Much research has been devoted to two problems, Yi yuancai fang (From a circular timber [find] a square) and Yi fangcai yuan (From a square timber [find] a circle), both of which appear in the Suanshu shu, an early Han dynasty mathematical work written on bamboo slips, excavated from tomb 247 at Zhangjiashan in Hubei Province, China. In this article, the geometric relations between circles and squares and the methods for determining their mutual relations in these two problems are interpreted in a different way, and an alternative approach is offered for reconciling these two problems.  相似文献

In this paper we present and study a new algorithm for the Maximum Satisfiability (Max Sat) problem. The algorithm is based on the Method of Conditional Expectations (MOCE, also known as Johnson’s Algorithm) and applies a greedy variable ordering to MOCE. Thus, we name it Greedy Order MOCE (GO-MOCE). We also suggest a combination of GO-MOCE with CCLS, a state-of-the-art solver. We refer to this combined solver as GO-MOCE-CCLS.We conduct a comprehensive comparative evaluation of GO-MOCE versus MOCE on random instances and on public competition benchmark instances. We show that GO-MOCE reduces the number of unsatisfied clauses by tens of percents, while keeping the runtime almost the same. The worst case time complexity of GO-MOCE is linear. We also show that GO-MOCE-CCLS improves on CCLS consistently by up to about 80%.We study the asymptotic performance of GO-MOCE. To this end, we introduce three measures for evaluating the asymptotic performance of algorithms for Max Sat. We point out to further possible improvements of GO-MOCE, based on an empirical study of the main quantities managed by GO-MOCE during its execution.  相似文献

Compound 2β-carbomethoxy-3β-(4-chlorophenyl)tropane (β-CCT) is a key intermediate for the synthesis of some clinical dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging agents. Potential impurities from synthesis process of β-CCT and degradation during storage might have detrimental effect on the final imaging agents. Thus, it is necessary to guarantee the quality of β-CCT. In this study, a rapid, sensitive and accurate high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the analysis of β-CCT and its related substances. The chromatographic separation was achieved on a reverse-phase phenomenex? Gemini C18 column with an isocratic mobile phase consisted of methanol, water and TFA (30:70:0.1 v/v/v). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at 30 °C and samples were monitored at 220 nm. The method was validated concerning system suitability, linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity, robustness and stability. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of β-CCT were 0.5 and 1.5 μg/mL, respectively. The linearity range of β-CCT was 1.5–450 μg/mL with a good linear correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.9999) between the peak response and concentration. Specificity investigation through forced degradation experiments displayed that β-CCT was stable in acidic, thermal and photolytic degradation conditions, but significantly unstable in alkaline and oxidative conditions. With the developed chromatographic method, possible impurity α-CCT from synthetic process and potential degradation products could be well separated from β-CCT. Good recovery and precision were manifested in the assay method. These results indicated that the present method would be suitable for not only the quality assurance of β-CCT in regular production sample assays but also the monitoring and determination of its related substances.  相似文献

为提高土壤检测的重金属得率,采用了微波消解/电热板组合预处理-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土壤重金属含量。分析了硝酸(HNO3)、氢氟酸(HF)、高氯酸(HClO4)和盐酸(HCl)组合消解液及赶酸温度对土壤预处理影响。结果显示:在硝酸和盐酸混合消解液中,硝酸占比越高,铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)得率更高;消解液体系中加入氢氟酸可使消解更加彻底,提高铬与铜的得率。最优预处理消解条件为硝酸 6ml+ 氢氟酸 2ml消解液组合进行微波消解,1ml 高氯酸于155℃电热板上赶酸。经土壤标准样品GBW07401(GSS-1)和GBW07452(GSS-23)实际应用,预处理条件优化后测试准确度和稳定性均显著提高。此外使用元素铑(Rh)作为内标物时,其方法稳定性和准确性高于内标物钪(Sc)和锗(Ge)。可为相关国家土壤重金属测定标准的修制订提供方法学参考。  相似文献

