This paper is on the experimental study of the real-time air-gap coupled SAW convolver.Itwork at the center frequency of 60 MHz and its interaction length is 8 μs.It is degenerate.The mainperformance of our device features an external convolution efficiency of-57 dBm,a dynamic rangelarger than 70 dB and a convolution output power larger than-15 dBm(load 50 ohm). A new technique for the formation of the air-gap for this device has been developed in our la-boratory. In order to demonstrate the performance and functions of our SAW convolvers,three signalprocessing experiments have been carried out.These experimental results are satisfactory and showthat the SAW convolver can process both the analog and digital signals. 相似文献

This paper presents the experimental investigation on the effect of DC bias voltage on the con-volution efficiencies of air-gap coupled acoustoelectric convolvers made of various surface-treatedsilicon strips.For the silicon strips which are thermally oxidized to form 1000 A thick SiO_2,films andthen annealed in nitrogen atmosphere,there appear some new phenomena.We have derived theirtheoretical explanations,but these are only briefly mentioned in this paper. 相似文献
