The purpose of this paper is to investigate the connections between the weak Galerkin (WG) methods with and without stabilizers. The choices of stabilizers directly affect the convergence rates of the corresponding WG methods in general. However, we observed that the convergence rates are independent of the choices of stabilizers for these WG elements with stabilizers being optional. In this paper, we will verify such phenomena theoretically as well as numerically.

Micromechanical deformation phenomena such as those leading to macroscopic viscoelastic and plastic behavior must be studied from a thermodynamic viewpoint, as they induce complex and partly irreversible heat effects. Calorimetric measurements of the intrinsic volumetric thermomechanical heat sources (THS) activated in the material bulk during mechanical loads can produce valuable information with respect to that aim. They can be based on infrared imaging if submitted to inverse algorithms that allow a correct reconstruction of THS to be produced. Here, an inverse method relying on a diffusion-advection heat transfer model is applied to experimental temperature maps recorded during tensile tests. These are made on a semi-crystalline polymer that shows a strong development of plastic instabilities. Along with simultaneous kinematic observables produced with a digital image correlation system, the competition between advection and diffusion phenomena may be clearly established. 1-D profiles of the reconstructed THS and measured strain rates illustrate clearly that thermomechanical effects associated with necking onset and propagation follow the kinematic variable in a rather direct manner. Finally, we show for tensile experiments that THS estimations lead to analyze plasticity as a rheological behavior controlled by the flow stress, responsible of necking development and propagation. 相似文献

对于较厚的多层复合壳体,其振动位移沿厚度方向呈锯齿形变化且层间剪切和拉、压应力呈三维耦合状态,采用传统的等效单层理论分析已不能满足精度要求. 建立不受结构厚度、铺层材料性质和铺层方式限制的三维分析方法具有重要的研究价值. 本文以独立铺层为建模对象,结合广义谱方法与微分求积技术建立了一种适用一般边界条件和铺层方式的多层复合壳体三维分析新方法——谱--微分求积混合法. 该方法应用三维弹性理论对独立铺层进行精确建模,有效克服了二维简化理论对横向变形以及层间应力估计不确切的缺点;引入微分求积技术对铺层进行数值离散,将三维偏微分问题转化为二维偏微分问题,降低了求解维度和难度;应用广义谱方法近似地表述离散计算面上的场变量,将获取的二维偏微分方程转化为以场变量谱展开系数为未知量的线性代数方程组,避免了对超越方程的求解. 数值验证结果表明该方法收敛性好,计算精度高. 相似文献

Tanshinol borneol ester (DBZ) is a potential drug candidate composed of danshensu and borneol. It shows anti‐ischemic and anti‐atherosclerosis activity. However, little is known about its metabolism in vivo. This research aimed to elucidate the metabolic profile of DBZ through analyzing its metabolites using high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent TC‐C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) with gradient elution using methanol and water containing 0.2% (v/v) formic acid as the mobile phase. Metabolite identification involved analyzing the retention behaviors, changes in molecular weights and MS/MS fragment patterns of DBZ and its metabolites. As a result, 20 potential metabolites were detected and tentatively identified in rat plasma, urine and feces after administration of DBZ. DBZ could be metabolized to O‐methylated DBZ, DBZ‐O‐glucuronide, O‐methylated DBZ‐O‐glucuronide, hydroxylated DBZ and danshensu. Danshensu, a hydrolysis product of DBZ, could further be transformed into 12 metabolites. The proposed method was confirmed to be a reliable and sensitive alternative for characterizing metabolic pathways of DBZ and providing valuable information on its druggability. 相似文献

The electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) offers an energy‐saving and environmentally friendly approach to produce ammonia under ambient conditions. However, traditional catalysts have extremely poor NRR performances because of their low activity and the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction. The high catalytic activity of nanoporous gold (NPG) and the hydrophobicity and molecular concentrating effect of the zeolitic imidazolate framework‐8 (ZIF‐8) were incorporated in the NPG@ZIF‐8 nanocomposite so that the ZIF‐8 shell could weaken hydrogen evolution and retard reactant diffusion. A highest Faradaic efficiency of 44 % and an excellent rate of ammonia production of (28.7±0.9) μg h?1 cm?2 were achieved, which are superior to traditional gold nanoparticles and NPG. Moreover, the composite catalyst shows high electrochemical stability and selectivity (98 %). The superior NRR performance makes NPG@ZIF‐8 one of the most promising water‐based NRR electrocatalysts for ammonia production. 相似文献

The uncontrolled growth of Li dendrites upon cycling might result in low coulombic efficiency and severe safety hazards. Herein, a lithiophilic binary lithium–aluminum alloy layer, which was generated through an in situ electrochemical process, was utilized to guide the uniform metallic Li nucleation and growth, free from the formation of dendrites. Moreover, the formed LiAl alloy layer can function as a Li reservoir to compensate the irreversible Li loss, enabling long‐term stability. A novel luminescent metal–organic framework ( Zn‐TCPP/BPY ) with pillared structure based on 2,3,5,6‐tetrakis(4‐carboxyphenyl)pyrazine (H4TCPP) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (BPY) has been designed and synthesized through a solvothermal reaction. The [Zn2(COO)4] paddlewheel units are linked by TCPP4? ligands to form two‐dimensional layers and further connected by BPY ligands as pillars to construct the twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional framework. Interestingly, Zn‐TCPP/BPY possesses outstanding stability in organic solvents and water as well as maintains its structural rigidity in aqueous solutions of different pH values (3–12). After activation, Zn‐TCPP/BPY possesses permanent porosity with Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area of 630 m2 g–1. Remarkably, Zn‐TCPP/BPY displays excellent fluorescent property in virtue of the aggregation‐induced emission effect of the H4TCPP ligand, which can be highly active and quenched by small amounts of 2,4,6‐trinitrophenol (TNP) and Fe3+ ions. Furthermore, the detection effect of Zn‐TCPP/BPY remains basically the same even after five cycles. The excellent stability, high sensitivity, and recyclability of Zn‐TCPP/BPY make it an outstanding chemical sensor for detecting TNP and Fe3+ ions. 相似文献
