建立了碰撞池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定芝麻中痕量的锗元素(germanium , Ge)。采用微波消解,碰撞池(KED模式)-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测,在线引入内标元素铑(Rh),同时消解液中加入3%正戊醇增敏。结果 3 % 正戊醇可使74Ge的上机检测信号强度提高2.85倍,74Ge校正曲线线性相关系数为1.00000,检出限为0.0555 μg/kg,加标回收率为92.0%~106%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD%)为2.6%~4.3%。采用建立的方法测定7种国家标准物质,检测结果均在认定值范围内,RSD%为2.5%~8.8%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、准确,可实现批量检测,适用于芝麻中痕量锗的检测。  相似文献

The effects of ultrasound-assisted chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating on the quality and microbial composition of fresh pompano (Trachinotus ovatus) fillets during ice storage for 24 days were evaluated. Samples were treated by distilled water (CK), ultrasound (US), chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating (G), and chitosan grafted caffeic acid coating with ultrasound-assisted (USG). Results showed that samples treated with USG could inhibit the formation of corrupt substances such as TVB-N, TBA, biogenic amines (BAs), hypoxanthine (Hx), and hypoxanthine riboside (HxR) when compared to the CK group. The results of high-throughput sequencing technology observed that the major bacteria genus of fresh samples was Acinetobacter. The diversity of bacterial communities at the initial stage was more diverse than that at the end of stage. With the extension of storage time, the USG treatment could maintain the microbial diversity. The dominant microbiota was Shewanella and Brochothrix in the CK group after 24 days of storage. In addition, Brochothrix in treated groups was effectively decreased. The microbial communities of samples in all treatments were changed during storage. At the end of storage, there was a significant difference in bacterial composition between the CK and treated samples, indicating that the treatment can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms, especially spoilage microorganisms, and reduce the quality deterioration caused by bacteria.  相似文献

植物精油是从芳香植物提取的天然复杂化合物,作为芳香植物的次生代谢产物具有挥发性和浓郁香味,其特有的多样化生物活性广泛应用于医药和化妆品行业。植物精油具有高渗透性,能以活跃的分子态渗透皮肤组织,经淋巴腺吸收后进入血液,其所含的重金属元素也极易随植物精油进入人体对健康构成潜在威胁。采用硝酸-双氧水对植物精油进行微波消解,在多模式样品导入系统(MSIS)的双重模式下,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定其中可形成蒸气重金属元素As,Sn,Sb,Hg和不可形成蒸气重金属元素Cr,Ni,Cd和Pb的含量。选择盐酸对样品进行酸化并预还原氧化态元素,通过在线加入L-半胱氨酸/酒石酸提高可形成蒸气元素的蒸气发生效率,利用硼氢化钠/氢氧化钠在MSIS中将As,Sn,Sb和Hg转变为蒸气状态;针对分析过程中存在的多个或单个光谱重叠和背景干扰,分别对空白溶液、分析元素和预期干扰元素的纯溶液进行测定,根据获得的光谱响应数据解卷积构建快速自动曲线拟合技术(FACT)模型,将分析谱线从干扰谱线中分离出来,从而实现光谱重叠干扰和背景干扰的实时校正;采用加标回收并与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行对比分析评价方法的准确性。各元素方法的检出限(MDL)为0.38~11.2 μg·kg-1,加标回收率为95.4%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~4.9%,对比分析的相对误差(RE)在-2.1%~2.7%之间,表明方法准确可靠,精密度高。对8种植物精油中的重金属元素进行了分析,所有植物精油样品中重金属元素As,Hg和Pb的含量远低于GB/T 26516—2011制定的限量标准,植物精油中重金属元素Cr,Ni,Sn,Cd和Sb的含量虽然没有制定限量标准,但均处于极低水平。MSIS兼具传统雾化和蒸气发生双重功能,在分析可形成蒸气元素和不可形成蒸气元素时无需切换不同进样系统,能满足大批量植物精油中微量重金属元素的高通量分析需要。  相似文献

