Cubic-like CaTaO2N photocatalysts with high crystallinity and uniform particle size were successfully prepared by the flux-assisted nitridation method. The growth of CaTaO2N single crystals under different synthesis conditions was systematically investigated to understand the effects of the crystallinity and optical property on photocatalytic performance of CO2 reduction. Moreover, the modification of CaTaO2N single crystals with core-shell Ni−Ag bicomponent cocatalyst by two-step decoration process gave a 2.4 times higher amount of CO evolution than the deposition of sole Ag cocatalyst, because of the synergistic effects of bicomponent cocatalyst on the interfacial electron transfer and surface catalytic process. This study provides a valuable way to construct high-crystalline photocatalysts with effective bicomponent cocatalyst for visible-light-driven CO2 reduction with H2O. 相似文献

The binding coverage of aptamer was an important restricted factor for aptamer‐based affinity enrichment strategy for capturing target molecules. Herein, we designed and prepared aptamer functionalized graphene oxide based nanocomposites (GO/NH2‐NTA/Fe3O4/PEI/Au), and the coverage density of aptamer was high to 33.1 nmol/mg. The high aptamer coverage density was contributed to the large surface area of graphene oxide. The successive modification of Nα,Nα‐Bis(carboxymethyl)‐L‐lysine, magnetic nanoparticles, polyethylenimine, and Au nanoparticles ensured the histone purification with fast speed and high purity. Histones could be captured rapidly and specifically from nucleoproteins by our aptamer based purification strategy, while traditional acid‐extraction could not specifically enrich histones. Compared with traditional acid‐extraction method, rapid and efficient discovery of histones and their post‐translational modifications, such as several kinds of methylation at H3.1K9 and H3.1K27, were achieved confidently. It demonstrated that our aptamer functionalized magnetic graphene oxide nanocomposites have a great potential for histone analysis. 相似文献

Coordination networks that reversibly switch between closed and open phases are of topical interest since their stepped isotherms can offer higher working capacities for gas‐storage applications than the related rigid porous coordination networks. To be of practical utility, the pressures at which switching occurs, the gate‐opening and gate‐closing pressures, must lie between the storage and delivery pressures. Here we study the effect of linker substitution to fine‐tune gate‐opening and gate‐closing pressure. Specifically, three variants of a previously reported pcu ‐topology MOF, X‐pcu‐5‐Zn , have been prepared: X‐pcu‐6‐Zn , 6 =1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane (bpe), X‐pcu‐7‐Zn , 7 =1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)acetylene (bpa), and X‐pcu‐8‐Zn , 8 =4,4′‐azopyridine (apy). Each exhibited switching isotherms but at different gate‐opening pressures. The N2, CO2, C2H2, and C2H4 adsorption isotherms consistently indicated that the most flexible dipyridyl organic linker, 6 , afforded lower gate‐opening and gate‐closing pressures. ABSTRACTThis paper concerns the mathematical analysis of a mathematical model for price formation. We take a large number of rational buyers and vendors in the market who are trading the same good into consideration. Each buyer or vendor will choose his optimal strategy to buy or sell goods. Since markets seldom stabilize, our model mimics the real market behavior. We introduce three models. All of them are modifications of the original J.-M. Lasry and P. L. Lions evolution model. In the first modified model, a random term is added to mimic the randomness of trading in the real market. This reflects markets with low volatility, where it might be difficulty to buy or sell goods at specific price. In the second model, we use cumulative density function instead of density function. We give numerical simulations on these two models in order to have a general picture on the solution. In the third model, we add a term associated with the parameter R to destabilize the original Larsy–Lions model and study oscillations and wave solutions depending on different values of R. We also study existence and uniqueness of the solution. Moreover, Several plots are given to demonstrate these results corresponding to the theoretical prediction. 相似文献
