The study reported in this article examined the ways in which new mathematics learning influences students’ prior ways of reasoning. We conceptualize this kind of influence as a form of transfer of learning called backward transfer. The focus of our study was on students’ covariational reasoning about linear functions before and after they participated in a multi-lesson instructional unit on quadratic functions. The subjects were 57 students from two authentic algebra classrooms at two local high schools. Qualitative analysis suggested that quadratic functions instruction did influence students’ covariational reasoning in terms of the number of quantities and the level of covariational reasoning they reasoned with. These results further the field’s understanding of backward transfer and could inform how to better support students’ abilities to engage in covariational reasoning.  相似文献

标度拓展经典负半阶分抗逼近电路,可实现具有任意分数阶微积算子运算功能的分抗逼近电路,但牺牲了运算恒定性.从电路网络的角度分析具有恒定运算性能的负半阶Carlson分形格分抗逼近电路.根据标度分形格分抗逼近电路的等效无源双口网络,探讨该双口网络右侧端口的运算有效性,设计具有高运算恒定性的任意阶标度分形格分抗逼近电路.结合负实零极点对基元系统的零极点分布及其局域化特性,阐述具有任意实数阶微积算子运算功能的标度分形格分抗逼近电路运算振荡现象的物理本质,并从理论上分析有效抑制频域运算振荡现象的方法.结合对称阻容T型节电路优化理论及方法,对任意阶对称格型级联双口网络的频域逼近性能进行优化,获得具有高逼近效益的任意阶标度分形格分抗逼近电路.具有低振荡幅度的任意阶对称格型级联双口网络为高运算恒定性的分抗逼近电路设计及应用提供了一种新方法及思路.  相似文献

Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) is one of the main instabilities affecting success of fusion ignition. Here, we study the relationship between Raman growth and Landau damping with various distribution functions combining the analytic formulas and Vlasov simulations. The Landau damping obtained by Vlasov-Poisson simulation and Raman growth rate obtained by Vlasov-Maxwell simulation are anti-correlated, which is consistent with our theoretical analysis quantitatively. Maxwellian distribution, flattened distribution, and bi-Maxwellian distribution are studied in detail, which represent three typical stages of SRS. We also demonstrate the effects of plateau width, hot-electron fraction, hot-to-cold electron temperature ratio, and collisional damping on the Landau damping and growth rate. They gives us a deep understanding of SRS and possible ways to mitigate SRS through manipulating distribution functions to a high Landau damping regime.  相似文献

Nonlinear feedback shift registers (NFSRs) are widely used in stream cipher design as building blocks. The cascade connection of NFSRs, known as an important architecture, has been adopted in Grain family of stream ciphers. In this paper, a new sufficient condition under which an NFSR cannot be decomposed into the cascade connection of two smaller NFSRs is presented, which is easy to be verified from the algebraic normal form (ANF) of the characteristic function. In fact, our results are also applicable to nonsingular Boolean functions, which actually improve a previous research of Rhodes [6] where the characteristic functions of NFSRs cannot be contained.  相似文献

This article is the second article on the generalization of Kato's Euler system. The main subject of this article is to construct a family of Kato's Euler systems over the cuspidal eigencurve, which interpolate the Kato's Euler systems associated to the modular forms parametrized by the cuspidal eigencurve. We also explain how to use this family of Kato's Euler system to construct a family of distributions on Zp over the cuspidal eigencurve; this distribution gives us a two-variable p-adic L function which interpolate the p-adic L function of modular forms.  相似文献

共振隧穿二极管(RTD)可编程逻辑门是一种由单双稳态转换逻辑单元(MOBILE)及正、负输入分支组成的阈值逻辑电路。基于二进制神经元模型中的三层网络结构,提出了基于RTD可编程逻辑门的n变量函数实现算法。按照汉明距离由大到小的顺序,搜索最优输入向量,用定理1或定理2方法产生隐层函数,通过变换次数,确定输入向量的真假及隐层函数的权重。由于定义了最优输入向量及变换次数,提高了算法的准确性;又由于采用了定理2方法,令设计的电路更简单。  相似文献

This work is concerned with the extension of the Jacobi spectral Galerkin method to a class of nonlinear fractional pantograph differential equations. First, the fractional differential equation is converted to a nonlinear Volterra integral equation with weakly singular kernel. Second, we analyze the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the obtained integral equation. Then, the Galerkin method is used for solving the equivalent integral equation. The error estimates for the proposed method are also investigated. Finally, illustrative examples are presented to confirm our theoretical analysis.  相似文献
