快速准确地测定煤质硫含量,可为企业、环境监督部门提供重要的技术依据。国内外已有多种煤质硫含量分析仪器,但或多或少存在令操作人员不满意的地方。提出一种基于紫外(UV)差分吸收光谱(DOAS)的煤质硫含量测量方法。针对分子数分数测量范围宽、光程短等问题,在传统算法的基础上,提出基于有限脉冲响应(FIR)滤波和四阶多项式非线性补偿的改进DOAS算法。搭建了实验测量系统,对5种标准煤样进行了实验研究。结果表明,测量系统的下限为0.014%,能够去除烟尘和背景气体的影响,降低系统的维护量,单次测量时间在4min左右,测量系统的重复性满足国家标准的要求。 相似文献

分销网络设计包括设施选址、库存控制、运输等方面的设计与优化,但以往只是从战略层、战术层、运作层来分别进行各自的研究。实际上,这三个层次的决策要素之间存在着复杂的互动关系,并存在着广泛的效益悖反关系,这些在变化的环境下显得尤为突出。本文充分考虑时间因素的重要性,从物流系统的集成优化高度出发,研究建立需求随机的多分销中心多顾客的设施选址———运输路线安排———库存控制问题(ILRIP)的模型,对此设计了一个两层粒子群优化(PSO)算法,并给出了计算实例。研究结果有助于供应链分销网络的集成优化,缩短商品流转周期,提高顾客服务水平,提升竞争力。 相似文献

The dynamic gain responses of the semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) in a terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD) to intense control pulses with different input energies and pulse widths are investigated. The influences on the switching characteristics of TOAD for different control pulse energies, widths, loop time asymmetry, and time delays between the signal pulse and control pulse are studied and analyzed in detail. This paper focuses on the production control of a manufacturing system with time-delay, demand uncertainty and extra capacity. Time-delay is a typical feature of networked manufacturing systems (NMS), because an NMS is composed of many manufacturing systems with transportation channels among them and the transportation of materials needs time. Besides this, for a manufacturing system in an NMS, the uncertainty of the demand from its downstream manufacturing system is considered; and it is assumed that there exist two-levels of demand rates, i.e., the normal one and the higher one, and that the time between the switching of demand rates are exponentially distributed. To avoid the backlog of demands, it is also assumed that extra production capacity can be used when the work-in-process (WIP) cannot buffer the high-level demands rate. For such a manufacturing system with time-delay, demand uncertainty and extra capacity, the mathematical model for its production control problem is established, with the objective of minimizing the mean costs for WIP inventory and occupation of extra production capacity. To solve the problem, a two-level hedging point policy is proposed. By analyzing the probability distribution of system states, optimal values of the two hedging levels are obtained. Finally, numerical experiments are done to verify the effectiveness of the control policy and the optimality of the hedging levels. 相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a limited-permeable rectangular crack in a transversely isotropic piezoelectric material is impinged by to a P-wave. The generalized Almansi theorem and the Schmidt method are used to determine the stress intensity factor and energy density factor as the primary fracture criterion of failure. The mixed boundary value problem entails the evaluation of the appropriate crack edge stress singularities that are characteristics of the fundamental functions. The stress and electric displacement intensity factors are also used to find the energy release rate that can be computed numerically and compared with the results corresponding to those of the stress intensity factor, and energy density factor. Graphical presentation shows that the energy release rate is always negative for the boundary conditions considered while the energy density factors always remain positive. Under certain conditions, the stress and electric displacement intensity factors can be negative and subject to physical limitations. Piezoelectric material boundary value problem solutions should therefore be qualified by the application of failure criteria by fracture of otherwise, particularly when the mechanical and electrical energy can release by creating free surface at the macroscopic and microscopic scales. Negative energy release rate found for the piezoelectric medium in this work can be a case in point.Positive definiteness of the energy density factor can be applied to mutliscale fracture. This is not true for the stress intensity factor nor the energy release rate. Hence, crack initiation behavior for the permittivity of a rectangular crack due to the wave propagation effects may be studied. In particular, the initiation of micro-cracks may be identified with certain critical stress wave frequency band. Negative stress intensity factor may not enhance macrocracking but it does not exclude microcrack initiation. 相似文献

During the pneumatic conveying, pulverized coal with different moisture contents may develop substantial difference in flow characteristics, whose cause is not fully understood. This study focused on influence of moisture content on conveying characteristics in an experimental test facility with the conveying pressure up to 4 MPa. The experiments included soft coal and lignite with similar density and particle size. With the increase in moisture content, the mass flow rate decreased for lignite (3.24% < M < 8.18%) but increased at first and then decreased for soft coal (0.4% < M < 6.18%) at same operating parameters. The flowability of soft coal was worse than that of lignite at similar operating parameters and external moisture content. The extremal conveying moisture contents of two coal types were obtained. The particle charge and surface moisture content were investigated to indicate influence mechanism of moisture content on mass flow rate in pneumatic conveying at high pressure. Pressure drop of soft coal was greater than that of lignite for same test section. The conveying phase diagram of dense-phase pulverized coal at high pressure was obtained and the pressure drops through different test sections were compared and analyzed. The bend loss factor rose with the increase in moisture content and was independent of conveying velocity and solid-gas ratio in dense-phase pneumatic conveying at high pressure. 相似文献
