In this study, S-doped g-C_3N_4 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by one-step solid-state microwave synthesis. The detailed characterizations through XRD, FT-IR, SEM and XPS were studied. In addition, the electrochemical properties as supercapacitor of the sample were tested by cyclic voltammetry(CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge(GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques. The results showed a high specific capacitance of 691 F/g at current density of 4 A/g in 2 M KOH + 0.15 M K_3[Fe(CN)_6] electrolyte. This study shows that the microwave synthesis is a promising way to design carbon-based electrodes for supercapacitor. 相似文献

Interface engineering has been applied as an effective strategy to boost the electrocatalytic performance because of the strong coupling and synergistic effects between individual components. Here, we engineered vertically aligned FeOOH/CoO nanoneedle array with a synergistic interface between FeOOH and CoO on Ni foam (NF) by a simple impregnation method. The synthesized FeOOH/CoO exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic activity and stability for both hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in an alkaline medium. For the overall water splitting, the bifunctional FeOOH/CoO nanoneedle catalyst requires only a cell voltage of 1.58 V to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm−2, which is much lower than that required for IrO2//Pt/C (1.68 V). The FeOOH/CoO catalyst has been successfully applied for solar cell-driven water electrolysis, revealing its great potential for commercial hydrogen production and solar energy storage. 相似文献

Nafion covered core–shell structured Fe3O4@graphene nanospheres (GNs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was successfully prepared and used for selective detection dopamine. Firstly, the characterizations of hydro-thermal synthesized Fe3O4@GNs were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy. Then Fe3O4@GNs/Nafion modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidations of dopamine (DA). The interference test showed that the coexisted ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) had no electrochemical interference toward DA. Under the optimum conditions, the broad linear relationship was obtained in the experimental concentration from 0.020 μM to 130.0 μM with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.007 μM. Furthermore, the core–shell structured Fe3O4@GNs/Nafion/GCE was applied to the determination of DA in real samples and satisfactory results were got, which could provide a promising platform to develop excellent biosensor for detecting DA. 相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) gas therapy has been regarded as a promising strategy for cancer treatment. However, its therapeutic efficiency is still unsatisfying due to the limitations of monotherapy. Previous preclinical and clinical studies have shown that combination therapy could significantly enhance therapeutic efficiency. Herein, a graphene oxide (GO)-l-arginine (l-Arg, a natural NO donor) hybrid nanogenerator is developed followed by surface functionalization of soybean lecithin (SL) for synergistic enhancement of cancer treatment through photothermal and gas therapy. The resultant GO-Arg-SL nanogenerator not only exhibited good biocompatibility and excellent endocytosis ability, but also exhibited excellent photothermal conversion capability and high sensitivity to release NO within tumor microenvironment via inducible NO synthase (iNOS) catalyzation. Moreover, the produced hyperthermia and intracellular NO could synergistically kill cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo. More importantly, this nanogenerator can efficiently eliminate tumor while inhibiting the tumor recurrence because of the immunogenic cell death (ICD) elicited by NIR laser-triggered hyperthermia and the immune response activation by massive NO generation. We envision that the GO-Arg-SL nanogenerator could provide a potential strategy for synergistic photothermal and gas therapy. 相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) segmentation is a fundamental and significant task since it can guide subsequent clinic diagnosis and treatment. However, images are often corrupted by defects such as low-contrast, noise, intensity inhomogeneity, and so on. Therefore, a weighted level set model (WLSM) is proposed in this study to segment inhomogeneous intensity MRI destroyed by noise and weak boundaries. First, in order to segment the intertwined regions of brain tissue accurately, a weighted neighborhood information measure scheme based on local multi information and kernel function is designed. Then, the membership function of fuzzy c-means clustering is used as the spatial constraint of level set model to overcome the sensitivity of level set to initialization, and the evolution of level set function can be adaptively changed according to different tissue information. Finally, the distance regularization term in level set function is replaced by a double potential function to ensure the stability of the energy function in the evolution process. Both real and synthetic MRI images can show the effectiveness and performance of WLSM. In addition, compared with several state-of-the-art models, segmentation accuracy and Jaccard similarity coefficient obtained by WLSM are increased by 0.0586, 0.0362 and 0.1087, 0.0703, respectively. 相似文献

Here we reported that UV light irradiation can significantly enhance sensitivity of Ti/TiO2 electrode for determination of trace heavy metal ions (such as Cu2 +, Pb2 + and Cd2 +) owing to the photodeposition of metal ions on the surface of electrodes. The sensitivity of heavy metal ions can be selectively enhanced over the Ti/TiO2 electrode, which is attributed to matching between potential of heavy metal ions and the position of the conduction band of TiO2. 相似文献

Covering is a common form of data representation, and covering-based rough sets serve as an efficient technique to process this type of data. However, many important problems such as covering reduction in covering-based rough sets are NP-hard so that most algorithms to solve them are greedy. Matroids provide well-established platforms for greedy algorithm foundation and implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate covering-based rough set with matroid. In this paper, we propose four matroidal structures of coverings and establish their relationships with rough sets. First, four different viewpoints are presented to construct these four matroidal structures of coverings, including 1-rank matroids, bigraphs, upper approximation numbers and transversals. The respective advantages of these four matroidal structures to rough sets are explored. Second, the connections among these four matroidal structures are studied. It is interesting to find that they coincide with each other. Third, a converse view is provided to induce a covering by a matroid. We study the relationship between this induction and the one from a covering to a matroid. Finally, some important concepts of covering-based rough sets, such as approximation operators, are equivalently formulated by these matroidal structures.
