Charge and Energy Dependences of Ionization and Transfer for Helium in Collisions with Fast Charged Projectiles

The classical method within the independent electron model is employed to investigate （i） charge dependences of single and double ionization for helium by various charged ions A^q＋ （q = 1 - 8） at impact energies of 0.64 and 1.44 MeV/u, respectively, （ii） energy dependences of transfer ionization for helium by 0.5-3 MeV/u A^8.9＋ ions impact. The Lenz-Jensen model of the atom is applied instead of the Bohr model of the atom, and the impact-parameter dependences are also introduced into the calculations. Satisfactory agreement is found between theoretical and experimental data.     

Na离子和Cl离子引起He原子直接多重电离过程的研究

利用2～8 MeV的Naq+、Clq+(q=2,3,4,5)轰击氦原子,对碰撞的直接多重电离过程进行研究.实验采用反冲离子-散射离子飞行时间符合技术,通过反冲离子飞行时间谱区分不同价态反冲离子;利用静电偏转和位置灵敏探测技术区分不同电荷态散射离子;结合CAMAC-PC多参数获取系统得到一定价态散射离子所对应的反冲离子电荷态分布谱;经分析该谱得到直接多重电离截面与直接单电离截面之比R21.讨论了R21随入射离子速度和电荷态的变化关系.     

高电荷态Ar^q＋与Ne碰撞中入射离子电荷交换截面的研究

报道Ar^q Ne(q=8，9，11，12)碰撞体系中多电子转移过程，得到了多组实验测量电荷交换截面数据，讨论入射离子电荷交换截面、反冲离子产生截面与入射离子电荷态、能量以及散射离子电荷态的关系，并且将实验结果与Ar^q Ar碰撞体系进行对比研究。在修正分子库仑过垒模型的基础上，对实验现象做了合理的解释。     

氧离子与氦、氖原子碰撞中转移电离过程的研究

采用位置灵敏探测和散射离子-反冲离子飞行时间测量技术,测量了氧离子与氖和氦原子碰撞过程中转移电离截面与单电子俘获截面之比.通过比较发现测量结果与文献结果的趋势一致,并对测量结果进行了讨论.     

Multiple ionization of argon accompanied by electron loss and capture of 0.22-6.35 MeV C^q＋ ions

In this paper a projectile ions recoil ions coincidence technique is employed to investigate the target ionization and projectile charge state changing processes in the collision of 0.22-6.35 MeV Cq^＋ （q = 1 - 4） ions with argon atoms. The partial cross section ratios of the double, triple, quadruplicate ionization to the single ionization （or the single capture） of argon associated with single electron loss （or single electron capture） by the projectile are measured and compared with the previous experimental results. In the present experiment, it is observed that the ratios of ionization cross sections R associated with single loss and single capture depend strongly on the projectile charge state and vary significantly with different reaction channels as impact energy increases. In addition, this paper gets empirical scaling laws for the ionization cross section ratios R corresponding to the projectile single loss and finds that the ratios of the double ionization to the single ionization associated with single electron capture remain constant in the present energy range.     

Transfer ionization cross-sections measured in collisions of highly charged argon ions with neon target

: Multiple electron transfer processes are studied for Arq+n- Ne (q= 8, 9, 11, 12) collisions by using multi-parameter coincidence techniques. Various electron transfer processes are identified experimentally and the related cross-sections are measured. The dependence of transfer ionization cross-sections on the recoil charge states is compared with the results from the modified molecular classical overbarrier model. It is found that the modified model described the experimental results reasonably.     

中速C3+与Ne原子靶相互作用过程中单电子转移绝对截面的测量

Classical Study of Transfer and Ionization in A^2＋＋He Collisions

A simple model for the direct ionization and transfer ionization probabilities in A^2＋＋He collisions in a wide projectile energy range is proposed based on the Bohr-Lindhard model and the classical statistical model. The calculated cross sections are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data available.     

铝、钛和镍在250—430Kev质子轰击下产生的K壳层特征X射线

我们研究了厚靶铝、钛和镍在250到430Kev的质子轰击下产生的K壳层的特征X射线。用Si(L)探测器测量了厚靶的产额,得到了K壳层X射线的产生截面,相应壳层的电离截面,并与半经典近似的理论予言值作了比较。     

THE MULTIPLE IONIZATION OF ARGON INDUCED BY PARTIALLY STRIPPED CARBON IONS

The cross section ratios of the double, triple and quadruplicate ionization to the single ionization of argon by 1.5-7.5 MeV partially stripped carbon ions are measured by using time-of-flight technique. The Auger transition and the charge exchange process in the multiple ionization of argon are studied. The ratios of cross sections of the direct multiple ionization to those of the direct single ionization are obtained by subtracting the parts of the Auger transition and the charge exchange process from the measured data. It is found that the cross section ratios of the direct multiple ionization to those of the direct single ionization are in good agreement with the predicted mniti-step (ν/q_eff)^-2n+2 law.
