本文采用分数维方法, 在讨论Al0.3Ga0.7As衬底上GaAs薄膜的分数维基础上, 计算了GaAs薄膜中的极化子结合能和有效质量. 随着薄膜厚度的增加, 极化子结合能和质量变化单调地减小. 当薄膜厚度Lw<70 Å并且衬底厚度Lb<200 Å时, 衬底厚度的变化对薄膜中极化子的结合能和质量变化的影响比较显著, 随着衬底厚度的增加, 薄膜中极化子的结合能和质量变化逐渐变大; 当薄膜厚度Lw>70 Å或者衬底厚度Lb>200 Å时, 衬底厚度的变化对薄膜中极化子的结合能和质量变化的影响不显著. 研究结果为GaAs薄膜电子和光电子器件的研究和应用提供参考. 关键词: 分数维方法 GaAs薄膜 极化子 低维异质结构  相似文献

探究模拟微重力条件下不同剂量C离子辐射对雄性动物生殖器官的急性影响, 以期了解空间环境辐射所致机体生殖系统的损伤。采用小鼠尾部悬吊模型地面模拟微重力状态1周后, 利用重离子加速器提供的C离子辐照处理, 检测了生殖器官脏器系数及精子密度、组织形态变化、DNA损伤以及细胞凋亡各项指标。结果表明, 微重力和C离子辐射均能引起睾丸损伤, 且1 Gy单纯辐照组中损伤最为严重。此外发现, 模拟微重力能够在一定程度上降低辐射诱导的损伤, 其内在机制有待于进一步的研究。In this paper it was investigated that the effect of modeled microgravity on the acute injury induced by low doses of carbon ions in the male reproductive organs of mice, assessing the risk associated with the space environments. In our study, outbred Kunming mice were stimulated in microgravity by tail suspension, and then were irradiated with the low doses of carbon ions diliuered by HIRFL, and measured the testis and epididymis coefficient, sperm number of epididymis, histological alterations, DNA strand breaks and cell apoptosis. The results demonstrated that carbon ions and stimulated microgravity could induce the damage in the present study. Moreover, most serious injury all occurred in the irradiation group. In addition, it was also found that the damage of the carbon ion irradiation combined microgravity group were lower than those of the irradiation group, while the related mechanism needs the further investigation.  相似文献

以趋磁细菌MTB作为吸附剂,吸附溶液中的Pd2 ,对影响吸附的因素进行了实验研究。结果显示,MTB对溶液中Pd2 的最佳吸附条件为:pH=1~5,菌体浓度在6g/L左右,Pd2 初始浓度为20mg/L~80mg/L,室温条件下吸附30min。吸附过程遵循准一级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型。  相似文献

在中国科学院近代物理研究所自行研制的大功率电子加速器上, 研究了不同辐照剂量的电子束对大肠杆菌、 金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌3种微生物的杀灭效果, 同时检测了辐照后菌体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。 结果显示: 辐照剂量达到2.0 kGy时, 可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌, 2.2 kGy时可完全杀灭大肠杆菌和变形杆菌; 辐照对3种微生物的SOD活性有较显著的影响。 To study the effects of radiation sterilization of the electron beam, the three species of microorganisms, Escherichia. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus vulgaris were irradiated with the electron beam, delivered by the electron accelerator independently developed by the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of these irradiated microorganisms were also tested. The results indicated that the Staphylococcus aureus were fully radio sterilized with the radiation dosage of 2.0 kGy, but 2.2 kGy to the Escherichia.coli and Proteus vulgaris. Moreover, the data also demonstrated that the irradiation had noticeable effects on the SOD activity of the three microorganisms.  相似文献

以0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 Gy 12C6+ 离子全身预辐照昆明小鼠, 间隔4 h后再对小鼠进行4 Gy全身辐射。 辐照后12 h用流式细胞仪检测小鼠胸腺脾脏细胞在各细胞周期时相的百分率, 同时用单细胞电泳检测受辐射小鼠胸腺脾脏细胞DNA损伤程度。 结果显示, 相对于大剂量预照射组, 各低剂量预照射组胸腺细胞S期细胞百分率显著减少; 脾脏细胞G0/G1期细胞百分率明显减少; 同时胸腺脾脏细胞的拖尾率及拖尾长度明显减少, 以0.1 Gy预辐照效果最为明显。 这些结果表明, 低剂量预辐射处理可以减弱胸腺细胞的S期阻滞及脾脏细胞的G1期阻滞, 并明显减轻胸腺脾脏细胞的DNA损伤程度。  相似文献

一维和双层二维光子晶体太阳能电池背反射器   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用a-Si∶H和SiO2等介质,设计了一种由一维光子晶体和双层二维光子晶体组成的非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池背反射器.利用时域有限差分法对该背反射器在入射光波长范围为300~1 100nm波段的反射率和透射率进行仿真,计算不同结构参量下非晶硅太阳能电池短路电流密度并进行比较分析,最终得到了最佳背反射器结构.结果表明:设计的太阳能电池背反射器能够有效地延长入射光在太阳能电池吸收层的传播路径,有助于缓解太阳能电池吸收层厚度对电池吸收效率的影响,提高了电池吸收层对入射光的吸收效率.一维光子晶体和双层二维光子晶体结构的背反射器可以大幅度提高电池的光捕获能力,将非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的短路电流密度提高到31.96mA/cm2,较常用的Ag/ZnO背反射器结构非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池提高了51.0%.  相似文献

