Ultrasound has been recognized as an exciting tool to enhance the therapeutic efficacy in tumor chemotherapy owing to the triggered drug release, facilitated intracellular drug delivery, and improved spatial precision. Aiming for a precise localized drug delivery, novel dendritic polyurethane-based prodrug (DOX-DPU-PEG) was fabricated with a drug content of 18.9% here by conjugating DOX onto the end groups of the functionalized dendritic polyurethane via acid-labile imine bonds. It could easily form unimolecular micelles around 38 nm. Compared with the non-covalently drug-loaded unimolecular micelles (DOX@Ph-DPU-PEG), they showed excellent pH/ultrasound dual-triggered drug release performance, with drug leakage of only 4% at pH 7.4, but cumulative release of 14% and 88% at pH 5.0 without and with ultrasound, respectively. The ultrasound responsiveness was attributed to the unique strawberry-shaped topological structure of the DOX-DPU-PEG, in which DOX was embedded in the skin layer of the hydrophobic DPU cores. With ultrasound, the DOX-DPU-PEG unimolecular micelles possessed enhanced tumor growth inhibition than free DOX but showed no obvious cytotoxicity on the tumor cells without ultrasound. 直拉硅单晶的生长过程涉及多场多相耦合与复杂的物理化学变化,其中工艺参数的波动是导致晶体直径不均匀的重要原因,如何实现工艺参数的控制以获得理想的、均匀的晶体直径具有重要的研究意义。本文分析现有控制方法存在不稳定以及控制效果不佳的问题后,提出基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制模型来控制硅单晶生长过程中的晶体直径。首先以坩埚上升速度与加热器的功率作为控制输入参数,晶体直径作为输出,搭建无模型自适应控制模型,并分析算法的稳定性。其次将控制模型进行仿真实验,发现硅单晶直径控制模型中不同的超参数设定会影响控制过程的迭代次数以及控制效果。最后,利用贝叶斯优化超参数的取值范围,并进行最终的仿真实验,结果表明,经贝叶斯参数优化后的控制模型计算快、迭代次数少,输出的晶体直径稳定,同时将生长工艺参数控制在实际生产要求范围内。因此,基于贝叶斯参数优化的无模型自适应控制实现了硅单晶直径均匀稳定的有效控制,具有结合工程背景的实际应用前景。 相似文献

近年来,Cs2SnI6作为一种无毒性、稳定性好的新型钙钛矿材料应用于太阳能电池中,其电池的光电转换效率由最初不到1%增长到现在的8.5%,使之成为有可能替代铅基钙钛矿太阳能电池的新型太阳能电池。本文采用基于广义密度泛函和杂化密度泛函的第一性原理方法研究了Cs2SnI6的电子结构、光学特性和钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电性能参数。研究结果表明,导带底和价带顶位于同一高对称点Γ而属于直接跃迁型半导体,且电子态主要来自于I-5p轨道和Sn-5s轨道。在近红外和可见光波长范围内有较高的吸收系数,当Cs2SnI6钙钛矿厚度达到10μm时,吸收率在311~989 nm之间接近100%,不考虑潜在损失的情况下,理论上太阳能电池可获得短路电流为32.86 mA/cm2、开路电压0.91 V、填充因子87.4%、光电转换效率26.1%。为实验上制备高效Cs2SnI6钙钛矿太阳能电池提供了参考。 相似文献

QED effects on phase transition and Ruppeiner geometry of Euler-Heisenberg-AdS black holes 下载免费PDF全文
Considering the quantum electrodynamics (QED) effect, we study the phase transition and Ruppeiner geometry of Euler-Heisenberg anti-de Sitter black holes in the extended phase space. For negative and small positive QED parameters, we observe a small/large black hole phase transition and reentrant phase transition, respectively, whereas a large positive value of the QED parameter ruins the phase transition. Phase diagrams for each case are explicitly shown. Then, we construct the Ruppeiner geometry in thermodynamic parameter space. Different features of the corresponding scalar curvature are shown for both the small/large black hole phase transition and reentrant phase transition cases. Of particular interest is the additional region of positive scalar curvature, indicating a dominant repulsive interaction among black hole microstructures, for the black hole with a small positive QED parameter. Furthermore, universal critical phenomena are observed for the scalar curvature of Ruppeiner geometry. These results indicate that the QED parameter has a crucial influence on the black hole phase transition and microstructure. 相似文献

