基于PASCO平台的超声光栅实验设计及应用

利用PASCO物理平台实验附件可组装性强的特征,设计与搭建了超声光栅实验装置,获得了清晰、直观的超声光栅衍射光强分布图,并利用极值查找等数据处理工具确定精确的衍射条纹位置.在此基础上,通过测量与计算得到了不同酒精溶液浓度下的超声波声速.     

平行共轴线圈的磁场特征研究与实验设计

通过计算机及相关的传感器和数据采集接口辅助,研究了平行共轴双线圈间距分别为0.5R,R,1.5R时,轴线方向磁场强度的分布规律及特征.从平行共轴双线圈间距为R的亥姆霍兹线圈所形成的均匀磁场出发,结合理论推导,自己设计并组装了三线圈实验装置,实现了平行共轴三线圈均匀磁场区域扩大、强度增强的实验设计,在一定程度上弥补了传统亥姆霍兹线圈磁场测量的不足并有助于对其深入的理解和研究.     

Thermal modeling optimization and experimental validation for a single, concentrator solar cell system with a heat sink

A single concentrator solar cell model with a heat sink is established to simulate the thermal performance of the system by varying the number, height, and thickness of fins, the base thickness and thermal resistance of the thermal conductive adhesive. Influence disciplines of those parameters on temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are obtained. With optimized number, height and thickness of fins, and the thickness values of base of 8, 1.4 cm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm, the lowest temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are 41.7℃ and 36.3℃ respectively. A concentrator solar cell prototype with a heat sink fabricated based on the simulation optimized structure is built. Outdoor temperatures of the prototype are tested. Temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are stabilized with time continuing at about 37℃-38℃ and 35℃-36℃ respectively, slightly lower than the simulation results because of effects of the wind and cloud. Thus the simulation model enables to predict the thermal performance of the system, and the simulation results can be a reference for designing heat sinks in the field of single concentrator solar cells.     

非平衡电桥原理热敏电阻温度计的计算机校准与标定

非平衡电桥原理热敏电阻温度计设计原理的基础上,利用传感器及数据处理软件获得准确的温度-电压数据曲线,并利用最值查找、斜率标定、曲线拟合等数据处理工具对数据进行有效处理与标定。相对于传统数据处理及标定方式,具有更高的准确性。     

平行共轴双线圈的空间磁场研究

通过计算机及相关的传感器和数据采集接口辅助,获得了平行共轴双线圈的空间磁场分布,并从数值模拟和实验测量两个角度进行了对比研究,在一定程度上弥补了传统亥姆霍兹线圈磁场测量的不足并有助于对其深入的理解和研究.     

基于PASCO实验平台的地球磁场测量

基于PASCO实验平台的软件和计算机接口,利用高灵敏度磁场传感器对地球磁场的强度及磁倾角等相关参量进行测量与分析。实验结果表明,该测量方法操作简单,精确度较高,实用性很强。通过轻松的实验过程对地球磁场等不易感知的弱磁场有了一个清晰直观的认识。     

7-氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸的合成

以7-苯乙酰氨基-3-氯甲基头孢烷酸对甲氧基苄酯为原料经Wittig反应、水解、酶解三步反应合成重要的药物中间体——7-氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸,总收率71.2%。其结构经1H NMR和IR表征。     

PASCO实验平台的设计性应用思路及其尝试

本文利用PASCO平台的传感器及数据采集设备对传统单缝衍射实验设备进行改造,使单缝衍射的光强分布等不易观察的物理量得到感官表现,并能通过软件进行定量分析,具有良好的实验教学效果.     

不同基底的GaN纳米薄膜制备及其场发射增强研究

采用脉冲激光沉积 (PLD) 方法在Si及SiC基底上制备了相同厚度的GaN纳米薄膜并对其进行了微结构表征及场发射性能测试分析. 结果表明: 基底对于GaN薄膜微结构及场发射性能具有显著的影响. 在SiC基底上所制备的GaN纳米薄膜相对于Si基底上的GaN纳米薄膜, 其场发射性能得到显著提升, 其场发射电流可以数量级增大. 场发射显著增强应源于纳米晶微结构及取向极化诱导增强效应. 本研究结果表明, 要获得优异性能场发射薄膜, 合适基底及薄膜晶体微结构需要重点考虑. 关键词： 基底 GaN 纳米薄膜 场发射     

Site occupation of doping La3+ cations and phase transition in Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3–BaTiO3 solid solution

The effects of La doping on the ferroelectric properties of 0.92Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.08BaTiO3(NBT-BT) solid solution have been studied both experimentally and theoretically.The experimental results show that an abnormal ferro-toantiferroelectric phase transition is induced by La doping in NBT-BT.The first-principles calculations indicate that La3+ cations selectively substitute for the A site in NBT-BT as donors.Furthermore,the computed binding energy reveals that La cations is most likely to substitute Ba 2+or Na+,not Bi3+,at A site as donors in NBT-BT,as supported by our Raman spectra.The ferro-to-antiferroelectric phase transition of La-doped NBT-BT is believed to originate from the lattice aberrance and redistribution of valence electrons,thus strengthening the bonding of A-O,enhancing the hybridization between the A cation d orbital and O 2p orbital,and resulting in the deflection of the polar direction of NBT-BT lattice.
