The notion of a group action can be extended to the case of gyrogroups. In this article, we examine a digraph and graph associated with a gyrogroup action on a finite nonempty set, called a Schreier digraph and graph. We show that algebraic properties of gyrogroups and gyrogroup actions such as being gyrocommutative, being transitive, and being fixed-point-free are reflected in their Schreier digraphs and graphs. We also prove graph-theoretic versions of the three fundamental theorems involving actions: the Cauchy–Frobenius lemma (also known as the Burnside lemma), the orbit-stabilizer theorem, and the orbit decomposition theorem. The societal cost of micronutrient deficiency (MND) or the “hidden hunger” is in millions of dollars/year, reducing the GDP of some countries by as much as 11%. Zn is an important micronutrient for both plants and animals. An estimated 17% of the world population, or around 1.1 billion people, are at the risk of zinc (Zn) deficiency. The deficiency has been related to adverse pregnancy outcomes, stunted growth, premature deaths, immune system dysfunctions, neuro-behavioral disorders, and recently with the failure to recover from COVID-19. These health risks associated with Zn deficiency have compelled FAO and WHO to recommend Zn fortification of diet. Correcting Zn deficiency is a challenge due to several reasons. Close to half of the agricultural soils are Zn deficient, and chemical Zn fertilizers are costly and ineffective. Developing Zn-rich crops through plant breeding and genetic engineering is challenging. Zn-dense diet is costly and cannot be implemented in the low-income region most affected by Zn deficiency. Lack of consensus among regulatory bodies on defining and diagnosing Zn deficiency in plants and Humans. Awareness and other sociocultural issues. Among the most important available solutions are zinc biofortification of the cereal crops, use of zinc biofertilizers, development of Zn-efficient crops with reduced phytate content. The use of Zn supplements, dietary modification, and diversification, especially with fish, are proposed as the most accessible and affordable solutions. Awareness programs in areas suffering the most from Zn deficiency are required. Despite the suggestions from FAO and WHO, global efforts to combat Zn deficiency matching those for combating diseases like HIV are not in place. Coordinated efforts of the international community, especially policy-makers, agricultural scientists, dieticians, physicians, and others, are required to address the issue of hidden hunger. 相似文献

Four bis(dioxane) adducts of mixed‐metal trifluoroacetates, M[M′(O2CCF3)4(C4H8O2)2] (M = Na, K, Cs, M′ = In and M = Cs, M′ = Ga) were synthesized by reaction of alkali metal trifluoroacetate and group 13 element trifluoroacetate in 1,4‐dioxane and completely characterized including X‐ray structure determination. Geometric parameters, empirical bond valences and frequencies of the symmetric C=O stretching vibrations show that the moisture sensitive solids are composed of dimeric structural moieties with site symmetry 1 , containing alkali metal ions and bis(dioxane)tetrakis(trifluoroacetato)indate or ‐gallate ions. The dimeric units are further connected by weaker “intermolecular” dioxane interactions to neighboring alkali metal ions. Closer inspection of space group symmetry, unit cell parameters and atom sites allows to rationalize the compounds as members of two isotypic pairs that are further closely related due to the group‐subgroup relation of their monoclinc space groups to a common orthorhombic supergroup. 相似文献

Formulated products represent a particular class of complex chemical products, and their design is typically based on experience and extensive experimentation. Although still at an early stage, and despite that their potential is not fully accessed and not fully used by the industry, computer-aided design (CAD) methods and tools offer many possibilities in the design of formulated products.
