This paper concentrates on considering the down/up crossing property of weighted Markov collision processes. The joint probability generating function of down crossing and up crossing numbers of weighted Markov collision processes until its extinction are obtained by constructing and studying a related multi-dimensional Markov chain. Hence, the joint probability distribution of down crossing and up crossing numbers and the mean numbers are obtained.  相似文献

A Monte Carlo implicit simulation program, Implicit Stratonovich Stochastic Differential Equations(ISSDE), is developed for solving stochastic differential equations(SDEs) that describe plasmas with Coulomb collision. The basic idea of the program is the stochastic equivalence between the Fokker–Planck equation and the Stratonovich SDEs. The splitting method is used to increase the numerical stability of the algorithm for dynamics of charged particles with Coulomb collision. The cases of Lorentzian plasma, Maxwellian plasma and arbitrary distribution function of background plasma have been considered. The adoption of the implicit midpoint method guarantees exactly the energy conservation for the diffusion term and thus improves the numerical stability compared with conventional Runge–Kutta methods. ISSDE is built with C++ and has standard interfaces and extensible modules. The slowing down processes of electron beams in unmagnetized plasma and relaxation process in magnetized plasma are studied using the ISSDE, which shows its correctness and reliability.  相似文献

An innovative approach towards the physico‐chemical tailoring of zinc oxide thin films is reported. The films have been deposited by liquid phase using the sol–gel method and then exposed to hard X‐rays, provided by a synchrotron storage ring, for lithography. The use of surfactant and chelating agents in the sol allows easy‐to‐pattern films made by an organic–inorganic matrix to be deposited. The exposure to hard X‐rays strongly affects the nucleation and growth of crystalline ZnO, triggering the formation of two intermediate phases before obtaining a wurtzite‐like structure. At the same time, X‐ray lithography allows for a fast patterning of the coatings enabling microfabrication for sensing and arrays technology.  相似文献

Rod-shape crystals of the LiMgPO4 compound were grown by micro pulling down technique under the different growth conditions. Influence of the different growth rates, thermal setups and gaseous atmospheres on the crystals dosimetric properties was investigated. Samples were irradiated with 90Sr/90Y β particles and optically stimulated luminescence spectra were measured with the automatic Risø TL/OSL-DA20 reader. The sensitivity level, repeatability, dose–response dependence and short-time fading were compared for all grown crystals. It was found that the crystal grown from the iridium crucible was about three times more sensitive to radiation as compared to the crystal grown from the graphite crucible. Also the radio-sensitivity measured for the crystals grown from the graphite crucible was higher in case of higher growth rates. It was also shown that the residual OSL signal measured one and two weeks after the irradiation was higher for the crystals grown with higher growth rates. There was also no correlation observed between the growth conditions and the level of dose–response nonlinearity. Over the studied dose range the response nonlinearity of the studied samples fluctuated around over a dozen percent, regardless of the applied growth parameters. The obtained results tend to suggest that LiMgPO4 crystals may be considered as promising dosimeters in different fields of research.  相似文献

直接吸收光谱(DAS)可直接测量分子吸收率函数,并通过拟合吸收率函数确定待测气体参数.波长调制-直接吸收光谱(WM-DAS)在DAS基础上,结合了波长调制光谱(WMS)中谐波分析思想,利用傅里叶变换复现吸收率函数,可有效提高吸收率函数的测量精度.本文利用WM-DAS方法结合长光程气体吸收池,在室温低压条件下,对CO分子1567 nm处R5-R11近红外弱吸收谱线吸收率函数进行了精确复现,其拟合残差标准差低至3×10^-5,随后根据测得的吸收率函数对谱线的碰撞展宽、Dicke收敛以及速度依赖的碰撞展宽系数等光谱参数进行了高精度标定,并将其与高灵敏度的连续波腔衰荡光谱(CW-CRDS)测量结果进行了比较,实验结果表明该方法与CW-CRDS测量结果具有高度一致性,更具有系统简单、测量速度快、对环境要求低等优点.  相似文献

在前文建立的分相共存快速床动力学模型的基础上,对分相模型中存在颗粒团聚物时的上升稀相进行了受力分析。以有限直径提升管中颗粒终端速度的修正,导出了上升稀相受力关于等效管径与浓稀相滑移速度的修正表达式。将本模型预报的上部稀相固含率与已有的实验数据经验关联式进行了对比,并根据所得结果初步优化了模型参数(k=8,n=6)。进而,根据所得模型参数计算了下部浓相固含率随曳力函数f(ε)的变化规律;与李佑楚经验关联式相比,同样具有合理的一致性。本文工作进一步验证了快速床动力学统一模型的整体合理性。  相似文献

In this paper, the early warning signals of abrupt temperature change in different regions of China are investigated. Seven regions are divided on the basis of different climate temperature patterns, obtained through the rotated empirical orthogonal function, and the signal-to-noise temperature ratios for each region are then calculated. Based on the concept of critical slowing down, the temperature data that contain noise in the different regions of China are preprocessed to study the early warning signals of abrupt climate change. First, the Mann-Kendall method is used to identify the instant of abrupt climate change in the temperature data. Second, autocorrelation coefficients that can identify critical slowing down are calculated. The results show that the critical slowing down phenomenon appeared in temperature data about 5-10 years before abrupt climate change occurred, which indicates that the critical slowing down phenomenon is a possible early warning signal for abrupt climate change, and that noise has less influence on the detection results of the early warning signals. Accordingly, this demonstrates that the model is reliable in identifying the early warning signals of abrupt climate change based on detecting the critical slowing down phenomenon, which provides an experimental basis for the actual application of the method.  相似文献
