由于具有较高的信/噪比,导电炭黑糊电极(CCBPE)具有优良的电分析化学性能。论文采用循环伏安(CV)及线性扫描伏安(LSV)等方法研究了己烯雌酚(DES)在CCBPE上的电化学行为,初步探讨了电极响应机理。在此基础上,对影响伏安响应信号的因素(诸如支持电解质种类、pH值、富集电位和富集时间等)进行了研究和优化。在优化条件下,DES的氧化峰电流与其浓度在3.1×10-9~1.55×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.55×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。据此建立了一种快速、高灵敏的DES检测方法。应用于测定经过简单预处理的淡水渔业水样,得到了满意的结果。 相似文献

A dip-coating method to fabricate wet and dry type of colloidal crystal films was developed. The wet type of colloidal crystal film was fabricated by lifting an agarose-hydrogel-coated substrate out of an aqueous suspension containing monodisperse polymer spheres and the dry type of colloidal crystal film was derived by following desiccation of the wet film. Monodisperse spheres formed ordered structures in the both type of the films, which contributed sharp reflection peaks. Brilliant colors were observed when the reflection peaks fell in the visible region. Formation mechanism of the colloidal crystal and their optical properties were discussed. 相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术与真空离子溅射相结合的方法制备了TiO2∶Au复合纳米纤维, 并采用SEM和X射线电子能谱仪对其进行了表征. 结果表明TiO2∶Au纳米纤维的表面形态能通过Au沉积时间得到很好的控制. 同时在紫外光照射下采用乙醛体系考察了TiO2纳米纤维和TiO2∶Au复合纳米纤维催化剂降解乙醛性能, 结果证明TiO2∶Au复合纳米纤维具有更好的催化效率, 紫外光照射70 min后乙醛被完全降解. 相似文献

用分子动力学模拟方法研究了C60团簇与稠密等离子体的相互作用。在线性化的伏拉索夫-泊松理论框架下,借助于经典的等离子体介电函数,推导了团簇的阻止本领的一般表达式。用数值方法求解了团中离子的运动方程,研究了团簇的库仑爆炸过程,讨论了入射速度、等离子体密度和电子温度对阻止本领和库仑爆炸的影响。结果发现尾流效应降低了C60团簇离子的库仑爆炸速度,甚至压缩了团簇的结构,在高速、低密、高温的情况下库仑爆炸进行得更快。 相似文献

Twenty-five novel EST-derived simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers were developed in the ark shell Scapharca broughtonii. Polymorphisms of these EST-SSR markers were evaluated in 48 wild individuals collected from Shidao, Shandong Province, China. A total of 202 alleles were detected at 25 loci. The numbers of alleles per locus ranged from 4 to 14, with an average of 8.08. The observed and expected heterozygosities varied from 0.2917 to 1.000 and from 0.3570 to 0.9002, respectively. After sequential Bonferroni correction for multiple tests, only one locus was found to deviate from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Twenty-five EST-SSR markers showed a high rate of across-species transferability (100%) in Scapharca subcrenata and a low rate of across-genus transferability (20%) in Tegillarca granosa. These EST-SSRs will be helpful for QTL mapping, molecular breeding and investigation of population genetic diversity in ark shell S. broughtonii and other Scapharca species. 相似文献

Compared to conventional film photocatalysts, fiber photocatalyst has a greater surface-to-volume ratio and a 3-D open structure that allows its surface active sites to be accessible for reactants more easily and effectively. However, TiO 2 powder (Degussa P25), by itself, cannot be prepared in the form of fibers, but with the help of a polymer nanofiber, TiO 2 particles can be immobilized in a fibrous network of polyelectrolyte. Here, hybrid multilayered hollow nanofibers (HMHNFs) composed of TiO 2 /polyelectrolyte (PE) have been prepared by a combination of a electrospinning method and layer-by-layer (LBL) technology. The results show that both the average diameter and the wall thickness of the HMHNFs can be well controlled by the template, as well as the number of coating layers. The dried morphology of the obtained HMHNFs is dependent on the inner deposited numbers of the polyelectrolyte layers. When compared with other nanostructured TiO 2 materials, such as commercial TiO 2 nanoparticles (P25, Degussa) and TiO 2 films, the hollow TiO 2 /PE hybrid nanofibers exhibited higher photocatalytic activities. 相似文献

Some natural products, such as traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs), contain compounds with anticancer activity and have attracted a great interest in recent years as alternative anticancer therapies. A quick and convenient assay for screening antimicrotubule compounds in which in vitro microdialysis/high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is used to monitor the binding of the compounds extracted from TCM Taxus cuspidata Siebold & Zucc(Taxus) to microtubules is reported. It was observed that the extract of Taxus contains at least five compounds which have affinity interaction with microtubules by biological fingerprinting analysis, and they were identified as the taxoids of taxol, baccatin III, 10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ(10-DAB), cephalomannine and 7-epi-10-deacetyltaxol (7-epi-10-DAT) based on the comparison of their high-performance liquid chromatographic/mass spectrometric and UV spectra with those of the standard samples, both assembly-promoting and disassembly-inhibiting characteristics of those compounds were evaluated. It was observed that baccatin Ⅲ and 10-DAB bound to microtubules and the binding degrees were influenced by GTP. Three metal coordination polymers {[Co(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2NO3–}n ( 1 ), {[Mn(L)2(H2O)2]2+ · 2Cl– · 3H2O}n ( 2 ), and [ZnL(ba)2]n ( 3 ) [L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine and Hba = benzoic acid] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a one‐dimensional (1D) chain structure. Adjacent chains are connected by hydrogen bonding and nitrate groups to form a 3D network. Complex 2 features a 2D layer structure. A three‐dimensional network is constructed through the cluster consisting of two chloride ions and three water molecules. Complex 3 shows a 1D zigzag chain structure that further twists together to form a 3D network. The X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 – 3 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the three complexes. 相似文献