This paper considers a multi-user wireless communication network supported by a multiple-antenna base station (BS), where the users who are located sufficiently close to the BS employ wireless energy harvesting (EH) to replenish their energy needs. The objective of this work is to design an efficient beamforming to maximize the minimum throughput among all the information users (IUs), subject to EH constraints. In this regard, transmit time-switching approach is employed, where energy and information are transmitted over different fractions of a time-slot. To achieve efficient EH, a conjugate beamforming (matched filtering) is applied. To design efficient information beamforming for max–min throughput optimization, conventional zero-forcing (ZF) beamforming can be adopted, however, it will not suppress multi-user interference if the number of users is greater than the number of antennas at the BS. To this end, different from the existing works which employ regularized zero-forcing (RZF) beamforming, this work proposes a new generalized zero-forcing (GZF) beamforming, which promises better max–min throughput compared to that achieved by the RZF beamforming. A new path-following algorithm is developed to achieve max–min throughput optimization by GZF beamforming, which is based on a simple convex quadratic program over each iteration.  相似文献

本文首先运用考虑非期望产出的SBM-SupSBM模型估计我国各省市绿色技术创新效率并进行分类:稳定上升类、平稳类、大幅度波动类以及下降类。之后从企业内部和外部两方面对绿色技术创新效率提升的影响因素提出假设,着重考虑大幅度波动类别省份的效率提升。运用面板数据模型各影响因素进行验证,结论显示:企业规模对绿色技术创新效率波动较大的省份起到显著的抑制作用,环境规制和技术进步对绿色技术创新效率波动较大的省份作用不明显。针对分析结果,提出结论:在提升绿色技术创新效率的过程中,应注重企业规模和技术进步的协同作用,以及技术的开放程度。  相似文献

Recently, measuring the complexity of body movements during sleep has been proven as an objective biomarker of various psychiatric disorders. Although sleep problems are common in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and might exacerbate ASD symptoms, their objectivity as a biomarker remains to be established. Therefore, details of body movement complexity during sleep as estimated by actigraphy were investigated in typically developing (TD) children and in children with ASD. Several complexity analyses were applied to raw and thresholded data of actigraphy from 17 TD children and 17 children with ASD. Determinism, irregularity and unpredictability, and long-range temporal correlation were examined respectively using the false nearest neighbor (FNN) algorithm, information-theoretic analyses, and detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA). Although the FNN algorithm did not reveal determinism in body movements, surrogate analyses identified the influence of nonlinear processes on the irregularity and long-range temporal correlation of body movements. Additionally, the irregularity and unpredictability of body movements measured by expanded sample entropy were significantly lower in ASD than in TD children up to two hours after sleep onset and at approximately six hours after sleep onset. This difference was found especially for the high-irregularity period. Through this study, we characterized details of the complexity of body movements during sleep and demonstrated the group difference of body movement complexity across TD children and children with ASD. Complexity analyses of body movements during sleep have provided valuable insights into sleep profiles. Body movement complexity might be useful as a biomarker for ASD.  相似文献

The identification of emergent structures in complex dynamical systems is a formidable challenge. We propose a computationally efficient methodology to address such a challenge, based on modeling the state of the system as a set of random variables. Specifically, we present a sieving algorithm to navigate the huge space of all subsets of variables and compare them in terms of a simple index that can be computed without resorting to simulations. We obtain such a simple index by studying the asymptotic distribution of an information-theoretic measure of coordination among variables, when there is no coordination at all, which allows us to fairly compare subsets of variables having different cardinalities. We show that increasing the number of observations allows the identification of larger and larger subsets. As an example of relevant application, we make use of a paradigmatic case regarding the identification of groups in autocatalytic sets of reactions, a chemical situation related to the origin of life problem.  相似文献

