Output mode characteristics of an in-phase locked gain waveguide array CO2 laser

In this paper,experimental and theoretical studies of the output mode characteristics of an in-phase locked gain waveguide array CO 2 laser are reported.The experimental results of the optical oscillation mode frequency,the far-field intensity distribution and the burnt pattern of the sliced waveguide array laser are obtained.A revised mode expression of the rectangle waveguide,which is suited for this waveguide array CO 2 laser,is proposed.The theoretical simulation results based on the revised mode expression are shown to be in good agreement with the experimental results.     

分光路二维剪切干涉强激光腔镜变形检测系统

介绍一种分光路二维剪切干涉光电检测系统。该系统实现了两正交方向(二维)同时进行检测与计算机自动化数据处理;采用了一系列消噪声措施和两图像相减等技术,使得波前重构中能较好地采用简单的数值积分方法;并得到了在士10μm的测量范围内,方差不超过0. 257μm和0. 05μm的灵敏度。利用该系统成功地对强激光腔镜变形过程实现了动态检测。     

High-Power Nd：GdVO4 Innoslab Continuous-Wave Laser under Direct 880 nm Pumping

A high-power cw end-pumped laser device is demonstrated with a slab crystal of Nd：GdVO4 operating at 1063nm. Diode laser stacks at 880nm are used to pump Nd：GdVO4 into emitting level 4^F3/2. The 149 W output power is presented when the absorbed pump power is 390 W and the optical-to-optieal conversion efficiency is 38.2%. When the output power is 120 W, the M^2 factors are 2.3 in both directions. Additionally, mode overlap inside the resonator is analyzed to explain the beam quality deterioration.     

(CH3)2和(NH2)2基团修饰的齐聚苯乙炔分子电子输运性质研究

采用密度泛函理论和非平衡格林函数相结合的方法研究了S原子作为单、双端基的(CH₃)₂-OPE (齐聚苯乙炔)和(NH₂)₂-OPE分子在金电极间的电子输运性质. 通过第一性原理优化计算获得分子部分稳定结构, 再置于Au电极之间构成两极系统, 然后再优化整个两极系统获得稳定结构. 另外, 通过非平衡格林函数方法计算了两极系统的电子输运性质. 计算结果表明, 不同的修饰基团和桥接方式可以导致两极系统的开关效应、负微分电阻行为和整流行为等不同的电子输运性质. 通过计算不同偏压下的分子体系投影轨道电子分布、透射谱、态密度, 对这些新异的电输运性质出现的机理进行了解释.     

基于CPLD的液晶驱动板的设计与实现

本文设计并实现了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件的液晶显示屏驱动板.采用“可编程逻辑器件+存储器”的设计方案,将存储器中的数据与液晶屏上的点一一对应.通过对系统方案的分析,设计了时钟模块、接口数据转换模块、存储器模块以及显示模块.使用硬件描述语言编程实现了各个模块的功能,并在QuartusⅡ软件平台上进行了仿真验证,最后下载...     

激光器用高频调制射频激励源的实时监测系统

介绍了基于C8051F023单片机的高速数据采集系统的设计,在LABVIEW环境下实现数据处理和分析系统的设计。两者通过串口结合能实现对射频激励源入射和反射信号的电压值、功率值、频率、占空比等参数实时监测。     

RF excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO_2 laser

In this paper, a new type of radio frequency (RF) excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO2 laser is presented, in which the waveguide channel is constructed by two aluminum side walls and two aluminum electrodes, the discharge is confined in the slab waveguide channel in terms of the voltage division structure. From this type of structure, 127-W laser power is obtained.     

射频激励板条波导CO2激光器远场空间压窄单峰输出模式特性的实验研究

报道了射频激励扩散型冷却板条波导CO₂激光器远场呈空间窄单斑分布的模式特性及其模式演化过程的实验现象,实验研究了远场出现压窄单斑时的模式结构.通过实验研究发现实验中所获得的近场呈多点分布和远场呈空间窄单峰分布的板条波导激光器输出模式是一种新的单模频振荡模式. 关键词：
