可见/近红外光谱图像在作物病害检测中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
农作物病害严重影响了我国正常的农业生产,现代农业迫切需要快速、准确、高效的作物病害诊断方法。首先简单介绍了常用病害检测技术,如:聚合酶链式反应技术、人工感官判定技术、统计学方法等,这些方法或是比较费时、或是只能用于产生明显病斑后的病害诊断,而光谱技术在植物病害的快速检测方面有一定的潜力,目前已有大量的研究成果。主要围绕可见/近红外光谱图像在病害检测的应用展开分析和讨论,讨论了该技术所涉及的仪器,并从细胞、植物组织、冠层及更大尺度层面分析了该技术在病害检测中的现况。目前大部分与植物病害有关的可见/近红外光谱研究都以植物叶片为对象,而在更小尺度(细胞至显微尺度)和更大尺度(冠层至航空/航天遥感方面)上的研究较少,特别是单细胞级别的病害研究,只在动物细胞领域展开,而且以荧光、拉曼、红外光谱为主。可见/近红外在以植物叶片为主要研究对象的器官尺度上有大量的成功应用,目前的研究已涉及了大部分的常见作物及其主要病害,包括真菌性、细菌性等各种病原引起的病害的检测。植物叶片尺度的研究主要从以下三个方面展开:(1)基于计算机图像处理和模式识别的病害信息自动快速判断;(2)基于化学计量学方法的高光谱或高光谱图像病害程度模型;(3)建立与作物病害有关的叶片某些理化参数的光谱模型,从而量化病害的程度。在植物叶片这一尺度相关研究的主要问题是:研究过于碎片化,往往只研究了某一种或少数几种病害,所建的模型只能用于特定实验条件,无法直接自动判断任意田间样本的染病种类与程度。在近地冠层尺度,植株的三维形态对光谱模型有较大的干扰,有文献表明以植株近地冠层2D图像作为病害检测数据,偏差较大,所建模型不稳定,基于卫星影像的病害模型较少。还讨论了常用光谱及光谱图像建模与分类方法。目前可见/近红外光谱在农作物病害方面有一定的应用潜力,但存在研究内容的不平衡、研究系统性不够、各学科合作研究不够深入等几大问题。最后提出可见/近红外光谱在病害检测领域中应更注重多学科的深入合作,并急需相关的仪器设备、方法模型方面的突破。  相似文献

In order to improve the scale inhibition efficiency of existing polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) and to study the impact of their molecular structure on scale inhibition efficiency, a series of PESA with linear and hyper-branched structure have been designed and synthesized through co-polymerization reaction with glycidyl and epoxy succinate. The scale inhibition behavior of PESA with linear and hyper-branched structure against CaCO3 and CaSO4 scales was evaluated using static scale inhibition method, and their ability to retard deposition of CaCO3 was also examined. The experimental results showed that, for CaCO3 and CaSO4, the PESA with hyper-branched structure provides a scale inhibiting efficiency as high as 95.9% and 94.3%, respectively, at an inhibitor concentration of 15?mg/L. In addition, the processes of crystal nucleation, growth and crystal morphology have been analyzed. The experimental results show that the PESA with hyper-branched structure not only prolongs the induction period of CaCO3 crystal nucleation, but also reduces the number of crystal nuclei and changes the size and morphology of the CaCO3 crystal. Moreover, the FTIR, SEM and XRD analyses showed that the PESA with hyper-branched structure can induce the irregularity of growing CaCO3 crystal, destroy the formation of crystals and change the polymorphs of calcium scale crystal. This conclusion indicates that the prepared PESA with hyper-branched structure has great potential for applying in the treatment of industrial water.  相似文献

In this work, a new methodology is introduced to calculate the solids mixing rate in dense gas-fluidized beds using the two-fluid model. The implementation of this methodology into an existing two-fluid model code was carefully verified. The solids phase continuity equation was satisfied using our method, and the sensitivity of the computational results to the time step, computational cell size, and discretization scheme was investigated to determine the optimal simulation settings. Using these simulation settings, the degree of solids mixing was observed to rapidly (exponentially) increase with increasing operating pressure and linearly decrease with increasing bed diameter. Our novel methodology can be applied to analyze mixing processes in large lab-scale beds as an alternative to existing time-consuming simulation techniques such as computational fluid dynamics combined with the discrete element model.  相似文献

提出了一类新的相对性区域创新指数,并采用世界专利申请数据对其进行了具体计算.基于区域创新同经济发展水平之间的超线性关系,该指数消除了经济发展水平对创新能力的影响,可以实现对不同发展水平的经济体之间进行有效的创新能力横纵对比.该创新指数尽管极其简单,却揭示出一系列迥异于传统认知的现象,例如中国大陆地区的技术创新能力在1980年代就已经位居世界前列.采用该指数,不但可以在较高水平上解释世界各国的经济增长,还发现它同经济增长率之间的相关性存在一个20年的经济周期.这些结果显示,该指数作为一个单一性指标,以极小的数据依赖就实现了较高程度的解释性,不但重新定位了世界各经济体的创新能力,对深入理解创新同经济发展之间的关系提供了新的角度,而且暗示着这类相对性经济指标的发展潜力与应用空间.  相似文献

