大一学生实验室安全教育实效研究*

为考查线上线下混合安全教育模式实施后的实际效果,对天津理工大学化工、环安、机械、材料学院2020级大一学生进行实验室安全知识测试。结果表明:接受线上线下混合安全教育的大一学生安全知识的掌握情况较好;不足之处在于学生普遍对应急处置知识掌握较差。因此,在后续安全教育过程中,仍需进一步优化安全教育内容与模式,全面推进全员、全程安全教育。     

A fully portable microchip real‐time polymerase chain reaction for rapid detection of pathogen

Point‐of‐care detection for pathogen is of critical need for wide epidemic warning and medical diagnosis. In this work, we have designed and developed a fully portable and integrated microchip based real‐time polymerase chain reaction machine for rapid pathogen detection. The instrument consists of three functional components including heating, optical, and electrical modules, which are integrated into a portable compact box. The microchip is consumable material replaceable to meet various detection needs. Consequently, we demonstrated the outstanding performance of this portable machine for rapid detection of Salmonella and Escherichia coli O157:H7 with the advantage of time‐saving (～25 min), less samples consumption, portability, and user‐friendly operation.     

道德风险影响下的保险最优投资研究

在考虑道德风险的情况下,以均值方差准则为目标研究保险人最优投资问题.假设保险盈余过程服从C-L模型,金融市场上存在一种无风险资产和一种风险资产可供投资,其中风险资产的价格过程服从几何布朗运动.在纯道德风险保险契约设计中,借鉴相关研究对努力水平和效用化努力成本的假设,量化道德风险对盈余过程的影响.在均值方差目标下,建立保险人最优投资问题的广义Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman(HJB)方程,给出保险人时间一致的均衡投资策略和价值函数.结果显示累计索赔比例参数越大,公司对最优努力水平越敏感,采取措施降低道德风险有利于公司收益提升;努力成本参数越大,公司会降低努力水平减少支出,避免损失.     

The generalized quaternion matrix equation AXB+CX⋆D=E

In this paper, we discuss the generalized quaternion matrix equation AXB+CX^⋆D=E, where X^⋆ is one of X, X^*, the η-conjugate or the η-conjugate transpose of X with η∈{i,j,k}. Two new real representations of a generalized quaternion matrix are proposed. By using this method, the criteria for the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the mentioned matrix equation as well as the existence of X=± X^⋆ solutions to the generalized quaternion matrix equation AXB+CXD=E are derived in a unified way.     

产业转移下的海上丝绸之路沿线集装箱港口的投资决策研究

在产业转移背景下,考虑港口服务货运需求与刺激货运需求的双重功效,研究海上丝绸之路沿线产业承接地的港口投资建设问题。首先,在现实交通运输网络中加入虚拟链接构建超级网络,用以刻画制造业的转移、生产和运输过程。其次,建立制造业承接地港口投资决策优化模型,用运输阻抗、地价和工资三个内生变量描述港口投资、产业转移与区域经济之间均衡关系。模型以产业承接地港口收益最大为目标,确定承接地港口的投资规模及费率水平。最后,以斯里兰卡的科伦坡口为例进行数值分析,计算海上丝绸之路沿线港口需求与供给间正向反馈的数量关系及上确界,为优化沿线港口投资实现投资利益最大化提供依据。     

SAHARAЧ�ú����µı����˵�����Ͷ�ʲ���

??In this paper, we consider the optimal investment strategy which maximizes the utility of the terminal wealth of an insurer with SAHARA utility functions. This class of utility functions has non-monotone absolute risk aversion, which is more flexible than the CARA and CRRA utility functions. In the case that the risk process is modeled as a Brownian motion and the stock process is modeled as a geometric Brownian motion, we get the closed-form solutions for our problem by the martingale method for both the constant threshold and when the threshold evolves dynamically according to a specific process. Finally, we show that the optimal strategy is state-dependent.     

Quasi-ordered rings - A uniform approach to orderings and valuations

A quasi-order on a set S is a binary, reflexive and transitive relation on S. In [3 Fakhruddin, S. M. (1987). Quasi-ordered fields. J. Pure Appl. Algebra 45:207–210.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]], Fakhruddin introduced the notion of (totally) quasi-ordered fields and showed that each such field is either an ordered field or else a valued field. Hence, quasi-ordered fields are very well suited to treat ordered and valued fields simultaneously. The aim of the present paper is to prove that an analogous dichotomy holds for commutative rings with 1 as well.     

Jordan operator algebras revisited

Jordan operator algebras are norm‐closed spaces of operators on a Hilbert space with for all . In two recent papers by the authors and Neal, a theory for these spaces was developed. It was shown there that much of the theory of associative operator algebras, in particular, surprisingly much of the associative theory from several recent papers of the first author and coauthors, generalizes to Jordan operator algebras. In the present paper we complete this task, giving several results which generalize the associative case in these papers, relating to unitizations, real positivity, hereditary subalgebras, and a couple of other topics. We also solve one of the three open problems stated at the end of our earlier joint paper on Jordan operator algebras.     

Split‐type octonion matrix

The split and hyperbolic (countercomplex) octonions are eight‐dimensional nonassociative algebras over the real numbers, which are in the form , where e_m's have different properties for them. The main purpose of this paper is to define the split‐type octonion and its matrix whose inputs are split‐type octonions and give some properties for them by using the real quaternions, split, and hyperbolic (countercomplex) octonions. On the other hand, to make some definitions, we present some operations on the split‐type octonions. Also, we show that every split‐type octonions can be represented by 2 × 2 real quaternion matrix and 4 × 4 complex number matrix. The information about the determinants of these matrix representations is also given. Besides, the main features of split‐type octonion matrix concept are given by using properties of  real quaternion matrices. Then, 8n × 8nreal matrix representations of split‐type octonion matrices are shown, and some algebraic structures are examined. Additionally, we introduce real quaternion adjoint matrices of split‐type octonion matrices. Moreover, necessary and sufficient conditions and definitions are given for split‐type octonion matrices to be special split‐type octonion matrices. We describe some special split‐type octonion matrices. Finally, oct‐determinant of split‐type octonion matrices is defined. Definitive and understandable examples of all definitions, theorems, and conclusions were given for a better understanding of all these concepts.     

生产率差异与企业对外直接投资进入模式选择

基于企业异质性视角,借鉴演化博弈理论探究企业通过OFDI“走出去”时的跨国并购方和标的方在全要素生产率上的差异对企业OFDI进入策略选择的影响机制。利用Hotelling模型构造资本密集型企业与劳动密集型企业OFDI进入策略选择博弈模型,讨论两类企业OFDI进入方式决策在并购双方生产率差异变化之下的变迁机理。研究发现:当并购方和被并购方生产率差异较小时,市场达到两类企业都倾向于跨国并购策略的演化稳定状态;当并购双方生产率差异较大时,企业的生产要素密集度及其结构对其OFDI进入模式决策具有重要的作用,知识或技术密集度较高的资本密集型企业与综合实力强势的部分劳动密集型企业采取跨国并购战略,而另一部分劳动密集型企业选择绿地新建方式进入国际市场。即企业OFDI进入策略选择因其所属的行业生产要素密集度及其结构不同而具有差异性。研究结论在一定程度上弥补了现有研究的不足,为以后的研究工作提供一定的理论参考。
