Complexes of transition metals [Co(II), Cd(II) and Mo(0)] with a new enaminone (PA) 3-chloro-4-((4-methoxyphenyl)amino)pent-3-en-2-one were synthesized and afterwards characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB-MS, UV–Vis, ICP-OES, TGA and FTIR. The spectroscopic and conductance data suggested that the ligand (PA) is attached to the metal ions in bidentate, neutral form through the nitrogen atom of amino group and the oxygen of carbonyl group. Metal complexes displayed octahedral geometries. In vitro urease inhibition and cytotoxic activities of all the compounds were evaluated. Results revealed that Co(II) complex (PA-Co) was even more significant than the reference drug thiourea. Analysis of the cytotoxicity indicated that, the Co(II) complex has more cytotoxic effect than enaminone ligand and other complexes when assessed on the human cancer cell lines MCF-7.Molecular docking simulation was also performed to find out the putative binding mode within the target protein.  相似文献

Biquandles are algebraic objects with two binary operations whose axioms encode the generalized Reidemeister moves for virtual knots and links. These objects also provide set theoretic solutions of the well-known Yang-Baxter equation. The first half of this paper proposes some natural constructions of biquandles from groups and from their simpler counterparts, namely, quandles. We completely determine all words in the free group on two generators that give rise to (bi)quandle structures on all groups. We give some novel constructions of biquandles on unions and products of quandles, including what we refer as the holomorph biquandle of a quandle. These constructions give a wealth of solutions of the Yang-Baxter equation. We also show that for nice quandle coverings a biquandle structure on the base can be lifted to a biquandle structure on the covering. In the second half of the paper, we determine automorphism groups of these biquandles in terms of associated quandles showing elegant relationships between the symmetries of the underlying structures.  相似文献

The tenacity of the present study was to develop a material using an economical chemical route, having balance between magnetic and dielectric order parameters for maximum transmittance of electromagnetic waves in order to use them in shielding materials. In this context, Mn-Zn ferrites were prepared using a wet chemical based sol-gel auto-combustion technique. X-ray diffraction confirmed the pure phase formation of samples, while some impurity peaks were also present for the higher value of Mn substitution. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed a decrease in grain size with increasing Mn substitution. While energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy confirmed the elemental composition of pure and Mn substituted samples, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and tangent loss were decreased with increasing frequency and increasing Mn substitution. The complex electric modulus was found to be a function of frequency and values of complex electric modulus were increased with increasing frequency and Mn substitution. The complex impedance of RC series circuit and RC parallel circuit was also decreased with increasing both the parameters while AC conductivity was increased in the series. Dielectric frequency response was also studied for the prepared samples and the best match was found with expected results. The Nyquist and Cole-Cole plots revealed the semi-conductive behavior at higher frequency and Mn substitution also yielded the same results. The relative stability of the samples to be used as dielectric materials was also studied using Bode and Nichols plots, and a comparatively high gain margin was observed, well suitable for potential applications in electromagnetic shielding.  相似文献

This paper investigates the phenomenon of complexity factor for static charged anisotropic cylindrical configuration. We formulate some basic equations such as Einstein–Maxwell field equations, Tolman–Opphenheimer–Volkoff equation and mass equation. Further, the orthogonal splitting of the Riemann tensor is used to obtain the structure scalars that lead to the complexity factor. Finally, we investigate some theoretical models with vanishing complexity condition. It is found that the complexity of the system increases for α ≤ 1 in the presence of the electromagnetic field.  相似文献