基于Timoshenko梁理论研究多孔功能梯度材料梁(FGMs)的自由振动问题.首先,考虑多孔功能梯度材料梁的孔隙率模型,建立了两种类型的孔隙分布.其次,基于Timoshenko梁变形理论,给出位移场方程、几何方程和本构方程,利用Hamilton原理推导多孔功能梯度材料梁的自由振动控制微分方程,并进行无量纲化,然后应用微分变换法(DTM)对无量纲控制微分方程及其边界条件进行变换,得到含有固有频率的等价代数特征方程.最后,计算了固定-固定(C-C)、固定-简支(C-S)和简支-简支(S-S)三种不同边界下多孔功能梯度材料梁自由振动的无量纲固有频率.将其退化为均匀材料与已有文献数据结果对照,验证了正确性.讨论了孔隙率、细长比和梯度指数对多孔功能梯度材料梁无量纲固有频率的影响.  相似文献

In this paper, sufficient conditions for preservation of several transform orders under a typical family of semiparametric distributions are made. The preservation properties are developed to compare mixture semiparametric distributions. This work presents a Boundary Element Method (BEM) formulation for contactless electromagnetic field assessments. The new scheme is based on a regularised BEM approach that requires the use of electric measurements only. The regularisation is obtained by leveraging on an extension of Calderón techniques to rectangular systems leading to well-conditioned problems independent of the discretisation density. This enables the use of highly discretized Huygens surfaces that can be consequently placed very near to the radiating source. In addition, the new regularised scheme is hybridised with both surfacic homogeneous and volumetric inhomogeneous forward BEM solvers accelerated with fast matrix–vector multiplication schemes. This allows for rapid and effective dosimetric assessments and permits the use of inhomogeneous and realistic head phantoms. Numerical results corroborate the theory and confirms the practical effectiveness of all newly proposed formulations.  相似文献

This paper continues the study of combinatorial properties of binary functions — that is, functions f:2E? such that f(0?)=1, where E is a finite set. Binary functions have previously been shown to admit families of transforms that generalise duality, including a trinity transform, and families of associated minor operations that generalise deletion and contraction, with both these families parameterised by the complex numbers. Binary function representations exist for graphs (via the indicator functions of their cutset spaces) and indeed arbitrary matroids (as shown by the author previously). In this paper, we characterise degenerate elements – analogues of loops and coloops – in binary functions, with respect to any set of minor operations from our complex-parameterised family. We then apply this to study the relationship between binary functions and Tutte’s alternating dimaps, which also support a trinity transform and three associated minor operations. It is shown that only the simplest alternating dimaps have binary representations of the form we consider, which seems to be the most direct type of representation. The question of whether there exist other, more sophisticated types of binary function representations for alternating dimaps is left open.  相似文献

为了提高块压缩感知的测量效率和重构性能,根据离散余弦变换和离散正弦变换具有汇聚信号能量的特性,提出了基于重复块对角结构的部分离散余弦变换(partial discrete cosine transform in repeated block diagonal structure,PDCT-RBDS)和部分离散正弦变换(partial discrete sine transform in repeated block diagonal structure,PDST-RBDS)的两种压缩感知测量方法.所采用的测量矩阵是一种低复杂度的结构化确定性矩阵,满足受限等距性质.并得到一个与采样能量有关的受限等距常数和精确重构的测量数下限.通过与采用重复块对角结构的部分随机高斯矩阵和部分贝努利矩阵的图像压缩感知对比,结果表明,PDCT-RBDS和PDST-RBDS重构的PSNR大约提高1~5 dB,SSIM提高约0.05,所需的重构时间和测量矩阵的存储空间大大减少.该方法特别适合大规模图像压缩及实时视频数据处理场合.  相似文献

Chromatographic enantioseparations on the order of a few seconds can be achieved by supercritical fluid chromatography using short columns packed with chiral stationary phases. The evolution of ‘world record’ speeds for the chromatographic separation of enantiomers has steadily dropped from an industry standard of 20–40 min just two decades ago, to a current ability to perform many enantioseparations in well under a minute. Improvements in instrument and column technologies enabled this revolution, but the ability to predict optimal separation time from an initial method development screening assay using the tmin cc predictor greatly simplifies the development and optimization of high‐speed chiral chromatographic separations. In this study, we illustrate how the use of this simple tool in combination with the workhorse technique of supercritical fluid chromatography on customized short chiral columns (1–2 cm length) allows us to achieve ultrafast enantioseparations of pharmaceutically relevant compounds on the 5–20 s scale, bringing the technique of high‐throughput enantiopurity analysis out of the specialist realm and into the laboratories of most researchers.  相似文献
