On weighted spectral radius of unraveled balls and normalized Laplacian eigenvalues

For a graph G, the unraveled ball of radius r centered at a vertex v is the ball of radius r centered at v in the universal cover of G. We obtain a lower bound on the weighted spectral radius of unraveled balls of fixed radius in a graph with positive weights on edges, which is used to present an upper bound on the $s^{\text{th}}$ (where $s\ge 2$) smallest normalized Laplacian eigenvalue of irregular graphs under minor assumptions. Moreover, when $s=2$, the result may be regarded as an Alon–Boppana type bound for a class of irregular graphs.     

On the radius of spatial analyticity for the modified Kawahara equation on the line

First, by using linear and trilinear estimates in Bourgain type analytic and Gevrey spaces, the local well‐posedness of the Cauchy problem for the modified Kawahara equation on the line is established for analytic initial data that can be extended as holomorphic functions in a strip around the x‐axis. Next we use this local result and a Gevrey approximate conservation law to prove that global solutions exist. Furthermore, we obtain explicit lower bounds for the radius of spatial analyticity given by , where can be taken arbitrarily small and c is a positive constant.     

求解非埃尔米特正定方程组的广义LHSS迭代法

基于矩阵的埃尔米特和反埃尔米特分解,李良等给出了一类求解非埃尔米特正定方程组的LHSS迭代法,在系数矩阵的埃尔米特和非埃尔米特之间进行了非对称迭代,在较松弛的约束条件下即可获得收敛结果.本文对该方法做进一步研究,给出了一类求解非埃尔米特正定方程组的广义LHSS迭代方法.数值结果表明,系数矩阵经恰当分解,在处理某些问题时广义LHSS迭代法优于HSS迭代法.     

Length scale effects in epoxy: The dependence of elastic moduli measurements on spherical indenter tip radius

Significant increases in the measured elastic moduli with decreasing indentation depth have been previously found in various polymers by indentation tests with a Berkovich tip at micro-to nanometer length scales. These increases in the determined elastic moduli were related to second order displacement gradients which increase with decreasing depth when a conical tip is applied. When a spherical tip is applied, such depth dependence should not be present as the second order displacement gradients remain essentially unchanged with indentation depth. However, these gradients should be proportional to the radius of the spherical tip. To examine the notion of second order displacement gradient dependence in measurements of elastic moduli, indentation experiments are conducted on epoxy with spherical tips of different nominal radii. Accounting for tip imperfections, an increase in the determined elastic moduli is found with decreasing tip radius, which corroborates the notion of second order displacement gradient dependence.     

卡氏积图的Laplacian谱半径的上界

对近年来图的Laplacian谱半径上界的研究成果进行了简单梳理.利用2个图的卡氏积图的特征值,讨论了2个循环图的卡氏积图的Laplacian谱半径的上界问题,得到了几个上界,推广了已有文献的结论.     

托卡马克真空室内线圈水冷管道接头强化二次流的数值研究

基于计算流体力学(CFD)理论，研究了不同曲率半径的螺旋导流片的托卡马克真空室内线圈水冷管道接头。利用湍流数值模拟方法，分析了线圈管道接头导流片曲率半径比、冷却水入口流速对线圈管道内流体平均雷诺数分布的影响。结果表明，不同导流片曲率半径比的线圈管道内的流体雷诺数分布曲线相似，平均雷诺数随入口流速的增加而增大，管道接头出口雷诺数随导流片曲率半径比的增大而减小，导流片曲率半径比小的管接头更适用于线圈水冷曲线管的二次流强化。此外，还为导流片曲率半径比为0.2的管接头拟合了管接头出口雷诺数与入口流速的关系式，为进一步研究类似于托卡马克真空室内线圈管道的曲线管接头的二次流强化提供理论基础。     

On the Radius of Spatial Analyticity for the Inviscid Boussinesq Equations

In this paper, we study the problem of analyticity of smooth solutions of the inviscid Boussinesq equations. If the initial datum is real-analytic, the solution remains real-analytic on the existence interval. By an inductive method we can obtain a lower bound on the radius of spatial analyticity of the smooth solution.     

Bohr radius for locally univalent harmonic mappings

We consider the class of all sense‐preserving harmonic mappings of the unit disk , where h and g are analytic with , and determine the Bohr radius if any one of the following conditions holds:

• 1. h is bounded in .
• 2. h satisfies the condition in with .
• 3. both h and g are bounded in .
• 4. h is bounded and .

We also consider the problem of determining the Bohr radius when the supremum of the modulus of the dilatation of f in is strictly less than 1. In addition, we determine the Bohr radius for the space of analytic Bloch functions and the space of harmonic Bloch functions. The paper concludes with two conjectures.