We build a double quantum-dot system with Coulomb coupling and aim at studying connections among the entropy production, free energy, and information flow. By utilizing concepts in stochastic thermodynamics and graph theory analysis, Clausius and nonequilibrium free energy inequalities are built to interpret local second law of thermodynamics for subsystems. A fundamental set of cycle fluxes and affinities is identified to decompose two inequalities by using Schnakenberg's network theory. Results show that the thermodynamic irreversibility has energy-related and information-related contributions. A global cycle associated with the feedback-induced information flow would pump electrons against the bias voltage, which implements a Maxwell demon.  相似文献

基于光谱技术建立的多元校正模型通常条件下只适用于同一台仪器、相同的测试条件及同批次或同类别的样品。在仪器、测试环境、样品发生变化后,已建光谱模型不再适配,需要进行模型转移。模型转移是限制光谱技术推广应用的关键技术瓶颈,模型转移是否成功直接影响到可见-近红外光谱技术的推广应用,为此,综述了其研究现状,并探讨了其未来发展方向。首先,将模型转移问题分成了两类:第一类是相同样品在不同仪器或不同测试环境(不同温度/不同湿度)等条件下产生的模型不适配问题;第二类是不同批次、不同物理形态、不同种类间产生的模型不适配问题。这两类问题性质不同,解决第一类模型转移,能够保证同源样品的准确性和稳定性;解决第二类,能够实现光谱模型在不同样品间的自动传递和匹配应用。然后,梳理了常用的模型转移算法并进行了分类,包括模型更新、基于光谱校正算法、基于结果校正算法等,并列举了每个类别的模型转移算法的应用。模型更新是一种重新计算模型系数最直接的方法,通过扩展和调整模型来满足新的变化;基于光谱校正算法是通过算法计算转移矩阵,实现对光谱的校正;基于结果校正算法是通过算法计算预测结果和实际结果系数,从而实现预测结果的校正。最后,指出未来应着重研究第二类模型转移问题,并且要寻找能够实现机器自动校正的模型转移,从根本上解决模型转移这一限制光谱速测应用的主要技术瓶颈。  相似文献

地上生物量(AGB)是作物长势评价及产量预测的重要指标,因此快速准确地估算AGB至关重要。由于传统植被指数(VIs)估算多生育期的AGB存在饱和现象,因此,利用VIs结合基于离散小波转换(DWT)的影像小波分解(IWD)技术提取的高频信息和连续小波转换(CWT)技术提取的小波系数,探究VIs,VIs+IWD和VIs+CWT对于AGB的估算能力。首先,基于无人机平台分别获取马铃薯现蕾期、块茎形成期、块茎增长期、淀粉积累期的数码影像和成像高光谱影像以及地面实测的AGB数据。其次,利用数码影像通过IWD技术提取3种高频信息和利用高光谱反射率数据通过CWT技术提取小波系数以及构建6种高光谱植被指数。然后,将植被指数、高频信息和小波系数分别与AGB进行相关性分析,并挑选出不同尺度下相关系数绝对值较高的前10波段。最后,以VIs,VIs+IWD和VIs+CWT这3种变量分别使用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)方法构建AGB估算模型,并对比不同模型估算AGB的效果。结果表明: (1)每个生育期选取的6种植被指数、3种高频信息和10种小波系数与AGB的相关性均达到0.01显著水平,整个生育期相关性均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,其中以小波系数得到的相关性最高、高频信息次之,植被指数最低。(2)对比分析每个生育期的3种估算模型,以VIs+CWT为输入变量的估算效果最好,VIs+IWD的估算效果次之,而VIs的估算效果最差,说明基于小波分析构建的模型适用性较广、稳定性较强。(3)每个生育期分别以3种变量利用PLSR方法构建的AGB估算模型均在块茎增长期达到最高精度(VIs:建模R2=0.70,RMSE=98.88 kg·hm-12,NRMSE=11.63%;VIs+IWD:建模R2=0.78,RMSE=86.45 kg·hm-12,NRMSE=10.17%;VIs+CWT:建模R2=0.85,RMSE=74.25 kg·hm-12,NRMSE=9.27%)。通过VIs分别结合IWD和CWT技术利用PLSR建模方法,可以提高AGB估算精度,为农业指导管理提供可靠参考。  相似文献
