成功制备了结构为ITO/PDDOPV/PPQ/Al的异质结聚合物发光二极管。该器件在正反向偏压下均可发光。在正向偏压下的光发射主要来自PDDOPV,但在反向偏压下的光发射则包括来自PPQ的蓝光发射和PDDOPV的黄光发射。蓝光强度与黄光强度的比值随着反向偏压的增加而增加,当反向直流电压分别为22V、24V、26V、28V时,其电致发光光谱中PPQ与PDDOPV的峰高比IPPQ/IPDDOPV分别为1.092、1.329、1.605、2.046。换句话说,该器件的发光颜色是压控可调的,这对实现彩色显示是极为有利的。分析了在反向偏压下的发光机理以及IPPQ/IPDDOPV受电压控制的原因。  相似文献

Most alternating current (ac) polymer EL (electroluminescent) devices to date are based on symmetrical structure. Here novel alternating current EL devices with asymmetric structure are successfully fabricated by using a hole type polymer PDDOPV [poly (2,5-bis (dodecyloxy)-phenylenevinylene)] and an electron type polymer PPQ [poly (phenyl quinoxaline)]. We report that performance of polymer devices with heterojunction in ac operation is not so sensitive to thickness of the two polymer layers as in direct current (dc) operation. This new advantage of ac operation mode over dc means easy production and cheap facilities in large-scale production in the near future. Different emission spectra are obtained when our ac devices operate in ac mode, forward and reverse bias. Emission spectrum at reverse bias includes two parts: one is from PDDOPV, the other is from PPQ.  相似文献

用固相反应法制备了一系列ZnS∶Zn,Pb荧光粉.改变不同的灼烧温度和激活剂的掺杂量,通过对灼烧后荧光粉进行光谱分析,我们发现Pb2+在ZnS基质中的发光与制备条件有关:灼烧温度为800~950℃时,能得到Pb2+在ZnS基质中的蓝色发光.测量了其光致发射光谱、激发光谱,以及灼烧后荧光粉的成分.研究了阴极射线下ZnS∶Zn,Pb荧光粉的相对发光亮度与荧光粉电压的关系,ZnS∶Zn,Pb的相对亮度比ZnS∶Ag,Cl的高,比ZnS∶Zn更高.研究了发光衰减时间与温度的关系,得到了ZnS∶Zn,Pb的蓝色发光可能来源于Pb2+的D波段发射的结论.并对其发光机制进行了一些探讨.这种新型蓝粉可应用于VFD和FED等低压显示屏.  相似文献

利用空穴型聚合物材料ROPPV-12[聚(十二烷氧基-对苯乙炔)]与电子型有机小分子材料Alq3(八羟基喹啉铝)配合制备了有机薄膜异质结发光二极管。发现该异质结器件在ROPPV-12的厚度保持为70nm、Alq3的厚度为20nm时,器件的性能最优,且电致发光完全来自ROPPV-12;而当Alq3的厚度为32nm时,发光区域则跨越了ROPPV-12与Alq3,器件在较低驱动电压下来自ROPPV-12的光发射占主导地位,随着电压的升高,Alq3的光发射逐渐占据了主导地位。在相同电压下,前一器件的亮度、电流、发光效率都要远高于后一器件。分析了其发光机理。  相似文献

Calibrating a small field camera is a challenging task because the traditional target with visible feature points that fit the limited space is difficult and costly to manufacture.We demonstrate a novel combined target used in camera calibration.The tangent points supplied by one circle located at the center of a square are used as invisible features,and the perspective projection invariance is proved.Both visible and invisible features extracted by the proposed feature extraction algorithm are used to solve the calibration. The target supplies a sufficient number of feature points to satisfy the requirements of calibration within a limited space.Experiments show that the approach can achieve high robustness and considerable accuracy. This approach has potential for computer vision applications particularly in small fields of view.  相似文献