Recent advances in catalytic asymmetric carbon–carbon bond‐forming reactions of non‐heteroaromatic amide substrates are highlighted. Among carbonyl compounds, amides have received limited attention in catalytic asymmetric transformations mainly owing to their lower reactivity. Amides are reluctant to form enolates for nucleophilic addition, and α,β‐unsaturated amides exhibit diminished electrophilicity at the β‐carbon. Recent advances in asymmetric catalysis rendered these amides amenable to enantioselective reactions with perfect atom economy, producing synthetically useful chiral building blocks. It is shown in Li and Ying (2019) that a regular and local Dirichlet form on an interval can be represented by so-called effective intervals with scale functions. This paper focuses on how to operate on effective intervals to obtain regular Dirichlet subspaces. The first result is a complete characterization for a Dirichlet form to be a regular subspace of such a Dirichlet form in terms of effective intervals. Then we give an explicit road map how to obtain all regular Dirichlet subspaces from a local and regular Dirichlet form on an interval, by a series of intuitive operations on the effective intervals in the representation above. Finally applying previous results, we shall prove that every regular and local Dirichlet form has a special standard core generated by a continuous and strictly increasing function.  相似文献

The static and dynamic behaviour of a nonlocal bar of finite length is studied in this paper. The nonlocal integral models considered in this paper are strain-based and relative displacement-based nonlocal models; the latter one is also labelled as a peridynamic model. For infinite media, and for sufficiently smooth displacement fields, both integral nonlocal models can be equivalent, assuming some kernel correspondence rules. For infinite media (or finite media with extended reflection rules), it is also shown that Eringen's differential model can be reformulated into a consistent strain-based integral nonlocal model with exponential kernel, or into a relative displacement-based integral nonlocal model with a modified exponential kernel. A finite bar in uniform tension is considered as a paradigmatic static case. The strain-based nonlocal behaviour of this bar in tension is analyzed for different kernels available in the literature. It is shown that the kernel has to fulfil some normalization and end compatibility conditions in order to preserve the uniform strain field associated with this homogeneous stress state. Such a kernel can be built by combining a local and a nonlocal strain measure with compatible boundary conditions, or by extending the domain outside its finite size while preserving some kinematic compatibility conditions. The same results are shown for the nonlocal peridynamic bar where a homogeneous strain field is also analytically obtained in the elastic bar for consistent compatible kinematic boundary conditions at the vicinity of the end conditions. The results are extended to the vibration of a fixed–fixed finite bar where the natural frequencies are calculated for both the strain-based and the peridynamic models.  相似文献

In this work, the development of the eco-friendly comprehensive scale and corrosion inhibitor based on green polyaspartic acid (PASP) was presented. In this view, PASPG was prepared by a ring-opening graft modification reaction of polysuccinimide (PSI) with glycidyl. In addition, the molecular structure and the thermal stability of PASPG were characterized by using three different methods (FTIR, 1H NMR, and TGA). PASPG’s scale inhibition efficiency and corrosion inhibition efficiency were also evaluated, respectively. More concretely, the scale inhibition efficiency of PASPG achieved 94.6 % and 95.1 % for CaCO3 and CaSO4, respectively. With the aid of the FTIR and SEM measurement techniques, it was found that PASPG could induce the irregular growth of the CaCO3 and CaSO4 morphology and destroy the formation of crystals. On the other hand, the higher corrosion efficiency of 85.17 % was achieved by PASPG in comparison with PASP (72.53 %). PASPG is a mixed inhibitor and the adsorption of PASPG on the Q235 steel surface followed the Langmuir mono-layer adsorption isotherm. The formation of a protective film on the surface of carbon steel was proved by PASPG’s adsorption, which increased the resistance to be eroded. Thus, the surface of carbon steel can be effectively protected. The present work provides a simple and effective pathway for the synthesis of high-efficiency green scale and corrosion inhibitor, by introducing a functional group into the PASP chains. The implementation of such type of chemical modification method may also be an effective strategy for improving the efficiency of other polymers green scale and corrosion inhibitors.  相似文献

The synthesis of vinyl boronates and vinyl silanes was achieved by employing a Ru‐catalyzed alkene–alkyne coupling reaction of allyl boronates or allyl silanes with various alkynes. The double bond geometry in the generated vinyl boronates can be remotely controlled by the juxtaposing boron‐ and silicon groups on the alkyne substrate. The synthetic utility of the coupling products has been demonstrated in a variety of synthetic transformations, including iterative cross‐coupling reactions, and a Chan‐Lam‐type allyloxylation followed by a Claisen rearrangement. A sequential one‐pot alkene‐alkyne‐coupling/allylation‐sequence with an aldehyde to deliver a highly complex α‐silyl‐β‐hydroxy olefin with a handle for further functionalization was also realized.  相似文献
