In this work, we consider a genic mutational predator?Cprey system with birth pulse and impulsive cutting on prey population at different moments. All the solutions of the investigated system are proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded. The conditions of the globally asymptotically stable predator-extinction boundary periodic solution of the investigated system are obtained. The permanent conditions of the investigated system are also obtained. Finally, numerical simulations are inserted to illustrate the results. Our results present that the genic mutational rate plays an important role on the permanence of the investigated system. Our results also provide reliable tactic basis for the practical biological economics management. 相似文献

The present paper discusses our investigation of InGaAs surface morphology annealed for different lengths of time.After annealing for 15 min,the ripening of InGaAs islands is completed.The real space scanning tunneling microscopy(STM) images show the evolution of InGaAs surface morphology.A half-terrace diffusion theoretical model based on thermodynamic theory is proposed to estimate the annealing time for obtaining flat morphology.The annealing time calculated by the proposed theory is in agreement with the experimental results. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider the genic mutation on an impulsive population system in polluted environment. All solutions of the investigated system are proved to be uniformly bounded. Using mathematical analysis methods, the conditions of the globally asymptotically stable population-extinction solution of the investigated system are obtained. The permanent condition of the investigated system is also obtained. Finally, numerical analysis is carried out illustrate our results. With the help of differential equations with piecewise constant arguments,we first propose a discrete model of a continuous non-autonomous competing system with feedback controls. This paper is concerned with interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with proportional delays. Using appropriate nonlinear variable transformations, the interval general BAM neural networks with proportional delays can be equivalently transformed into the interval general BAM neural networks with constant delays. The sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point of the model is established by applying Brouwer's fixed point theorem. By constructing suitable delay differential inequalities, some sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the model are obtained. 在低As压条件下退火处理原子级平坦的GaAs(001) βup 2(2×4)重构表面. 利用扫描隧道显微镜对表面进行研究, 发现随着低As压退火时间的延长, 表面形貌与表面重构的演变同步进行. 表面形貌经历了从有序平坦转变为无序平坦, 然后逐渐恢复到有序平坦状态的过程. 表面重构则由βup 2(2×4)重构逐渐转变为(2×6)重构, 然后再转变为锯齿状的(2×6)重构, 并且表面形貌与表面重构的演变存在一定的相互关系. 相似文献

A nonautonomous Lotka–Volterra dispersal system with continuous delays and discrete delays is considered. By using a comparison theorem and delay differential equation basic theory, we obtain sufficient conditions for the permanence of the population in every patch. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional, we prove that the system is globally asymptotically stable under some appropriate conditions. Using almost periodic functional hull theory, we get sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and globally asymptotical stability for an almost periodic solution. This implies that the population in every patch exhibits stable almost periodic fluctuation. Furthermore, the results show that the permanence and global stability of system, and the existence and uniqueness of a positive almost periodic solution, depend on the delay; then we call it “profitless”. 相似文献
