以有序介孔碳(OMC)球为离子-电子转换层,制备了固态氯离子选择性电极,构建了基于离子敏感的场效应晶体管(ISFET)的手持式传感系统,用于检测人体血清中的氯离子。优化了OMC前驱体的碳化温度,探究了OMC形貌结构对电极传感性能的影响;电极柔性化制备后考察了其在手持系统中对氯离子的检测效果。结果表明,最优条件下,电极在5.12×10^-4~1.02 mol/L的浓度范围呈现线性响应,响应斜率为60 mV/decade。该柔性电极在手持传感系统中展现出高灵敏度和重现性,可用于人体血清样品中氯离子的检测,其回收率为96.3%~104.9%。  相似文献

In this study, core‐shell structures of magnetite nanoparticles coated with CMK‐8 ordered mesoporous carbon (Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs) have been successfully synthesized for the first time by carbonizing sucrose inside the pores of the Kit‐6 mesoporous silica. The nano‐sized mesoporous particles were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, dynamic light scattering, vibrating‐sample magnetometer, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and transmission electron microscopy instruments. The obtained nanocomposite was used for removal of Reactive Yellow 160 (RY 160) dye from aqueous samples. The N2 adsorption–desorption method (at 77 K) confirmed the mesoporous structure of synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs. Also, the surface area was calculated by the BET method and Langmuir plot as 276.84 m2/g and 352.32 m2/g, respectively. The surface area, volume and pore diameter of synthesized nanoparticles (NPs) were calculated from the pore size distribution curves using the Barrett–Joyner–Halenda formula (BJH). To obtain the optimum experimental variables, the effect of various experimental parameters on the dye removal efficiency was studied using Taguchi orthogonal array experimental design method. According to the experimental results, about 90.0% of RY 160 was removed from aqueous solutions at the adsorbent amount of 0.06 g, pH 3 and ionic strength = 0.05 m during 10 min. The pseudo‐second order kinetic model provided a very good fit for the RY 160 dye removal (R2 = 0.999). The Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Dubinin–Radushkevich models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms, and the Langmuir isotherm showed the best fit to data with the maximum adsorption capacity of 62.893 mg/g. Furthermore, the Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs could be simply recovered by external magnet, and exhibited recyclability and reusability for a subsequent six runs.  相似文献

Influence theory is a foundational theory of physics that is not based on traditional empirically defined concepts, such as positions in space and time, mass, energy, or momentum. Instead, the aim is to derive these concepts, and their empirically determined relationships, from a more primitive model. It is postulated that there exist things, which are call particles, that influence one another in a discrete and directed fashion resulting in a partially ordered set of influence events. The problem of consistent quantification of the influence events is considered. Observers are modeled as particle chains (observer chains) as if an observer were able to track a particle and quantify the influence events that the particle experiences. From these quantified influence events, consistent quantification of the universe of events based on the observer chains is studied. Herein, the kinematics and dynamics of particles from the perspective of influence theory are both reviewed and further developed.  相似文献

We prove the existence of a discrete valuation domain Ov such that T is order isomorphic to two special subsets of Spec(Ov). We prove that if A is a ring (not necessarily commutative), whose prime spectrum is totally ordered and satisfies (K2), then there exists a totally ordered set U?Spec(A) such that the prime spectrum of A is order isomorphic to D(U). In this study, a simple method was designed to prepare ordered mesoporous carbons embedded with molybdenum without any extreme conditions. We prepared three different ordered molybdenum carbide materials with mesoporous structures to explore the influence of the structure of molybdenum-based materials on the HER catalytic efficiency. The ordered mesoporous molybdenum carbide catalysts (CMK-3-MoCx, fCMK-3-MoCx, CMK-8-MoCx) were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, nitrogen adsorption-desorption and XPS. The HER is catalyzed efficiently on the three electrocatalysts, fCMK-3-MoCx shows the best HER electro-catalytic performance with a small onset potential of −0.06 V vs. RHE, a low tafel slope of 66 mV dec−1 and a small over-potential value of 89 mV at 10 mA cm−2. This excellent performance on HER is due to its high specific surface area and highly ordered mesoporous structure that resulted in excellent proton transport efficiency and high electron transfer rate. Our results provide a new research direction for the application of flat ordered mesoporous structures in catalysis.  相似文献

以阿拉伯糖为碳源,介孔硅(SBA-15)为模板剂,用硬模板法制备有序介孔碳材料,采用场发射扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscopy,SEM)、透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)、全自动比表面及孔隙度分析仪(Brunner Emmet Teller,BET)、X射线衍射(X-ray Diffraction,XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)对材料进行表征。用滴涂法将有序介孔碳悬浊液滴在裸玻碳电极表面,得到有序介孔碳修饰电极。用循环伏安法来研究盐酸奈福泮在有序介孔碳修饰的玻碳电极(Glassy Carbon Electrode,GCE)上的电化学行为。在最佳条件下,盐酸奈福泮浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,相关系数为R2=0.9932,检出限为3.2×10-9 mol·L-1。对盐酸奈福片中盐酸奈福泮进行了检测,样品加标回收率为96.84%~102.50%,RSD<5.0%。  相似文献

A new electrochemical sensor based on a carbon nanotube paste electrode modified with a Santa Barbara Amorphous material (SBA-15) decorated with silver nanoparticles, namely CNT/SBA/Ag-PE, was developed. It was successfully applied for individual and simultaneous determination of both paracetamol (PC) and sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) medicines. The electrode exhibited a linear dynamic range of 0.12–110 μmol L−1 for paracetamol and 0.06–70 μmol L−1 for sulfamethoxazole, and detection limits of 38 and 19 nmol L−1, respectively. The proposed sensor offered high sensitivity, fast response time and the potential for detecting both drugs simultaneously. The CNT/SBA/Ag-PE enabled the simultaneous determination of PC and SMZ in urine samples with high recovery rates.  相似文献

生物分子与纳米材料作用形成的“蛋白冠”影响纳米材料的物理和化学性质, 目前缺少有效的原位实时技术监测蛋白冠的形成过程. 本研究基于二氧化硅胶体晶体薄膜和反射干涉光谱法, 研究了三种代表性血液蛋白质在二氧化硅纳米粒子表面的蛋白冠形成过程, 结果表明这三种蛋白具有不同的蛋白冠形成过程及参数; 研究了人血清白蛋白在三种表面曲率的二氧化硅表面的蛋白冠形成过程, 结果表明曲率越大时, 蛋白冠形成速率越快, 厚度越大. 以血浆和全血样品为生物环境开展蛋白冠形成过程研究, 结果表明本研究的监测方法可以直接用于血浆和全血在纳米粒子表面蛋白冠的形成过程监测, 为纳米材料与生物分子的相互作用研究提供了一种简单可靠的评价技术.  相似文献
