报道了LD端面抽运c切Nd:YVO4自拉曼倍频黄光激光器的研究. 采用10 mm长,二类临界相位匹配角 (θ=69°,ø=0°)切割的KTP晶体作为倍频晶体. 考虑到c切Nd:YVO4跃迁截面较小,所以通过对谐振腔及晶体膜系的严格设计,减少腔内插入损耗和衍射损耗. 最终在脉冲重复率为10 kHz,抽运功率为11.2 W下,获得了最高570 mW的倍频黄光激光输出,对应抽运光到倍频黄光的转化效率约为 关键词: 拉曼激光 c切Nd:YVO4')" href="#">c切Nd:YVO4 589 nm 黄光激光  相似文献

We build a compact high-conversion-efficiency and broadband tunable noncollinear optical parametric amplifier (OPA) in the infra-red (IR) pumped by a femtosecond Ti:sapphire CPA laser. The OPA consists of an internal seed of white-light continuum generator (WLG) and two noncollinear optical parametric amplifiers. The tunable wavelength range is from 1.2μm to 2.4μm for both signal and idle pulses. The total OPA efficiency in the last OPA stage reaches about 40% in a wider tunable spectral range (from 1.3μm to 1.7μm for signal pulse, from 1.5μm to 2.0 μm for idle pulse respectively).  相似文献

设计了一个激光光斑实时监测与光路自动准直装置,能够实时监测激光光斑并自动准商激光输出方向.基于透镜成像原理,使用CCD探测器获得光斑的二维成像,并根据两点确定一条直线原理和使用压电陶瓷电动调整架实现光路自动准直;监测控制程序采用虚拟仪器开发软件Lab View编写,可以实时监测激光光斑模式与光斑位置抖动情况,并进行反馈控制.经测试,设计装置的调整精度达0.5μrad,反馈控制频率约1 Hz,完全可降低或消除抖动周期在1 s以上的光斑飘移.  相似文献

A new polarization gating is demonstrated by our principle-of-proof experiment, which is theoretically proposed to generate the isolated or double attosecond pulses with the multi-cycle driving laser pulse in the previous work [Optics Express. 20, 5196 (2012)]. In the experiment, the polarization gating is formed by two orthogonally-polarized linearly chirped multi-cycle laser pulses, and the spectral bandwidths of tile harmonics are broadened by more than two times, which agree with the previous theoretical work.  相似文献

This paper reports that the tunable self-phase-stabilized infrared laser pulses have been generated from a two-stage optical parametric amplifier. With an 800 nm pump source, the output idler pulses are tunable from 1.3 μm to 2.3 μm, and the maximum output energy of the idler pulses is higher than 1 mJ at 1.6 μm by using 6 mJ pump laser. A carrier-envelope phase fluctuation of ~ 0.15 rad (rms) for the idler pulses is measured for longer than one hour by using a home build f-to-2f interferometer.  相似文献

报道了基于Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷4F3/2-4I15/2跃迁实现1.83 m激光输出的研究。采用简单紧凑的平凹腔结构,结合对腔镜镀膜参数的设计,控制其他能级跃迁谱线对应波长激光的透射损耗来抑制较强能级跃迁对应的激光振荡。在入射抽运功率14.6 W的808 nm波长半导体激光端面抽运Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷,获得了0.65 W的1.83 m激光输出,斜率效率5.8%。可见Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷可望成为获得1.8 m波段激光直接输出的激光介质。  相似文献
