Properties of all-solid square-lattice photonic bandgap fibres are studied for the first time to the best of our knowledge. Using the plane-wave expansion method and finite element method, we investigate the mode, effective area, confinement loss and dispersion of such fibres. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed effective mode area of all-solid square-lattice photonic bandgap fibres is 1.25 times larger than triangular-lattice ones and the confinement loss of the fibres is no more than 0.1 dB/m within the bandgap.  相似文献

土壤碳酸钙中红外光声光谱特征及其应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
测定并分析了碳酸钙(CaCO3)的中红外光声光谱及光谱特征,利用中红外光声光谱并结合主成分回归(PCR)、偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)和人工神经网络(GRNN)三种分析方法建立回归模型,分析了土壤CaCO3的含量。结果表明CaCO3具有丰富的中红外吸收,最强吸收峰波数在1 450cm-1,且干扰少,可以作为土壤CaCO3的特征吸收峰;三种回归建模方法所建模型线性都很好,PLSR和GRNN最好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.9,PCR次之,为0.847;验证样本预测能力PLSR和PCR最佳,R2大于0.9;GRNN次之,为0.882。偏最小二乘回归在校正和预测过程中的结果都非常好,RPD值均大于3.0,具有较强的适用性。  相似文献

基于多级编码/多级译码(MLC/MSD)系统实现了连续变量量子密钥分发的逆向数据协调。讨论了高斯连续变量量化过程中使互信息量最大时最佳量化区间的选取,并且通过理论计算给出了信噪比为4dB的情况下各级等价信道的最佳码率。协调方案中选择低密度奇偶校验码(LDPC)作为信道编码,结合边信息译码原理最终通过LDPC迭代译码算法实现了数据的逆向协调。  相似文献

This paper presents a comparison study of numerical simulation of catalytic combustion of methane on Pt catalyst using two different physical models. The external surface model and the washcoat model were employed. The simulations were conducted in a two-dimensional monolith reactor with detail surface kinetics. The agreement of simulation results of the washcoat model with the measured data is good. However, in contrast to experimental data, the external surface method will produce a lower result of conversion of CH4 at low temperature due to the neglecting of the larger inner surface of the washcoat. Moreover, the effects of specific surface area and pore size of washcoat on reaction rate were discussed. It can be concluded that the washcoat model would provide a more realistic result and can enrich the contents of numerical simulation of catalytic reaction.  相似文献

We calculate the configurations, electronic structures, vibrational properties at the coronene/Ru(0001) interface, and adsorption of a single Pt atom on coronene/Ru(0001) based on density functional theory calculations. The geometric structures and electronic structures of the coronene on Ru(0001) are compared with those of the graphene/Ru(0001). The results show that the coronene/Ru(0001) can be a simplified model system used to describe the interaction between graphene and ruthenium. Further calculations of the vibrational properties of coronene molecule adsorbed on Ru(0001) suggest that the phonon properties of differently corrugated regions of graphene on Ru(0001) are different. This model system is also used to investigate the selective adsorption of Pt atoms on graphene/Ru(0001). The configurations of Pt on coronene/Ru(0001) with the lowest binding energy give clues to explain the experimental observation that a Pt cluster selectively adsorbs on the second highest regions of graphene/Ru(0001). This work provides a simple model for understanding the adsorption properties and vibrational properties of graphene on Ru(0001) substrate.  相似文献

We investigate atomic and electronic structures of boron nanotubes (BNTs) by using the density functional theory (DFT). The transport properties of BNTs with different diameters and chiralities are studied by the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function (NEGF) method. It is found that the cohesive energies and conductances of BNTs decrease as their diameters decrease. It is more diffcult to form (N,0) tubes than (M,M) tubes when the diameters of the two kinds of tubes are comparable. However, the (N,0) tubes have a higher conductance than the (M,M) tubes. When the BNTs are connected to gold electrodes, the coupling between the BNTs and the electrodes will affect the transport properties of tubes significantly.  相似文献
