指标体系的构建原理与评价方法研究

针对目前指标体系在构建和评价方面缺乏统一理论与方法这一现状,在不考虑具体评价问题的基础上,对一般意义上的指标体系进行了构建原理与评价方法研究.从时间维、方法维和逻辑维三方面对构建方法进行了阐述;建立了指标体系的数学模型,并提出了基于正交实验设计的指标权重计算方法;以合理指标体系的基本要素为依据,定量地分析了体系的完备性和指标间的相关性.     

Completeness of system of root vectors of upper triangular infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operators appearing in elasticity theory

This paper deals with a class of upper triangular infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operators appearing in the elasticity theory.The geometric multiplicity and algebraic index of the eigenvalue are investigated.Furthermore,the algebraic multiplicity of the eigenvalue is obtained.Based on these properties,the concrete completeness formulation of the system of eigenvectors or root vectors of the Hamiltonian operator is proposed.It is shown that the completeness is determined by the system of eigenvectors of the operator entries.Finally,the applications of the results to some problems in the elasticity theory are presented.     

弹性理论中上三角无穷维Hamilton算子根向量组的完备性

考虑弹性力学中一类上三角无穷维Hamilton算子.首先,给出此类Hamilton算子特征值的几何重数和代数指标,进而得到代数重数.其次,根据Hamilton算子特征值的代数重数确定其特征(根)向量组完备的形式,得到此类Hamilton算子特征(根)向量组的完备性是由内部算子特征向量组决定.最后,将所得结果应用到弹性力学问题中.     

Symplectic eigenvector expansion theorem of a class of operator matrices arising from elasticity theory

This paper deals with the completeness of the eigenvector system of a class of operator matrices arising from elasticity theory, i.e., symplectic eigenvector expansion theorem. Under certain conditions, the symplectic orthogonality of eigenvectors of the operator matrix is demonstrated. Based on this, a necessary and sufficient condition for the completeness of the eigenvector system of the operator matrix is given. Furthermore, the obtained results are tested for the free vibration of rectangular thin plates.     

On a class of difference sequences related to the ℓ<Superscript>p</Superscript> space defined by Orlicz functions

In this article we introduce the difference sequence space m(M, Δ, φ) using the Orlicz function. We study its different properties like solidity, completeness etc. Also we obtain some inclusion relations involving the space m(M, Δ, φ).      

The first-order perturbed SBS equations

Summary Using standard multiscale techniques, a first-order perturbation theory for SBS is developed. In the presence of small damping, we find that there is a stationary solution for a soliton which is a fixed point. The velocity of this soliton is determined by the damping coefficients. In addition, there is also a constant shift in the pump intensity in the region between the front of the backward moving soliton and the forward light cone of the pump.     

On a completeness property of series expansions of bivariate densities

Random processes passed through zero memory nonlinearities are considered in terms of the preservation of mean square continuity. Then, series expansions of bivariate densities in orthonormal functions are treated, under the assumption that the bivariate density is associated with a first order stationary random process. It is shown that, if the random process is mean square continuous, then the orthonormal functions in the series expansion must be complete.     

The Basis Properties of Power Systems in L p

We consider power systems with complex-valued coeficients. We establish a necessary and suficient condition for completeness and minimality and also a necessary condition for the basis property of these systems in Lebesgue spaces.     

Cut-Free Ordinary Sequent Calculi for Logics Having Generalized Finite-Valued Semantics

The paper presents a method for transforming a given sound and complete n-sequent proof system into an equivalent sound and complete system of ordinary sequents. The method is applicable to a large, central class of (generalized) finite-valued logics with the language satisfying a certain minimal expressiveness condition. The expressiveness condition decrees that the truth-value of any formula φ must be identifiable by determining whether certain formulas uniformly constructed from φ have designated values or not. The transformation preserves the general structure of proofs in the original calculus in a way ensuring preservation of the weak cut elimination theorem under the transformation. The described transformation metod is illustrated on several concrete examples of many-valued logics, including a new application to information sources logics.     

A Class of k-Quantum Nonlinear Coherent States and Some of Their Properties

A class of k-quantum nonlinear coherent states, i.e., the k eigenstates of the powers B ^k (k 3) of the annihilation operator of f-oscillators, is obtained and its completeness is investigated. An alternative method to construct them is proposed. We introduce a new kind of higher-order squeezing and sub-Poissonian distribution. The quantum statistical properties of the k states are studied. The result shows that all of the eigenstates can be generated by a linear superposition of k Roy-type nonlinear coherent states. These states may form a complete Hilbert space, and the M-th order [M = (n + 1/2)k; n = 0,1, ...] squeezing effects exist in all of the k states when k is even. There is the sub-Poissonian distribution in all of the states.