探讨了X射线辐照对芸芥发状根诱导的影响, 为研究辐射对转基因技术的协同作用提供一定的实验依据。 以芸芥无菌苗的子叶为材料, 通过5—20 Gy的X射线辐照和不等浸染时间的联合处理, 研究苗龄、 预培养时间、 辐照剂量及其浸染时间等因素对芸芥发状根诱导的影响作用, 并通过聚合链酶式反应(PCR)对所得发状根进行了分子水平的鉴定。 15 Gy X射线辐射能提高芸芥发状根的诱导频率, 且有量效关系, 其中先浸染后辐照比先辐照后浸染效果更显著; PCR结果也表明, 发根农杆菌R1000的 rolB基因已成功地被转入并整合到该发状根的基因组中。 X射线辐照对芸芥发状根的诱导具有一定的促进作用, 且最佳推荐诱导剂量为15 Gy或稍多。  相似文献

探讨了正常皮肤对重离子辐照急性损伤反应的耐受性, 为重离子治癌临床应用提供安全性检测的实验依据。实验前10 min, 实验猪肌肉注射复方氯胺酮1.2 mg/kg进行麻醉, 然后在兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)辐照终端利用12C6+束照射, 辐照剂量分别为0, 12, 21和27 Gy, 辐照分3次完成, 剂量率约为1.2 Gy/min, Bragg峰区照射, 辐照后每隔7 d对照射野拍照并活检取样, 做HE组织病理学观察。不同剂量12C6+离子束辐照实验猪皮肤后, 皮肤外观反应随辐照剂量增大而加快, 表现为肿胀和色素沉积等; 皮肤组织结构的变化明显, 上皮细胞排列紊乱、 萎缩、 空泡变性; 基本恢复正常所需时间也越长, 且都存在明显的剂量效应关系。结果表明, 辐照剂量范围为0—27 Gy时, 重离子对正常皮肤的辐照是安全的。The tolerance of the normal skin to the acute radiation injury reaction induced by heavy ion beams has been studied experimentally. The experimental pigs were injected with 1.2 mg/kg ketamine in 10 min before irradiation and were irradiated with 0, 12 , 21 and 27 Gy 12C6+ ion at a dose rate of 1.2 Gy/min at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). The total radiation dose was finished by 3 times at Bragg Peak Region of Heavy Ion Beams.The radiation fields of skin were taken photo and performed biopsy. The contaneous tissues of radiation fields were stained by HE and examined histopatholo gical changes every seven days after irradiation. The results indicated that the cutaneous appearance reaction became more faster with radiation dosage rising and presented with swollen, melanin forming and so on after irradiated by the carbon ions at different dosage. The Pathological examination showed noticeable changes in histological and structural of experimental pigs skin, such as atrophy, vacuolation, denaturation and arranged irregularly in epithelial cells. Furthermore, the time for return to normality became longer with the increasing of radiation dosage. All indexes demonstrated correlation between the does and effects. It is concluded that the irradiation of heavy ion beams to normal skin is security when the radiation dose range is about 0—27 Gy.  相似文献

研究了X 射线和重离子照射对人微血管内皮细胞的增殖、迁移、管样结构形成及基质金属蛋白酶表达的影响。Transwell 迁移实验结果显示,照射24 h 后,非毒性照射剂量照射能抑制HMEC-1 细胞的迁移,且重离子照射抑制内皮细胞迁移能力较X 射线的强。基质胶实验显示,重离子照射可显著抑制自发性管样结构的形成,但X 射线照射的抑制作用不明显。同时,明胶酶谱法证实了重离子照射可明显抑制HMEC-1 细胞中基质金属蛋白酶( MMP-2 和MMP-9 ) 的表达,而X 射线照射对此类酶几乎无任何影响,显示了重离子较X射线的肿瘤放疗优势所在。The study aims to explore the effect of 12C6+ ion and X-ray on proliferation, migration, tube formation and MMPS of human microvascular endothelial cells ( HMEC-1 ). Transwell migration experiment showed that the radiation could inhibit the migration of HMEC-1 in sub-lethal dose 24 h after irradiation. Furthermore, the inhibition ability of 12C6+ ion was stronger than that of X-ray. Matrigel experiment indicated that 12C6+ ion suppressed the tube formation of HMEC-1 spontaneously. However, the inhibitory effect of X-ray had no significance. Meanwhile, Gelatin Zymography showed the expression of MMP-2 was inhibited obviously by 12C6+ ion, while X-ray had little effect on the expression of MMP-2. In conclusion, 12C6+ ion is superior to X-ray in radiotherapy of tumor.  相似文献

Using an improved homogeneous balance principle and an F-expansion technique, we construct the new exact periodic traveling wave solutions to the (3+1)-dimensional Gross-Pitaevskii equation with repulsive harmonic potential. In the limit cases, the solitary wave solutions are obtained as well. We also investigate the dynamical evolution of the solitons with a time-dependent complicated potential.  相似文献
