北京市朝阳区食品污染物监测状况分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为通过2008年北京市朝阳区食品污染物监测,了解辖区部分食品铅、镉、铝的污染现状,给食品风险评估和政府部门强化监管提供依据,按照国家标准方法GB/T5009对13种135件食品样品进行了铅、镉、铝含量的监测。结果表明,100件样品中铅超标率为6.O%,镉超标率为0;35件样品铝的超标率为65.71%。显示辖区经销的食品中重金属确有污染存在,而铝在油炸面制品和天然海蜇中超标率较高,仍对人体健康存在威胁。  相似文献

Most of the techniques developed for infrared (IR) image enhancement (IE) depend heavily on the scene, environmental conditions, and the properties of the imaging system. So, with a set of predefined scenario properties, a content-based IR-IE technique can be developed for better situational awareness. This study proposes an adaptive IR-IE technique based on clustering of wavelet coefficients of an image for sea surveillance systems. Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) of an image is computed and feature vectors are constructed from subband images. Clustering operation is applied to group similar feature vectors that belong to different scene components such as target or background. Depending on the feature vectors, a weight is assigned to each cluster and these weights are used to compute gain matrices which are used to multiply wavelet coefficients for the enhancement of the original image. Enhancement results are presented and a comparison of the performance of the proposed algorithm is given through subjective tests with other well known frequency and histogram based enhancement techniques. The proposed algorithm outperforms previous ones in the truthfulness, detail visibility of the target, artificiality, and total quality criteria, while providing an acceptable computational load.  相似文献

Test‐separator units, as traditional methods of well surveillance, mainly suffer from their inherent constraints including the expensive instrumental, mechanical, electrical, piping and safety devices along with technical and protective inspections, repair and operation services, facilities and infrastructures. Other problems are time and cost consuming, uncertainty of well isolation in test separator and need to close the co‐line wells, which are diminished using multivariate thermal well testing. A novel approach was proposed and tested to classify the oil samples taken from individual wells by source and type. The novelties of this work were the use of the applied aspects of 1H NMR spectroscopy in petroleum upstream engineering, the replacement of traditional test methods, the improvement of the confidence of tests and the recognition of multisource streams. The weighed sum method was used to correlate the spectra information, taken from the samples of Iranian offshore oil wells. The experimental results and the field data revealed that the present approach was appropriate for precocious, quick and reliable surveillance of individual oil wells located in an oil field. The model was supported by field experiments and has predicted the accurate productivity of oil wells with respect to the current expensive techniques since 2010. In this paper, a novel stereoscopic video surveillance system to track a target person and detect its three-dimensional (3D) location coordinates and moving trajectory is implemented by using the pan/tilt-controlled stereo camera system. Stereoscopic video images of a target person are captured with stereo camera system and the target face and its location in the left image plane can be detected by use of YCbCr color model and centroid method. Also the target location in the right image plane can be obtained through correlation between the left face image and the right image by using the binary phase extraction joint transform correlator (BPEJTC) algorithm. With these location data of the target face in the left and right image planes the pan/tilt systems can control the stereo camera to track a target person by positioning the target face at the center of the camera’s FOV and making the focusing points of the right and left camera coincided on the target face. And then, with the resultant pan/tilt angles and geometric parameters of the stereo camera system, the target’s real 3D location coordinates and moving trajectory in the world space can be obtained. From some experiments with 900 frames of stereoscopic video image pairs, it is analyzed that the target’s center location after being tracked is kept to be very low error ratio of 0.62%, 2.04% on the average in the x, y directions of the image plane, respectively. Also, the error ratio between the calculated and measured values of the 3D location coordinates of a target person is found to be very low value of 2.1%, 5.7% on the average in the X and Y directions of the real world space, respectively.  相似文献

提出了一种用于视觉监视系统的基于柯西分布的发光模型的光照不变变化检测方法.假定视频图像序列中每个背景图像像素点灰度观测值的时序变化由白噪声引起,利用建立的初始化背景高斯统计模型对每帧图像进行归一化,得到了背景像灰度比值的分布符合标准柯西分布的结论,解决了柯西分布的模型参量估计问题.在变化检测的基础上,YCbCr颜色空间的亮度、色调和饱和度被用来识别和消除由阴影和反光等引起的变化区域.结果表明,提出的背景建模方法对场景中各种光线变化、小的背景扰动等噪声具有稳健性,可以较为可靠地检测前景目标,识别和去除阴影和反光.  相似文献

针对视频监控中的运动目标,引入自主跟踪思想,设计了一种基于DSP的运动目标实时跟踪监控系统。系统以TI公司的DSPTMS320DM642为核心,采用改进的差分算法辅以二值化形态学处理进行运动检测,并通过速度归一化求取云台转动矢量,应用于变速云台系统,实现了对运动目标的自主稳定跟踪。实验证明,系统取得了良好的跟踪效果,保证了目标跟踪的自主性、准确性和实时性。  相似文献

为了满足实时、快速地获取并处理视频信息,提出以Altera公司Cyclone系列的EP1C12Q240C8为核心芯片构造硬件开发平台,使用Verilog HDL语言对CMOS图像传感器OV7620的驱动时序进行硬件描述。系统采用SCCB编程模式,建立FPGA芯片与CMOS图像传感器之间的通信,实现信号的控制与获取。为了实现在不同环境和需求下的操作要求,设定了CMOS图像传感器内部的相应寄存器和控制器。实验结果表明,该系统通过灵活控制CMOS图像传感器OV7620,为实现视频监控、工业现场监控等应用提供了稳定可靠的原始信息来源。  相似文献

摄像机间目标关联是无重叠视域多摄像机目标持续跟踪的关键.提出了一种只利用人体目标外观,完全不依赖于空时关系的人体目标再识别算法,利用识别结果直接进行跨摄像机间人体目标关联,而不依赖于目标的捕获时间和路径限制.对跟踪视频前景图像序列提取互补性视觉单词树直方图和全局颜色直方图二种特征,采用支持向量机增量学习在线训练二种特征的人体外观辨别模型,再利用多类线性规划增强算法对二种特征的支持向量机模型进行在线自适应融合.实验结果表明,本文算法具有较强的在线学习能力,能增量式表达人体目标辨别性外观模型,特征融合后的模型区别性更强,有效地降低多方面条件变化的影响,获得了高识别率,且能够实现快速实时实现,相对于现有方法有了明显提升.  相似文献
