基于PageRank算法的学术论文影响力研究中忽视了两个问题:1)论文影响力随时间变化的现象;2)不同学科间引用的差异。针对这两个问题,通过统计方法,引入时间因子和学科因子,建立了一种新的基于PageRank算法的学术论文影响力评价模型。结果能够有效地刻画论文影响力随时间变化和学科间的引用区别,更加实时、全面、客观地衡量论文的影响力。  相似文献

We consider a PageRank model of opinion formation on Ulam networks, generated by the intermittency map and the typical Chirikov map. The Ulam networks generated by these maps have certain similarities with such scale-free networks as the World Wide Web (WWW), showing an algebraic decay of the PageRank probability. We find that the opinion formation process on Ulam networks has certain similarities but also distinct features comparing to the WWW. We attribute these distinctions to internal differences in network structure of the Ulam and WWW networks. We also analyze the process of opinion formation in the frame of generalized Sznajd model which protects opinion of small communities.  相似文献

针对某些恶意页面利用搜索引擎的局限性隐藏在搜索结果排名较靠前的位置这一问题,本文提出了基于Hits算法的Web安全改进模型.该模型在Hits算法的基础上,结合向量空间模型来评价网页的风险程度,通过对恶意页面的Authority值进行"惩罚"来降低恶意页面在搜索结果中的排序,从而减低恶意页面被访问到的概率.实验结果表明,恶意网页的Authority值明显降低,而非恶意网页的Authority值有所上升,这使得用户通过搜索引擎点击到恶意页面的概率大幅降低.  相似文献

We propose the PageRank model of opinion formation and investigate its rich properties on real directed networks of the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford, LiveJournal, and Twitter. In this model, the opinion formation of linked electors is weighted with their PageRank probability. Such a probability is used by the Google search engine for ranking of web pages. We find that the society elite, corresponding to the top PageRank nodes, can impose its opinion on a significant fraction of the society. However, for a homogeneous distribution of two opinions, there exists a bistability range of opinions which depends on a conformist parameter characterizing the opinion formation. We find that the LiveJournal and Twitter networks have a stronger tendency to a totalitarian opinion formation than the university networks. We also analyze the Sznajd model generalized for scale-free networks with the weighted PageRank vote of electors.  相似文献

An integrated model for ranking scientific publications together with authors and journals recently presented in [Bini, Del Corso, Romani, ETNA 2008] is closely analyzed. The model, which relies on certain adjacency matrices H,K and F obtained from the relations of citation, authorship and publication, provides the ranking by means of the Perron vector of a stochastic matrix obtained by combining H,K and F. Some perturbation theorems concerning the Perron vector previously introduced by the authors are extended to more general cases and a counterexample to a property previously addressed by the authors is presented. The theoretical results confirm the consistency and effectiveness of our model. Some paradigmatic examples are reported together with some results obtained on a real set of data.  相似文献

We consider all Test matches played between 1877 and 2010 and One Day International (ODI) matches played between 1971 and 2010. We form directed and weighted networks of teams and also of their captains. The success of a team (or captain) is determined by the ‘quality’ of the wins, not simply by the number of wins. We apply the diffusion-based PageRank algorithm to the networks to assess the importance of the wins, and rank the respective teams and captains. Our analysis identifies Australia as the best team in both forms of cricket, Test and ODI. Steve Waugh is identified as the best captain in Test cricket and Ricky Ponting is the best captain in the ODI format. We also compare our ranking scheme with an existing ranking scheme, the Reliance ICC ranking. Our method does not depend on ‘external’ criteria in the ranking of teams (captains). The purpose of this paper is to introduce a revised ranking of cricket teams and to quantify the success of the captains.  相似文献

本文研究计算PageRank的迭代法,在Gleich等人提出的内/外迭代方法的基础上,提出了具有三个参数的广义二级分裂迭代法,该方法包含了内/外迭代法和幂迭代法,并研究了该方法的收敛性.基于该方法的收缩因子的计算公式,讨论了迭代参数可能的选择,通过参数的选择能有效提高内/外迭代法的收敛效率.  相似文献

In this note we study multivariate perturbations of algebraic equations. In general, it is not possible to represent the perturbed solution as a Puiseux-type power series in a connected neighborhood. For the case of two perturbation parameters we provide a sufficient condition that guarantees such a representation. Then, we extend this result to the case of more than two perturbation parameters. We motivate our study by the perturbation analysis of a weighted random walk on the Web Graph. In an instance of the latter the stationary distribution of the weighted random walk, the so-called Weighted PageRank, may depend on two (or more) perturbation parameters in a manner that illustrates our theoretical development.  相似文献
