lur’e method without ad hoc assumptions. These equations and solutions can be used to construct a refined theory of thick plates for extensional deformation. It is shown that the displacements and stresses of the plate can be represented by the displacements and transverse normal strain of the midplane. In the case of homogeneous boundary conditions, the exact solutions for the plate are derived, and the exact equations consist of three governing differential equations: the biharmonic equation, the shear equation, and the transcendental equation. With the present theory a solution of these can satisfy all the fundamental equations of 3D elasticity. Moreover, the refined theory of thick plate for bending deformation constructed by Cheng is improved, and some physical or mathematical explanations and proof are provided to support our justification. It is important to note that the refined theory is consistent with the decomposition theorem by Gregory. In the case of nonhomogeneous boundary conditions, the approximate governing differential equations and solutions for the plate are accurate up to the second-order terms with respect to plate thickness. The correctness of the stress assumptions in the classic plane-stress problems is revised. In an example it is shown that the exact or accurate solutions may be obtained by applying the refined theory deduced herein.  相似文献

利用原子簇模型Fe_4P简化了非晶态合金Fe_(80)P_(20)的局域结构,设计了四方锥、三角双锥、四面体及平面五边形等十几种构型,对其二、四重态分别进行密度泛函(DFT)优化计算,经过频率验证,获得五种稳定构型。从所得优化构型的键长和键级,可以发现原子簇Fe4P较好地反映了非晶态合金Fe_(80)P_(20)的局域结构。考察了各构型间的过渡转化情况,发现二重态构型的稳定性要好于四重态。分析各构型的能量、成键及电子转移情况,发现与P原子成键的Fe原子个数对这些性质影响较为明显。与P原子成键的Fe原子个数越多,体系的能量就越低,越容易存在;P原子的得电子能力随着与其成键Fe原子个数增多而减少,甚至会将失去自身电子转移到金属原子上。同时通过3d轨道布居数,讨论了原子簇的空穴数及磁学性质。  相似文献

构建了一个离线的二维高效液相色谱系统,以解决成分复杂的中药样品的分离和痕量组分的定量问题。该系统在原有的单泵、单检测器高效液相色谱仪的基础上作了相应的改进而构成,样品先在第一维的Zor-bax SB-C18色谱柱中进行分离之后,利用一个六通切换阀将目标组分切换并收集,浓缩后再注入第二维的Ai-chrom Bond-AQ C18色谱柱中进行分离。利用上述方法对3种麻黄类生物碱进行了二维分离和分析,实验结果表明,样品的分离明显改善,并且这个系统可用于中药的直接进样分析。  相似文献

For plate bending and stretching problems in piezoelectric materials, the reciprocal theorem and the general solution of piezoelasticity are applied in a novel way to obtain the appropriate mixed boundary conditions accurate to all order. A decay analysis technique is used to establish necessary conditions that the prescribed data on the edge of the plate must satisfy in order that it should generate a decaying state within the plate. For the case of axisymmetric bending and stretching of a circular plate, these decaying state conditions are obtained explicitly for the first time when the mixed conditions are imposed on the plate edge. They are then used for the correct formulation of boundary conditions for the interior solution. For plate bending in one-dimensional (1D) hexagonal quasicrystals (QCs), the reciprocal theorem and the general solution for QCs media are applied in a novel way to obtain the appropriate stress and mixed boundary conditions accurate to all order for plates of general edge geometry and loadings. Through generalizing the method developed by Gregory and Wan, a set of necessary conditions on the edge-data for the existence of a rapidly decaying solution is established. The prescribed data must satisfy these conditions in order that they should generate a decaying state. When a set of stress edge-data or mixed edge-data is imposed on the plate edge, these decaying state conditions for the case of axisymmetric deformation of 1D hexagonal QC plates are derived explicitly. They are then used for the correct formulation of boundary conditions for the plate theory solution (or the interior solution). Furthermore, in the absence of phonon–phason fields coupling effect, corresponding necessary conditions for the case of transversely isotropic elastic plates are derived subsequently, and their isotropic elastic counterparts are also obtained.   相似文献
