为解决深度学习在图像水印算法中计算量大且模型冗余的问题,提高图像水印算法在抵抗噪声、旋转和剪裁等攻击时的鲁棒性,提出基于快速神经网络架构搜索(neural architecture search,NAS)的鲁棒图像水印网络算法。通过多项式分布学习快速神经网络架构搜索算法,在预设的搜索空间中搜索最优网络结构,进行图像水印的高效嵌入与鲁棒提取。首先,将子网络中线性连接的全卷积层设置为独立的神经单元结构,并参数化表示结构单元内节点的连接,预先设定结构单元内每个神经元操作的搜索空间;其次,在完成一个批次的数据集训练后,依据神经元操作中的被采样次数和平均损失函数值动态更新概率;最后,重新训练搜索完成的网络。水印网络模型的参数量较原始网络模型缩减了92%以上,大大缩短了模型训练时间。由于搜索得到的网络结构更为紧凑,本文算法具有较高的时间性能和较好的实验效果,在隐藏图像时,对空域信息的依赖比原始网络更少。对改进前后的2个网络进行了大量鲁棒性实验,对比发现,本文算法在CIFAR-10数据集上对抵抗椒盐噪声和旋转、移除像素行(列)等攻击优势显著;在ImageNet数据集上对抵抗椒盐高斯噪声、旋转、中值滤波、高斯滤波、JPEG压缩、裁剪等攻击优势显著,特别是对随机移除行(列)和椒盐噪声有较强的鲁棒性。  相似文献

This work reported the lanthanide ion (Gd3+) doped tungsten trioxide (Gd-WO3) nanocrystal for remarkable promoted photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants and simultaneous in-situ H2O2 production. With doped lanthanide ion (Gd3+), Gd-WO3 showed a much broad and enhanced solar light absorption, which not only promoted the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of organic compounds, but also provided a suitable bandgap for direct reduction of oxygen to H2O2. Additionally, the isolated Gd3+ on WO3 surface can efficiently weaken the *OOH binding energy, increasing the activity and selectivity of direct reduction of oxygen to H2O2, with a rate of 0.58 mmol L−1 g−1 h−1. The in-situ generated H2O2 can be subsequently converted to OH based on Fenton reaction, further contributed to the overall removal of organic pollutants. Our results demonstrate a cascade photocatalytic oxidation-Fenton reaction which can efficiently utilize photo-generated electrons and holes for organic pollutants treatment.  相似文献

Nonaqueous Li–O2 batteries attract attention for their theoretical specific energy density. However, due to the difficulty of decomposition of Li2O2, Li–O2 batteries have high charge overpotential and poor cycling life. So all kinds of catalysts have been studied on the cathode. Compared to heterogeneous solid catalysts, soluble catalysts achieve faster and more effective transport of electrons by reversible redox pairs. Here, we first report ruthenocene (Ruc) as a mobile redox mediator in a Li–O2 battery. 0.01 mol/L Ruc in the electrolyte effectively reduces the charging voltage by 610 mV. Additionally, Ruc greatly increases the cycling life by four-fold (up to 83 cycles) with a simple ketjen black (KB) cathode. The results of SEM, XPS and XRD confirm that less discharge product residue accumulated after recharge. To verify the reaction mechanisms of the mediator, free energy profiles of the possible reaction pathways based on DFT are provided.  相似文献

We show the formation of ultraslow bright and dark optical solitons in a cascade-type three-level system of GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells (MQWs) structure based on the biexciton coherence in the transient optical response, and study analytically and numerically with Maxwell–Schrödinger equations. The calculated velocity of bright and dark optical solitons are Vg = 2.7 × 104 ms? 1 and Vg = 8.91 × 104 ms? 1, respectively. Such investigation of ultraslow optical solitons in MQWs may provide practical applications such as high-fidelity optical delay lines and optical buffers in semiconductor quantum wells structure, because of its flexible design.  相似文献

γ-Radiation method was applied to synthesize novel water-soluble and water-swelling polymers. Vinyl ether of ethylene glycol (VEEG), vinyl butyl (VBE) and vinyl isobutyl (VIBE) ethers were used as monomers. The synthesis of VEEG–VBE and VEEG–VIBE copolymers was carried out in a wide range of feed composition and absorbed dose. It was found that the hydrophobic–hydrophilic balance of the copolymers could be delicately varied by the copolymer composition as well as by the chemical structure of the alkyl substitute in the hydrophobic moiety. The copolymers exhibit thermo-sensitive behavior in water solutions. The value of transition temperature is considerably decreased at a higher concentration of the hydrophobic component in the copolymer composition.  相似文献

采用简单的水热法合成了六角柱形NaErF_(4)和NaErF_(4)@NaYF_(4)核壳上转换发光材料,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱(PL)等表征对材料的形貌、结构和上转换发光性能进行了研究。结果表明,纯NaErF_(4)样品为六角柱形,边长和厚度均为1μm左右,样品表面光滑。随着NaYF_(4)壳层的包覆,六角相NaErF_(4)周围出现了大量的立方相NaYF_(4)纳米颗粒,得到了NaErF_(4)@NaYF_(4)核壳结构。荧光光谱表明,通过在六角柱形NaErF_(4)表面包覆NaYF_(4)壳层,可以有效增强上转换发光强度,其中,位于527,543,663 nm处的3个发射峰分别对应于Er^(3+)的^(2)H_(11/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)、^(4)S_(3/2)→^(4)I_(15/2)和^(4)F_(9/2)→^(4)I1_(5/2)能级跃迁。随着壳层中Y∶F比例的增加,立方相NaYF_(4)的晶体衍射峰逐渐增强;同时,对应的NaErF_(4)@NaYF_(4)样品发射光谱中红绿比(R/G)逐渐增大,发光颜色也从绿色、经黄绿色逐渐向黄色过渡,实现了多色发光。  相似文献

Some recent trends in foam research have been directed towards the rapid production of highly monodisperse bubbles, of diameter on a scale around or below 100 μm, with surprising consequences. Such foams remain wet under gravity and order spontaneously and rapidly, forming substantial microcrystals. Previously, ordered foams have resulted only from slow processes of deliberate fabrication, or from the influence of walls in confined geometry. This opens up a wide range of new topics of interest, analogous to those of metallurgy: equilibrium crystal phases, their stability, their defects and interfaces, and phase transitions between them. The ordered structures associated with confined geometries also offer opportunities for microfluidics. Other new kinds of foam incorporate particulate matter, and are intermediate between foam and granular matter. Remarkable properties are beginning to emerge for these as well, including “superstability”, that is, a high degree of stability with respect to both coarsening and rupture.  相似文献
