使用T-20治疗HIV-1患者的不同策略的数学建模与研究

通过建立数学模型,描述了HIV-1感染者使用抗病毒治疗药物——融合酶抑制剂(T-20)的治疗效果.使用脉冲微分方程描述了T-20的使用过程,并考虑了两种不同的药物消除动力学:一级消除动力学与米-曼(Michaelis-Menten)消除动力学.此模型是个非自治微分方程系统,主要关注其无病平衡态,并研究当接受治疗者在服药完全依从的治疗过程中无病平衡态的稳定性.分别针对药物剂量与服药间隔得到了使得无病平衡态稳定的阈值条件.此外,还研究了间歇治疗的效果.研究表明,间歇治疗的效果甚至可以比完全不治疗还要糟糕.     

Flexible metal–insulator–metal (MIM) devices for plastic film AM-LCD

We developed new flexible metal–insulator–metal (MIM) devices subject to plastic film substrate. The structure of the MIM device is that a Ta₂O₅ insulator is covered with two flexible Al electrodes on both sides. The flexible structure of the MIM device was successfully fabricated applying our own etch-free process.

In present paper, we study precisely the growth of analytic functions defined by zero order Laplace-Stieltjes transformation converging in right plane. The coefficient characterizations of generalized logarithmic p-type and generalized lower logarithmic p-type are obtained, which improve the results of logarithmic type and lower logarithmic type.

Modelling two different therapy strategies for drug T-20 on HIV-1 patients

A mathematical model describing the antiretroviral therapy of Enfuvirtide on HIV-1 patients is developed. The effect of Enfuvirtide (formerly called T-20) by impulsive differential equations is modeled by two different drug elimination kinetics, the first-order elimination kinetics and the Michaelis-Menten elimination kinetics. The model is a non-autonomous system of differential equations. For a time-dependent system, the disease-free equilibrium is mainly studied. Its stability, when the therapy is taken with perfect adherence, is obtained. To ensure the disease-free equilibrium remains stable, the analytical thresholds for dosage and dosing intervals are determined. The effects of supervised treatment interruption are also explored. It is shown that the supervised treatment interruption can be worse than no therapy at all.

某类解析函数的Fekete-szegoe问题

引入某族定义在单位圆内的解析函数K（λ，β），它是卢型近于凸函数族的推广类。讨论了该族函数的Fekete-Szegoe问题，得到其Fekete-Szegoe不等式并证明了在一定条件下结果是准确的。     

Facile surface modification of mesoporous silica with heterocyclic silanes for efficiently removing arsenic

SBA-15 was modified with heterocyclic silanes for synthesis bi-SBA-15 by using ring-opening click reaction in a short time under mild conditions. The prepared bi-SBA-15 can directly remove As(III) and As(V) without preoxidizing As(III) to As(V).     

Substrate and pretreatment dependence of Cu nucleation by metal–organic chemical vapor deposition

The nucleation of copper (Cu) with (hfac)Cu(VTMS) organometallic precursor is investigated for Si, SiO₂, TiN, and W₂N substrates. As the deposition temperature is increased, the dominant growth mechanism is observed to change from the nucleation of Cu particles to the clustering of Cu nuclei around 180 °C independent of the employed substrates. It is also observed that the cleaning of substrate surfaces with the diluted HF solution improves the selectivity of Cu nucleation between TiN and SiO₂ substrates. Dimethyldichlorosilane treatment is found to passivate the surface of TiN substrate, contrary to the generally accepted belief, when the TiN substrate is cleaned by H₂O₂ solution before the treatment.
