为实现凝视卫星高分跟踪成像,设计了数字域时间延迟积分(TDI)互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)传感器在凝视姿态下的成像匹配模型,推导了卫星凝视跟踪成像时相对轨道坐标系的姿态变化,采用坐标变换方法实时计算其在凝视过程中随姿态变化的行转移时间,利用蒙特卡罗方法统计计算了凝视模式下姿态指向精度和稳定度对成像的影响。利用数字域TDI CMOS原理样机和小卫星姿态控制系统全物理仿真平台对成像进行了仿真分析。结果表明,卫星的姿态控制精度在成像过程中会引起纵向的像移速度失配和横向匹配的残余像移,成像积分级数越高,图像信噪比越大。积分级数的增加对卫星姿态提出较高要求,仿真平台姿态角和姿态角速度控制精度分别优于0.05°,0.005°/s时,采用积分级数为48级能较好地满足成像质量要求。  相似文献

We present the low temperature testing of an SCD detector, investigating its performance such as readout noise, energy resolution at 5.9 keV and dark current. The SCD's performance is closely related to temperature, and the temperature range of -80 ℃ to -50 ℃ is the best choice, where the FWHM at 5.9 keV is about 130 eV. The influence of the neutron irradiation from an electrostatic accelerator with fluence up to 1×109 cm-2 has been examined. We find the SCD is not vulnerable to neutron irradiation. The detailed operations of the SCD and the test results of low temperature are reported, and the results of neutron irradiation are discussed.  相似文献

Coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations combined with milestoning method are used to study the stochastic process of polymer chain translocation though a nanopore. We find that the scalings for polymer translocation process (the chain is initialized with the first monomer in the nanopore) and for polymer escape process (the chain is initialized with the middle monomer in the nanopore) are different. The translocation process is mainly controlled by the entropic barrier, while the polymer escape process is driven by the effective force due to free energy difference.  相似文献

为了寻找简单的多组全动型变焦系统的解算方法及降低全动型变焦距系统设计时对经验的过分依赖,提出了一种全新的方法来计算系统组元的光焦度分配。以组元之间的间隔为初始量,把组元的运动形式作为自由量,通过计算公式求出满足间隔要求的光焦度分配和组元运动形式。该方法在一定程度上降低了变焦系统光焦度分配的难度,更重要的是,为探寻新的变焦运动方式提供了一种新的思路。在得到系统的光焦度分配之后又推导出一种求解系统组元移动曲线的简单方法。为了验证该方法的可行性,设计了一个四组式全动型变焦系统。所设计系统优化后的光焦度分配值和计算的结果都很接近,并且得到了组元的移动曲线,从而验证了该方法的正确性。  相似文献

采用多项式校正方法对光子计数位置灵敏探测器成像畸变进行校正。介绍光子计数位置灵敏探测器工作原理并分析其畸变产生原因;介绍多项式校正原理,并给出光子计数位置灵敏探测器畸变多项式校正流程;采用该方法对两种不同畸变程度的基于楔条形阳极该类探测器进行了畸变校正,校正后残余误差分别为2.5pixel和1.2pixel。实验结果表明,多项式校正法能够有效校正光子计数位置灵敏探测器成像畸变。  相似文献

We present a simple, low-cost and high-effective method for synthesizing high-quality, large-area graphene using radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (RF-PECVD) on SiO2/Si substrate covered with Ni thin film at relatively low temperatures (650 °C). During deposition, the trace amount of carbon (CH4 gas flow rate of 2 sccm) is introduced into PECVD chamber and the deposition time is only 30 s, in which the carbon atoms diffuse into the Ni film and then segregate on its surface, forming single-layer or few-layer graphene. After deposition, Ni is removed by wet etching, and the obtained single continuous graphene film can easily be transferred to other substrates. This investigation provides a large-area, low temperature and low-cost synthesis method for graphene as a practical electronic material.  相似文献

ZnO quantum-dot chains codoped with Eu3+ and Er3+ were synthesized by the chemical precipitation method and the codoping effects on the structures, morphologies and optical properties of the powders were briefly investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) results indicated the Eu3+ and Er3+ were incorporated into the crystal lattice of ZnO host. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) measurements showed the sizes of the ZnO quantum dots decreased with the increase of Eu3+ and Er3+ doping concentration, and the quantum-dot chains were formed by codoping with Eu3+ and Er3+. The green emissions in the photoluminescence spectra were attributed to 4f-4f of Er3+ inner shell 2H11/2 → 4I15/2 and 4S3/2 → 4I15/2 transitions, and the characteristic red emissions of Eu3+ ions were attributed to the 5D0 → 7F1 and 5D0 → 7F2 transitions, respectively. Moreover, the red emission of the Eu3+ ions gradually decreased with the Er3+ ions doping concentration increased, which may be due to the different energy storage centers in the powders.  相似文献

A stochastic ratio-dependent predator-prey model is investigated in this paper. By the comparison theorem of stochastic equations and Itô’s formula, we obtain the global existence of a positive unique solution of the ratio-dependent model. Besides, a condition for species to be extinct is given and a persistent condition is established. We also conclude that both the prey population and the ratio-dependent function are stable in time average. In the end, numerical simulations are carried out to confirm our findings.  相似文献
