ZnO films were deposited by low-pressure metal organic chemical vapour deposition on epi-GaN/Al203 films and c-Al203 substrates. The structure and optical properties of the ZnO/GaN/Al203 and ZnO/Al203 films have been investigated to determine the differences between the two substrates. ZnO films on GaN/Al203 show very strong emission features associated with exciton transitions, just as ZnO films on Al2O3, while the crystalline structural qualities for ZnO films on GaN/Al2O3 are much better than those for ZnO films directly grown on Al203 substrates. Zn and O elements in the deposited ZnO/GaN/Al2O3 and ZnO/Al2O3 films are investigated and compared by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. According to the statistical results, the Zn/O ratio changes from Zn-rich for ZnO/Al2O3 films to O-rich for ZnO/GaN/Al2O3 films.  相似文献

The model of the Coulomb dressed potential is applied to solving the problem of electron scattering for simplifying the calculation in the electrostatic field and the excimer laser field. The introduction and the application of the model are based on the electric dipole approximation, so the contribution of the electric multipole is neglected. In this paper, rigorous analysis and deduction are carried out for the introduction of the dressed Coulomb potential into the laser field. It is found that the introduction of the dressed potential in the fractional form is feasible only when the laser field (not including far ultraviolet field and x-ray) is a weak field, i.e. the quiver radius of the free electron is smaller than the atomic scale. In addition, the necessary analysis is also conducted of the limitation of the application of the Coulomb dressed potential.  相似文献

A new ring-shaped non-harmonic oscillator potential is proposed. The precise bound solution of Dirac equation with the potential is gained when the scalar potential is equal to the vector potential. The angular equation and radial equation are obtained through the variable separation method. The results indicate that the normalized angle wave function can be expressed with the generalized associated-Legendre polynomial, and the normalized radial wave function can be expressed with confluent hypergeometric function. And then the precise energy spectrum equations are obtained. The ground state and several low excited states of the system are solved. And those results are compared with the non-relativistic effect energy level in Phys. Lett. A 340 (2005) 94. The positive energy states of system are discussed and the conclusions are made properly.  相似文献
