Pressure oxidation leaching behavior of chalcopyrite in sulfuric acid solution from 110 °C to 150 °C were investigated by in-situ electrochemical methods. Leaching experiments under saturated vapor pressure conditions were used to simulate the anoxic environment that may be encountered in industrial applications. Scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the morphology and the chemical status of chalcopyrite surface. Results show that the copper extraction was increased with the increase of leaching temperature. Under the optimal leaching conditions under saturated vapor pressure, the copper and iron extraction are 8.3% and 29.8%, respectively. When the temperature increased from 110 °C to 150 °C, the self-corrosion potential and electrochemical reaction resistance firstly increased and then decreased. In contrast, the resistance of the passive film was always increased with the increase of temperature. The electrochemical study results indicated that the increase in temperature affected the oxidation of chalcopyrite by altering the kinetics of the cathodic reaction and the anodic passivation. Both the self-corrosion current density (icorr) and rate constant were affected by the reduction of Fe(III). The XPS results show that elemental sulfur and H3O(Fe3(SO4)2(OH)6) were the main leaching solid products. The formation of H3O(Fe3(SO4)2(OH)6) not only caused a decrease in cathodic reaction kinetics, but also increased the resistance of mass transfer process. Due to the faster release of iron, copper-rich sulphides were formed, which mixed with the elemental sulfur and/or H3O(Fe3(SO4)2(OH)6) led to coverage of the chalcopyrite surface. 相似文献
In this study, a novel kinetic model is established to investigate the dynamic characteristic of the ball screw feed system by considering the thermal deformation of bearing joints, screw-nut joints and screw shaft. Based on the Hertz contact theory, the relationship between elastic restoring force and axial deformation of bearing joints and screw-nut joints is obtained, respectively. Then the dynamic characteristics of the kinetic equation are analyzed by Runge–Kutta method. The vibration characteristics of the feed system with and without thermal deformation are analyzed, and the results indicate that the amplitude becomes larger when thermal deformation is considered. The motion state of the feed system at different frequencies is analyzed, and the results show that with the change of frequency, the motion state of the system will appear period-doubling motion, quasi-periodic motion and chaotic motion. Finally, the influence of different parameters on the vibration characteristics of the system is discussed.
LISA and Taiji are expected to form a space-based gravitational-wave(GW)detection network in the future. In this work,we make a forecast for the cosmological parameter estimation with the standard siren observation from the LISA-Taiji network. We simulate the standard siren data based on a scenario with configuration angle of 40°between LISA and Taiji.Three models for the population of massive black hole binary(MBHB),i.e.,popⅢ,Q3d,and Q3nod,are considered to predict the events of MBHB mergers. We find that, based on the LISA-Taiji network, the number of electromagnetic(EM)counterparts detected is almost doubled compared with the case of single Taiji mission. Therefore, the LISA-Taiji network’s standard siren observation could provide much tighter constraints on cosmological parameters. For example, solely using the standard sirens from the LISA-Taiji network, the constraint precision of H;could reach 1.3%.Moreover,combined with the CMB data, the GW-EM observation based on the LISA-Taiji network could also tightly constrain the equation of state of dark energy,e.g.,the constraint precision of w reaches about 4%,which is comparable with the result of CMB+BAO+SN.It is concluded that the GW standard sirens from the LISA-Taiji network will become a useful cosmological probe in understanding the nature of dark energy in the future. 相似文献

Human motion induced vibration has very low frequency, ranging from 2 Hz to 5 Hz. Traditional vibration isolators are not effective in low-frequency regions due to the trade-off between the low natural frequency and the high load capacity. In this paper, inspired by the human spine, we propose a novel bionic human spine inspired quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) vibration isolator which consists of a cascaded multi-stage negative stiffness structure. The force and stiffness characteristics are investigated first, the dynamic model is established by Newton’s second law, and the isolation performance is analyzed by the harmonic balance method (HBM). Numerical results show that the bionic isolator can obtain better low-frequency isolation performance by increasing the number of negative structure stages, and reducing the damping values and external force values can obtain better low-frequency isolation performance. In comparison with the linear structure and existing traditional QZS isolator, the bionic spine isolator has better vibration isolation performance in low-frequency regions. It paves the way for the design of bionic ultra-low-frequency isolators and shows potential in many engineering applications.
This paper considers the enumeration problem of a generalization of standard Young tableau (SYT) of truncated shape. Let be the SYT of shape truncated by whose upper left cell is , where and are partitions of integers. The summation representation of the number of SYT of the truncated shape is derived. Consequently, three closed formulas for SYT of hollow shapes are obtained, including the cases of (i). , (ii). , and (iii). . Finally, an open problem is posed. 相似文献
