Wide-range optical sensors based on a single ring resonator are investigated theoretically and experimentally.The sensor worked at the TE and TM modes simultaneously. Because the sensitivities of the TE mode and TM mode are different, the TE mode is used for the large measurement range, and the TM mode is used for the high sensitivity measurement. The experimental results showed that the measurement range for the TE mode was almost three times larger than that of the TM mode. A sensitivity of 233 nm/RIU was achieved for the wavelength interrogation of the TM mode. 相似文献

An echelle diffraction grating based high-resolution spectrometer-on-chip on silicon oxynitride (SiON) waveguide platform operated at a wavelength range of 850 nm is demonstrated. The chip comprises 120 output waveguides with 0.25-nm wavelength channel spacing and has a size of only 11 × 6 (mm). The experimental results show that the insertion loss is-14 dB, the measured adjacent channel crosstalk is less than -25 dB, the 3 dB channel bandwidth is < 0.1 nm, and the channel non-uniformity is 3 dB for 56 channels with a wavelength ranging from 838 to 852 nm. 相似文献

本文研究荷能氢离子轰击对TiC薄膜的结构及其界面的影响。氢离子源为5A的脉冲离子注入器,能量25keV,脉冲宽度20ms。样品经轰击后发现。与受相同辐照的45~#钢样品相比,TiC薄膜表面无明显的损伤;TiC薄膜内的氢含量较高;薄膜的织构消除;TiC薄膜与基体间的结合力有明显提高。 相似文献

The 74Se is one of 35 p-nuclei, and 82Se is a r-process only nucleus, and their (n, γ) cross sections are vital input parameters for nuclear astrophysics reaction network calculations. The neutron capture cross section in the resonance range of isotopes and even natural selenium samples has not been measured. Prompt γ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected by four C6D6 liquid scintillator detectors at the Back-n facility of China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). The pulse height weighting technique (PHWT) was used to analyze the data in the 1 eV to 100 keV region. The deduced neutron capture cross section was compared with ENDF/B-VIII.0, JEFF-3.2, and JENDL-4.0, and some differences were found. Resonance parameters were extracted by the R-matrix code SAMMY in the 1 eV-1 keV region. All the cross sections of natSe and resonance parameters are given in the datasets. 利用120MeV的22Ne离子束轰击241Am靶,通过241Am(22Ne,4n)259Db反应合成了一个Z=105,质量数为259的新同位素.反应产物是用氦喷嘴技术和转动轮装置传输收集的.借助一系列金硅面垒探测器探测到了反应产物及其子核的α衰变.新同位素的原子序数Z和质量数A是借助该同位素和已知的255Lr核之间的遗传关系得到了确定的鉴别.新同位素259Db的测量半衰期为(0.51±0.16)s;它的α粒子能量为9.47MeV.由本实验导出的259Db的Qα值同理论预言结果能够较好地符合. 相似文献

通过熔合蒸发反应^129Te(^19F,4nγ)布居了^143Pm的高自旋态,利用在束γ谱学方法,对^143Pm的高自旋态核结构进行了研究,测量了γ射线单谱和γ-γ符合谱,并进行了γ射线各向异性以及DCO比率分析,建立了激发高能达10535.4keV的能级纲图,其中包括新发现的32条γ射线和17个新能级,用弱耦合模型对^143Pm的晕态能级结构进行了解释。 相似文献

High-spin states in 141Nd have been studied using in-beam γ-ray spectroscopic techniques via the 130Te(16O, 5nγ)141Nd reaction. The level scheme of 141Nd has been extended up to an excitation energy of 7614.5 kev including 12 new γ rays deexciting 15 new levels. According to particle-vibrator coupling and semi-empirical shell model calculations, the level structure of 141Nd can be well interpreted by coupling an h11/2 neutron-hole to the respective excited states in 142Nd core. 相似文献
