The synthesis and characterizations for a series of dinuclear gold (I)-di-NHC complexes, 1–8 through the trans-metalation method of their respective silver (I)-di-NHC complexes, i–viii are reported (where NHC = N-heterocyclic carbene). The successful complexation of a series of unusual non-symmetrical and symmetrical di-NHC ligands, 3,3'-(ethane-1,2-diyl)-1-alkylbenzimidazolium-1'-butylbenzimidazolium (with alkyl = methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl, hexyl, heptyl, benzyl) with the gold (I) ions are suggested by elemental analysis, Fourier transform-infrared, 1H- and 13C-NMR data. The 13C-NMR spectra of 1–8 show a singlet sharp peak in the range of 190.00–192.00 ppm, indicating the presence of a carbene carbon that bonded to the gold (I) ion. From single crystal X-ray diffraction data, the structure of complex 6 with the formula of [di-NHC-Au (I)]2·2PF6 is obtained [where NHC = 3,3'-(ethane-1,2-diyl)-1-hexylbenzimidazolium-1'-butylbenzimidazolium]. The photophysical study in solid state of 6 displays an intense photoluminescence with a strong emission maxima, λem = 480 nm, upon excitation at 340 nm at room temperature. Interestingly, the emission maximum at 77 K shows a structural character with a strong peak at 410 nm, a medium at 433 nm and a weak at 387 nm, accompanied by a tail band to about 500 nm. 相似文献
The current study provides a way of extraction for both active NSO and WSE from Nigella sativa seeds using 98% methanol. About 1?kg of ground seeds was macerated by 1:2.5 w/v (g/mL) for 72?hours. After rotary evaporation and 7 days of continuous drying and chilling at 50 and 4?°C, NSO and WSE were obtained at the same instant. Solubility tests of 24 solvents and 11 thin layer chromatographic analyses while 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging assay of NSO (73.66) , WSE (33.32) and NSO?+?WSE (78.22) against ascorbic acid (IC50?=?4.28?mg/mL) was performed. WSE was found to be highly soluble in water and 5% NaOH exhibiting the same Rf value of 0.95 for EtOH:DMSO (9:1) against the honey. WSE has revealed more than twofold higher anti-oxidant activity than others. Formulation of WSE with Tualang honey may provide better targeted hydrophilic drug delivery systems. 相似文献
Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from lipid‐rich fleshy mesocarp tissue of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) fruit and is of global economic and nutritional relevance. While the understanding of oil biosynthesis in plants is improving, the fundamentals of oil biosynthesis in oil palm still require further investigations. To gain insight into the systemic mechanisms that govern oil synthesis during oil palm fruit ripening, the proteomics approach combining gel‐based electrophoresis and mass spectrometry was used to profile protein changes and classify the patterns of protein accumulation during these complex physiological processes. Protein profiles from different stages of fruit ripening at 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 20 weeks after anthesis (WAA) were analysed by two‐dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DE). The proteome data were then visualised using a multivariate statistical analysis of principal component analysis (PCA) to get an overview of the proteome changes during the development of oil palm mesocarp. A total of 68 differentially expressed protein spots were successfully identified by matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionisation‐time of flight (MALDI‐TOF/TOF) and functionally classified using ontology analysis. Proteins related to lipid production, energy, secondary metabolites and amino acid metabolism are the most significantly changed proteins during fruit development representing potential candidates for oil yield improvement endeavors. Data are available via ProteomeXchange with identifier PXD009579. This study provides important proteome information for protein regulation during oil palm fruit ripening and oil synthesis. 相似文献

A novel series of conjugates of benzosuberone and 1,2,3-triazole i.e. 3-(4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)propyl-9-chloro-2,3-dimethyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[7]annulene-8-carboxylic acids (8a-j) were synthesized in good to excellent yields catalysed by CuSO4 under milder reaction conditions and evaluated for their anti-proliferative activity. The structural elucidation of the prepared compounds was carried out using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectral analysis. The newly synthesized derivatives (8a-j) were evaluated for their anti-proliferative activity against four human cell lines and the novel derivatives showed moderate to excellent activity. The obtained results suggest that these compounds can be considered as new hits for anti-proliferative drug development programme and further SAR studies can help obtain better anticancer agents. 相似文献
An n-butyl bromide/sodium dodecyl sulfate/n-butanol/water microemulsion system was chosen as a model of an organohalide-containing microemulsion. Two systems were prepared using the Bourayne method: a water-rich system and an n-butyl-bromide-rich system. The destabilization of this micro-organized system and the phase separation were investigated. This microemulsion, in which the oil phase in the feed is the lower layer, was successfully destabilized using the pervaporation technique with polydimethylsiloxane and poly(vinyl alcohol) membranes. In this way, different factors governing the separation process were investigated such as the mass transfer and the effect of time and operating temperature on the microemulsion destabilization. 相似文献

The influence of time on the mechanical behavior of concrete after exposure to elevated temperatures has been studied. Twenty-one self-compacting high-performance concrete mixtures with different incorporation amounts of coarse recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and three unprocessed waste powder materials have been tested at age of 270 days for residual compressive and flexural strength after exposure to fire. The results have been compared to the results for the same concrete, which have been studied at age of 90 days. A new parameter has been introduced for comparing the responses of concrete to elevated temperatures at different ages; this parameter was the “heat resistance” which expresses the total area under the curve of the relative residual strength (compressive or flexural) after exposing to six temperature degrees (20, 150, 300, 500, 600, and 800 °C). The results showed that the age of concrete has an influence on the response of concrete to elevated temperatures. The heat resistance of compressive strength enhanced with age but the concrete behaved with a tendency different to that at the age of 90 days. The heat resistance of flexural strength has not been affected or slightly decreased but not with more than 10% to that at the age of 90 days. The used waste powder materials were unprocessed waste fly ash, waste cellular concrete powder and waste perlite powder; they proved that using any of them up to 15% as a replacement for cement with 0% or 25% of RCA enhanced the concrete resistance for the fire with time. The main two reasons for changing of residual strength with the time were the changing of water content and the proceeding of hydration of the binder. In general, long ages testing properties of concrete simulate the real behavior of concrete structures accurately.