In this study, an aluminum (Al) foil used for lithium ion battery packaging film was treated with titanium (Ti)/zirconium (Zr) solution containing hexafluorotitanic acid and hexafluorozirconic acid using tannic acid as a colorant and metavanadate as an accelerator, respectively, and a golden conversion coating was successfully deposited on the surface of Al foil. The morphology and composition of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the hydrophilicity was assessed by contact angle measurement. The effect of Ti/Zr treatment on the adhesion properties of Al foil was evaluated by T-peeling test and compared with that of traditional chromate-phosphate treatment. The results show that tannic acid contributes to the formation of the golden coating, and metavanadate accelerates the formation of the conversion coating. The results also indicate that the Ti/Zr-based conversion coating is mainly composed of Al2O3, Al (OH)3, AlF3, TiO2/ZrO2, NH4VO3, and V2O5. The Ti/Zr treatment cannot only improve the heat-sealing strength, but also the T-peeling strength by approximately 12 times compared with that of untreated Al foil. Relatively cheap or at no cost, easily available, renewable agricultural waste has been given a new purpose. Using coconut shells as the raw material, and being obtained from agricultural, industry by-products, or even waste materials were used as carbon resource. Acid etching coconut shells carbon (AC) rendered micro/nanoscale hierarchical structures and made the surface available for further modification. Then, the surface of acidified coconut shell carbon was engineered via mussel inspired chemistry. The polydopamine functionalized AC composites (AC-PDA) were applied for efficient removal of methylene blue (MB) dye. Further, the surface morphology, and chemical structure were evaluated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Through the combination of acid etching and mussel inspired chemistry, organic functional groups can be successfully introduced onto the surface of the coconut shells carbon. The improvement of adsorption capacity of AC-PDA compared with AC is probably due to the increased number of active binding sites resulting from surface modification and formation of new functional groups. 相似文献

Organic solid-state luminescent materials with high-efficiency deep-red emission have attracted considerable interest in recent years.Constructing donor-acceptor(D-A) type molecules has been one of most commonly used strategies to achieve deep-red emission,but it is always difficult to achieve high photoluminescence(PL) quantum yield(η_(PL)) due to forbidden charge-transfer state.Herein,we report a new D-A type molecule 4-(7-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-9-oxo-9 H-fluoren-2-yl)benzonitrile(TPAFOCN),deriving from donor-acceptor-donor(D-A-D) type 2,7-bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-9 Hfluoren-9-one(DTPA-FO) with a fluorescence maximum of 627 nm in solids.This molecular design enables a transformation of acceptor from fluorenone(FO) itself to 4-(9-oxo-9 H-fluoren-2-yl)benzonitrile(FOCN).Compared with DTPA-FO,the introduction of cyanophenyl not only shifts the emission of TPA-FOCN to deep red with a fluorescence maximum of 668 nm in solids,but also maintains the high η_(PL) of 10%.Additionally,a solution-processed non-doped organic light-emitting diode(OLED)was fabricated with TPA-FOCN as emitter.TPA-FOCN device showed a maximum luminous efficiency of0.13 cd/A and a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE) of 0.22% with CIE coordinates of(0.64,0.35).This work provides a valuable strategy for the rational design of high-efficiency deep-red emission materials using cyanophenyl as an ancillary acceptor. 相似文献

Anatase titanium dioxide nanowire arrays were prepared by hydrothermally oxidizing titanium foils in aqueous alkali and transferred onto fluorinated tin oxide(FTO)glass for use as the photoanodes of front side illuminated dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurement was applied to compare the electron transport and recombination properties of DSCs using TiO2nanowire films and TiO2nanoparticle films as photoanodes.It was found that the nanowire array films possess smaller electron transport resistance(Rt)and larger electron diffusion length(Le)in the photoanodes,suggesting that the nanowire arrays can enhance the electron transport rate and have a potential to improve the charge collection efficiency of DSCs. 相似文献
