According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, approximately 1.3 billion tons of food is wasted each year, equivalent to approximately one-third of world production. Agri-food wastes are the source of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and other essential minerals that have been exploited for value-added products by the development of biorefineries and sustainable business as important elements of circular economies. The innovation and materialization of these types of processes, including the use of disruptive technologies on microbial bioconversion and enzyme technology, such as nanotechnology, metabolic engineering, and multi-omics platforms, increase the perspectives on the waste valorization process. Lignocellulolytic enzymes, pectinases, and proteases are mainly used as catalyzers on agri-food waste treatment, and their production in house might be the trend in near future for agro-industrial countries. Another way to transform the agri-food wastes is via aerobic or anaerobic microbial process from fungal or bacterial cultures; these processes are the key to produce waste enzymes.  相似文献

信息技术的快速发展,使得闲置产能的分享逐渐成为生产领域重要的产能利用模式。为研究闲置产能分享时平台的最优定价问题,在平台向供给者收取交易费而对需求者不收费的条件下,首先,建立商业平台和公益平台的基础模型,并对两类平台进行分析和对比;然后,在基础模型之上构建以一定权重考虑其他参与者利益的平台X的定价模型,探讨权重对最优交易费、供需双方的数量以及平台最优利润的影响;最后,用数值例子验证文中重要定理以及权重对供需双方效用产生的影响。研究结果表明:(1)商业平台收取的最优交易费和获得的最优利润均高于公益平台;(2)考虑其他参与者利益的平台X收取的最优交易费和获得的最优利润、需求者(免费方)的数量和效用均随着权重的增加而增加,而供给者(被收费方)的数量及其效用则随着权重的增加而减少。研究结果为平台运营商和企业的行为决策提供理论参考依据。  相似文献

Carotenoids are an essential component of cashew and can be used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, natural pigment, food additives, among other applications. The present work focuses on optimizing and comparing conventional and ultrasound-assisted extraction methods. Every optimization step took place with a 1:1 (w:w) mixture of yellow and red cashew apples lyophilized and ground in a cryogenic mill. A Simplex-centroid design was applied for both methods, and the solvents acetone, methanol, ethanol, and petroleum ether were evaluated. After choosing the extractor solvent, a central composite design was applied to optimize the sample mass (59–201 mg) and extraction time (6–34 min). The optimum conditions for the extractor solvent were 38% acetone, 30% ethanol, and 32% petroleum ether for CE and a mixture of 44% acetone and 56% methanol for UAE. The best experimental conditions for UAE were a sonication time of 19 min and a sample mass of 153 mg, while the CE was 23 min and 136 mg. Comparing red and yellow cashews, red cashews showed a higher carotenoid content in both methodologies. The UAE methodology was ca. 21% faster, presented a more straightforward composition of extracting solution, showed an average yield of superior carotenoid content in all samples compared to CE. Therefore, UAE has demonstrated a simple, efficient, fast, low-cost adjustment methodology and a reliable alternative for other applications involving these bioactive compounds in the studied or similar matrix.  相似文献

近年来,高分遥感影像技术的快速发展为铁路沿线地物检测提供了一种重要技术手段。基于回归的一阶段目标检测方法YOLOv4具有检测精度高、速度快等优点,但用于遥感影像检测时仍然存在部分细节特征信息丢失导致的小目标漏检,以及进行大面积地物检测时效率低的问题。为此,提出改进YOLOv4网络模型对遥感影像铁路沿线地物进行检测。首先,设计由卷积、批量归一化和Mish激活函数组成的CBM(convolution batch normalization mish)模块,并采用DCBM(double CBM)模块作为密集连接网络(DenseNet)的传输层用于YOLOv4网络特征提取以实现地物特征传递和信息重用,增强小目标地物的检测能力,降低漏检率;然后针对YOLOv4在大面积检测时效率不高和模型参数空间较大的缺陷,将压缩激励SE(squeeze excitation)通道注意机制用于骨干网中跨阶段局部单元(cross stage partial, CSP)的每个残差单元之后,减少SE注意模块的重复调用次数,使其能够在提高网络性能的同时降低模型参数量从而提高检测效率;最后,针对长条形状的铁路目标提取困难问题,在网络结果输出之前引入改进的通道空间注意力机制ICBAM(improved convolutional block attention module) 保留原始特征信息,解决铁路目标特征提取能力差的问题,提高铁路中大尺度目标的检测效率。为验证所提方法的有效性,选取2 048张分辨率为1 920×1 080的某段铁路沿线遥感影像地物样本数据,将其中的铁路、房屋、楼宇建筑、农田和水池作为检测目标进行实验,并与当前流行的目标检测方法进行对比。结果表明,改进方法不仅增强了对小目标地物的检测能力,提高了地物检测精度和速度,而且提高了大尺度目标的检测效率。与YOLOv4算法相比,mAP提高了2.11%,准确率提高了2.93%,召回率提高了3.79%,模型大小减少了8.53%。所提方法为当前应用高速铁路沿线遥感影像地物快速精准检测提供了有效方法。  相似文献

