The luminescence properties of CsCdBr3 activated with Tb3+ are reported. It is shown that the ratio of the intensities of the 5D3 and 5D4 emissions are strongly temperature dependent. This is due to the fact that the larger amount of the Tb3+ ions is incorporated in pairs in CsCdBr3. At liquid-helium temperature the interaction between the Tb3+ ions in the pairs is weak and there is a relatively high amount of 5D3 emission. At higher temperatures the probability for cross-relaxation increases and there is more 5D4 emission. The excitation spectrum of the Tb3+ emission shows a relatively strong peak at about 290 nm.  相似文献

为制备表面具有柔性高分子链的磁性微球,采用化学共沉淀法制备了具有超顺磁性的Fe3O4纳米微球,用KH550对Fe3O4纳米微球进行化学改性得到表面氨基化的Fe3O4纳米微球,与2-溴代异丁酰溴反应后制得含有引发官能团的Fe3O4纳米微球,随后将含溴的Fe3O4纳米微球与小分子单体与之通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法共聚。测试结果表明聚合物链成功地接枝到了Fe3O4纳米微球表面。  相似文献

The backbone structure (1,3,4-thiadiazole sulfone derivatives containing amide moiety) of target compounds was determined by modification and optimization of the theoretical design based on commercial chemical carboxin, including molecular docking, scaffold hopping, ligand expansion, etc.In this paper, 23 target compounds were synthesized by the combination of theoretical design and chemical synthesis, and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR MS. Addtionally, the antibacterical bioassay showed that most target compounds performed excellent inhibition on Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac) and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) in vitro. Meanwhile, molecular docking, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, and studies on ligand/protein (carboxin/2FBW and 4n/2FBW) complex systems were displayed, and the interaction patterns of ligand/protein complex system were predicted by molecular docking. Besides, the ligand/protein complex system was subject to MD simulation. The analysis of molecular dynamics such as RMSD values suggested that compound/2FBW complexes were stable. MM/GBSA (Molecular mechanics generalized born surface area) dynamic binding affinity results revealed that the active residues (TYR58, HIS26, ARG43, SER39, etc.) played an essential part in the binding of the compound(s) to form a stable low-energy ligand/protein complex, while the MD trajectories demonstrated that the interactions of drugs with 2FBW affected the tertiary structure and increased the stability of protein. Besides, compound 4n also showed control efficacies (curative and protective) on Xoo in vivo, where the curative efficacy was 35.91% and the protective efficacy was 18.97%. In a word, this study showed that 1,3,4-thiadiazole sulfone derivatives containing amide moiety designed based on the structure of carboxin were promising agricultural antibacterial agents, featuring certain stability of binding affinity to proteins and carboxin.  相似文献

用basin-hopping算法结合密度泛函PBE方法系统搜索了Au5~25Pd团簇的全局稳定结构,并对团簇几何结构,稳定性,Fermi能级,化学硬度和前线轨道进行了分析。计算结果表明,Au5Pd,Au7Pd和Au11Pd团簇为平面结构,其他团簇均为立体结构,与相同原子数纯金团簇结构类似。所有团簇中,Pd原子均位于配位数较高位置。团簇平均结合能随金原子数增大而逐渐增大,并有收敛到某点的趋势。偶数金原子团簇较相邻的奇数金原子团簇稳定。团簇的Fermi能级随团簇增大呈奇偶振荡,偶数金原子团簇的Fermi能级较相邻奇数金原子团簇的低,与金团簇Fermi能级变化类似。Au7Pd,Au12Pd,Au16Pd和Au18Pd团簇化学活性较高。Au5~19Pd团簇中Pd原子优先与CO,烯烃,炔烃等分子形成配位键。CO等小分子仍然吸附到Au20~25Pd团簇的顶点或面中心的金原子。  相似文献

Chuanxiong Rhizoma is a commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. Chuanxiong Rhizoma is widely distributed in Sichuan province, China, including the cities of Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Meishan, Qionglai, and Shifang. However, reports on the comparisons of quality of Chuanxiong Rhizoma of different production origins are limited. Therefore, an ultra-HPLC with triple quadrupole MS method was developed for the determination of 20 bioactive components (12 aromatic acids and eight phthalides) in 36 samples from different production origins and further assessed its quality. The contents of these 20 constituents of samples were analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis; the result indicated that Chuanxiong Rhizoma of different production origins had some differences. Thirteen constituents of quality difference markers were acquired by variable importance for the project. Furthermore, the sum of the contents of these quality difference markers was different from various production origins of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. Meanwhile, Z-ligustilide and senkyunolide A as main constituents of quality difference markers, the rate of various production origins of Chuanxiong Rhizoma was different. This study provides a foundation for the quality assessment of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.  相似文献

采用自动电位滴定法标定硫酸铈溶液,并进行硫酸亚铁片中铁含量的测定。自动电位滴定法以电位突跃监测终点,在45℃~50℃之间,以草酸钠溶液标定硫酸铈溶液,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.070%。取硫酸亚铁片1片用0.01mol·L-1硫酸溶液30mL溶解,直接用硫酸铈溶液滴定测定铁含量。方法用于硫酸亚铁片样品分析,回收率为100%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.2%~2.6%之间。  相似文献

利用第一性原理平面波赝势密度泛函理论, 并结合准谐德拜模型, 计算了立方萤石结构ErH2在不同温度和压强下的体积、热膨胀系数、体弹模量和等体热容等弹性性质及热力学性质。在温度高于1 100 K的条件下,计算出的等体热容趋近于Dulong-Petit极限。得到了绝对零度、零压强下ErH2的该结构的晶格常数为0.523 2 nm,与实验值0.523 0 nm非常接近。由不同的原胞体积得出了该体系的单点能与原胞体积的关系的数据;从计算出的高压下的弹性常数,根据立方晶系的力学稳定性条件,推断出立方萤石结构ErH2的相变压力约为20 GPa。  相似文献

In this paper, a class of nonlinear stochastic neutral differential equations with delays is investigated. By using the properties of ${\mathcal{M}}$ -matrix, a differential-difference inequality is established. Basing on the differential-difference inequality, we develop a ${\mathcal{L}}$ -operator-difference inequality such that it is effective for stochastic neutral differential equations. By using the ${\mathcal{L}}$ -operator-difference inequality, we obtain the global attracting and invariant sets of nonlinear stochastic neutral differential equations with delays. In addition, we derive the sufficient condition ensuring the exponential p-stability of the zero solution of nonlinear stochastic neutral differential equations with delays. One example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our conclusion.  相似文献

In this paper, the global asymptotic stability of Hopfield neural networks (HNNs) with delays is investigated by utilizing Lyapunov functional method and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Distinct difference from other analytical approaches lies in “linearization” of the neural network model, by which the considered neural network model is transformed into a linear time-variant system. Then, a process, which is called parameterized first-order model transformation, is used to transform the linear system. Novel criteria for global asymptotic stability of the unique equilibrium point of delayed HNNs are obtained. The results are related to the size of delays. The obtained results are less conservative and restrictive than those established in the earlier references. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of our proposed method.  相似文献
