This paper describes a parametric family of utility functions for decision analysis. The parameterization embeds the HARA class in a four-parameter representation for the risk aversion function. The resulting utility functions can have only four shapes: concave, convex, S-shaped, and reverse S-shaped. This makes the family suited for both expected utility and prospect theory. The paper also describes an alternative technique to estimate the four parameters from elicited utilities, which is simpler than standard fitting by minimization of the mean quadratic error.  相似文献

In the present paper, two kinds of dynamical complex networks are considered. The first is that elements of every node have different time delays but all nodes in such networks have the same time-delay vector. The second is that different nodes have different time-delay vectors, and the elements of each node also have different time delays. Corresponding synchronization theorems are established. The metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy growth of a highly reflective 24-pair AlGaAsSb/InP-distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) is reported for the first time. The influence of the growth parameters such as the V/III input ratio, the growth temperature and the pressure, the total H2 flow, the gas velocity and the switching sequence of the source gases at the interfaces has been deeply investigated and optimized to achieve stable growth conditions. The DBR achieves a reflectivity as high as 99.5% around 1.55 μm, a uniform stable composition, and an excellent crystal quality over the 2 inch wafer, with a surface free of crosshatch and a defect density below 1/cm2. For the optical characterizations, measurements of linear and nonlinear reflectivity, transmission, pump-probe and photoluminescence were done. The interfaces and bulk layers of InP/AlGaAsSb/InP heterostructures were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. High resolution X-ray diffraction measurements were used to determine the composition shift in the growth plane of the DBR. The measurements show the high quality of the growth and demonstrate that thick AlGaAsSb/InP heterostructures can be grown by metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOVPE), and in particular DBRs above 1.31 μm.  相似文献

A new traffic flow model called density viscous continuum model is developed to describe traffic more reasonably. The two delay time scales are taken into consideration, differing from the model proposed by Xue and Dai [Phys. Rev. E 68 (2003) 066123]. Moreover the relative density is added to the motion equation from which the viscous term can be derived, so we obtain the macroscopic continuum model from microscopic car following model successfully. The condition for stable traffic flow is derived. Nonlinear analysis shows that the density fluctuation in traffic flow induces density waves. Near the onset of instability, a small disturbance could lead to solitons determined by the Korteweg-de-Vries (KdV) equation, and the soliton solution is derived. The results show that local cluster effects can be obtained from the new model and are consistent with the diverse nonlinear dynamical phenomena observed in the freeway traffic.  相似文献

The free volume hole and its distribution in polyoxymethylene have been studied over the temperature range (5–90 °C) by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. At a certain temperature (20 °C) the variation of ortho-positronium lifetime shows a distinct increase in its slope. The hole volume shows a small linear increase with temperature below glass transition temperatue and a steeper increase above it. A linear relation between ln(σT0.5) and 1/Vh was observed and the critical hole volume was estimated.  相似文献

Temperature dependence of positronium formation in phenanthrene was investigated. On crossing the solid-solid phase transition point in both directions a sharp decrease of positronium creation probability was observed. This paper proposes an improved human-body-segmentation algorithm with attention-based feature fusion and a refined corner-based feature-point design with sub-pixel stereo matching for the anthropometric system. In the human-body-segmentation algorithm, four CBAMs are embedded in the four middle convolution layers of the backbone network (ResNet101) of PSPNet to achieve better feature fusion in space and channels, so as to improve accuracy. The common convolution in the residual blocks of ResNet101 is substituted by group convolution to reduce model parameters and computational cost, thereby optimizing efficiency. For the stereo-matching scheme, a corner-based feature point is designed to obtain the feature-point coordinates at sub-pixel level, so that precision is refined. A regional constraint is applied according to the characteristic of the checkerboard corner points, thereby reducing complexity. Experimental results demonstrated that the anthropometric system with the proposed CBAM-based human-body-segmentation algorithm and corner-based stereo-matching scheme can significantly outperform the state-of-the-art system in accuracy. It can also meet the national standards GB/T 2664-2017, GA 258-2009 and GB/T 2665-2017; and the textile industry standards FZ/T 73029-2019, FZ/T 73017-2014, FZ/T 73059-2017 and FZ/T 73022-2019.  相似文献
