Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and microwave-assisted hydrolysis (MAAH) were developed for the sample preparation of guava leaves prior to GC determination of quercetin and its glycosides. Ethanol was selected as the solvent. The optimum MAE temperature, particle size, solvent volume and MAE time are 120 degrees C, 40 - 60 mesh, 20 mL and 5 min, respectively; the optimum MAAH temperature and time, HCl concentration, solvent are 100 degrees C, 5 min, 1.2 mol L(-1) HCl and ethanol, respectively.  相似文献

A method for measuring complex permittivity based on an electric-field cross-correlation Fourier transform spectrometer was proposed. Its principle can be extended over the whole microwave region. Two typical solid media, teflon and plexigrass, and a kind of sand were measured in 8mm-wave region by the method. We present a simple route for ZnSe nanowire growth in the ablation crater on a ZnSe crystal surface. The crystal wafer, which was horizontally dipped in pure water, was irradiated by femtosecond laser pulses. No furnace, vacuum chamber or any metal catalyst were used in this experiment. The size of the nanowires is about 1-3 μm long and 50-150 nm in diameter. The growth rate is 1-3 μm/s, which is much higher than that achieved with molecular-beam epitaxy and chemical vapor deposition methods. Our discovery reveals a rapid and simple way to grow nanowires on designed micro-patterns, which may have potential applications in microscopic optoelectronics.  相似文献

N–p–n InGaP/GaAs Dual-Emitter HPTs (DEHPTs) with and without extrinsic base surface passivation were fabricated to investigate the influence of the surface leakage on the device’s optical performance. There are four operating regions appearing in the output characteristics of DEHPTs under illumination: negative-saturation, negative-tuning, positive-tuning and positive-saturation regions. The InGaP-passivated DEHPT (P-DEHPT), i.e. DEHPT with the extrinsic base surface passivated by InGaP, exhibits the maximum optical gains of 46.57, 46.86 and 47.39 while the non-passivated one (NP-DEHPT) shows ones of 32.02, 33.55 and 33.57 for optical powers of 8.62, 13.2 and 17.5 μW, respectively. However, the NP-DEHPT exhibits the larger peak gain-tuning efficiencies of 37.35, 41.03 and 44.10 compared to 12.76, 13.72 and 16.01 V −1 for the P-DEHPT for optical powers of 8.62, 13.2 and 17.5 μW, respectively. The better tuning efficiency makes the NP-DEHPT a possible low optical power optoelectronic application.  相似文献

LMDS is one kind of fixed broadband wireless access network. It uses radio spectrum between 10GHz and 40GHz to transmit voice, video, and data signals within small cell 3-10 miles in diameter. This paper proposes some key technical scenarios to support videoconferencing services transported on LMDS. Firstly, two kinds of typical LMDS lower layer standards made by DAVIC and 802.16 separately are discussed from the angle of supporting video conferencing services. Then, H.323 is studied and recommended as the standard of LMDS video conferencing system. And some strategies are proposed to support H.323 services on LMDS. After that, IP multicast technology, the key supporting technology of H.323, is studied from the angle of running on LMDS. Scenarios for IGMP, RMTP protocol running on LMDS are suggested and analyzed with Markov network queuing theory. The technical scenarios proposed by this paper make use of the transporting property of LMDS to support LMDS videoconferencing system more effectively.  相似文献

LiCaBO3 was synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction. The influence of different rare earth dopants, i.e. Dy3+, Tb3+, Tm3+ and Ce3+, on thermoluminescence (TL) of LiCaBO3 phosphor was discussed. We studied the TL properties and some dosimetric characteristics of Ce3+-activated LiCaBO3 phosphor in detail. The effect of the concentration of Ce3+ on TL was investigated, the result of which showed that the optimum Ce3+ concentration was 1 mol%. The TL kinetic parameters of LiCaBO3:0.01Ce3+ were studied by computer glow curve deconvolution (CGCD) method. The three-dimensional (3D) TL emission spectra were also studied, peaking at 431 and 474 nm due to the characteristic transition of Ce3+. We also studied the linearity, annealing condition, reproducibility, fading and different heating rate of the LiCaBO3:0.01Ce3+ phosphor.  相似文献

采用稳态和时间分辨的瞬态光谱技术对比研究了一种Corrole化合物5,10,15-三(五氟苯基)Corrole(FtsTPC)和一种卟啉化合物5,10,15,20-四(五氟苯基)卟啉(F20TPP)的光物理特性.结果表明:F15TPC的B带吸收峰较宽而F20TPP的强而窄,F15TPC的Q带有两个吸收峰而F20TPP有四个.F15TPC的荧光量子产率为0.15,荧光寿命为4.8 ns,F20TPP的荧光量子产率为0.05,荧光寿命为11.1 ns;与F20TPP相比F15TPC具有发光效率高、荧光寿命短的特点.F15TPC具有较大的发光速率常数和无辐射跃迁速率常数,这可能是由于F15TPC少了一个氟代苯基,致使其发色团本身的电子结构发生变化所致.另外空间结构的不对称性和非共面性也对其光物理性质有影响.  相似文献