In this paper, the authors consider the asymptotic synchronization of a linear dissipative system with multiple feedback dampings. They ?rst show that under the observability of a scalar equation, Kalman’s rank condition is su?cient for the uniqueness of solution to a complex system of elliptic equations with mixedobservations. The authors then establish a general theory on the asymptotic stability and the asymptotic synchronization for the corresponding evolutional system subjected to mixed dampings of various natures. 运用边界积分法研究了四边简支、两对边固定另两对边简支、四边固定三种复杂边界条件下厚矩形板的受迫振动问题,求解过程清晰,从而给出了受迫振动控制方程和挠曲面方程。通过在Matlab平台上进行数值计算,得出了图表形式的计算结果,并与有限元模拟值进行对照。研究表明,边界积分法用于求解厚矩形板的受迫振动问题的准确性,本文推导的控制方程和挠曲面方程的正确性,进而对工程实际中的各种相关问题具有一定的现实意义,也为求解此类问题提供了一种新途径,可以直接运用到工程实际中。  相似文献

Three-dimensional(3D)vertical architecture transistors represent an important technological pursuit,which have distinct advantages in device integration density,operation speed,and power consumption.However,the fabrication processes of such 3D devices are complex,especially in the interconnection of electrodes.In this paper,we present a novel method which combines suspended electrodes and focused ion beam(FIB)technology to greatly simplify the electrodes interconnection in 3D devices.Based on this method,we fabricate 3D vertical core-double shell structure transistors with ZnO channel and Al2O3 gate-oxide both grown by atomic layer deposition.Suspended top electrodes of vertical architecture could be directly connected to planar electrodes by FIB deposited Pt nanowires,which avoid cumbersome steps in the traditional 3D structure fabrication technology.Both single pillar and arrays devices show well behaved transfer characteristics with an Ion/Ioff current ratio greater than 106 and a low threshold voltage around 0 V.The ON-current of the 2×2 pillars vertical channel transistor was 1.2μA at the gate voltage of 3 V and drain voltage of 2 V,which can be also improved by increasing the number of pillars.Our method for fabricating vertical architecture transistors can be promising for device applications with high integration density and low power consumption.  相似文献

This paper presents a compositional framework for the construction of symbolic models for a network composed of a countably infinite number of finite-dimensional discrete-time control subsystems. We refer to such a network as infinite network. The proposed approach is based on the notion of alternating simulation functions. This notion relates a concrete network to its symbolic model with guaranteed mismatch bounds between their output behaviors. We propose a compositional approach to construct a symbolic model for an infinite network, together with an alternating simulation function, by composing symbolic models and alternating simulation functions constructed for subsystems. Assuming that each subsystem is incrementally input-to-state stable and under some small-gain type conditions, we present an algorithm for orderly constructing local symbolic models with properly designed quantization parameters. In this way, the proposed compositional approach can provide us a guideline for constructing an overall symbolic model with any desired approximation accuracy. A compositional controller synthesis scheme is also provided to enforce safety properties on the infinite network in a decentralized fashion. The effectiveness of our result is illustrated through a road traffic network consisting of infinitely many road cells.  相似文献

Corrective matrix that is derived to restore consistency of discretization schemes can significantly enhance accuracy for the inside particles in the Moving Particle Semi‐implicit method. In this situation, the error due to free surface and wall boundaries becomes dominant. Based on the recent study on Neumann boundary condition (Matsunaga et al, CMAME, 2020), the corrective matrix schemes in MPS are generalized to straightforwardly and accurately impose Neumann boundary condition. However, the new schemes can still easily trigger instability at free surface because of the biased error caused by the incomplete/biased neighbor support. Therefore, the existing stable schemes based on virtual particles and conservative gradient models are applied to free surface and nearby particles to produce a stable transitional layer at free surface. The new corrective matrix schemes are only applied to the particles under the stable transitional layer for improving the wall boundary conditions. Three numerical examples of free surface flows demonstrate that the proposed method can help to reduce the pressure/velocity fluctuations and hence enhance accuracy further.  相似文献
