Bicyclol is a synthetic drug widely used to treat chronic hepatitis B. This study aimed to develop a selective, sensitive and high‐throughput liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometric method for the detection of bicyclol in human plasma. Bicyclol was detected using a multiple reaction monitoring mode, with ammonium adduct ions (m/z 408.2) as the precursor ion and the [M‐CH3]+ ion (m/z 373.1) subjected to demethylation as the product ion. Chromatographic separation was achieved using a Zobax Eclipse XDB‐C18 column with a gradient elution and a mobile phase of 2 mm ammonium formate and acetonitrile. Bicyclol was extracted from plasma matrix by precipitation. A linear detection response was obtained for bicyclol ranging from 0.500 to 240 ng/mL, and the lower limit of quantification was 0.500 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precisions were all ≤7.4%, and the accuracies were within ±6.0%. The extraction recovery was >95.9%, and the matrix effects were between 96.0% and 108%. Bicyclol was found to be unstable in human plasma at room temperature, but the degradation was minimized by conducting sample collection and preparation in an ice bath. The validated method was successfully applied to investigate the pharmacokinetics of bicyclol tablets in six healthy Chinese volunteers. 相似文献

The corrosion, parasitic reactions, and aggravated dendrite growth severely restrict development of aqueous Zn metal batteries. Here, we report a novel strategy to break the hydrogen bond network between water molecules and construct the Zn(TFSI)2-sulfolane-H2O deep eutectic solvents. This strategy cuts off the transfer of protons/hydroxides and inhibits the activity of H2O, as reflected in a much lower freezing point (<−80 °C), a significantly larger electrochemical stable window (>3 V), and suppressed evaporative water from electrolytes. Stable Zn plating/stripping for over 9600 h was obtained. Based on experimental characterizations and theoretical simulations, it has been proved that sulfolane can effectively regulate solvation shell and simultaneously build the multifunctional Zn-electrolyte interface. 卤代醌是一类卤代芳烃类环境污染物的致癌中间体,也是在饮用水中新发现的氯化消毒副产物。我们最近发现卤代醌和 H2O2 或有机氢过氧化物体系可以不依赖过渡金属离子,而产生高活性的羟基/烷氧自由基和醌氧/醌碳自由基。目前尚不清楚这些卤代醌类致癌物和氢过氧化物共存能否诱导 DNA 产生氧化损伤和修饰,以及其潜在的分子机制是什么。我们的研究发现 DNA 在四氯-1,4-苯醌/H2O2体系中可被氧化产生 8-氧脱氧鸟苷、DNA 链断裂和三种甲基氧化产物,这些反应不依赖过渡金属离子,且由于卤代醌与 DNA 的嵌入作用而导致其氧化作用增强。其他卤代醌也观察到了类似的现象,而且通常比经典的 Fenton 体系更有效。我们进一步将研究从纯化的 DNA 扩展到了活细胞的基因组 DNA。同时还发现卤代醌和有机氢过氧化物(如叔丁基过氧化氢或在正常生理条件下产生的 13S-过氧羟基-9Z,11E-十八碳二烯酸(13-HPODE))共存时,可通过独特的醌氧自由基介导机制诱导 DNA 氧化生成致突变性更强的咪唑啉酮类产物 dIz。这些发现为解释普遍存在的卤代醌类致癌中间体和消毒副产物的潜在基因毒性、致突变性和致癌性提供了新思路。 相似文献

聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF基)含氟聚合物由于其独特的性能受到了广泛的关注。将功能化链段引入PVDF基含氟聚合物可以进一步提升其性能并拓展其应用领域。相较于物理共混法和直接共聚改性法,通过接枝改性法将功能化单体引入含氟聚合物的侧链具有更显著的优势,可便捷、高效地得到组成精确,结构可控的接枝共聚物。本文综述了通过活性自由基聚合(包括ATRP、SET-LRP、有机催化原子转移自由基聚合(O-ATRP)、光诱导Cu(Ⅱ)介导RDRP)和高能射线辐射(γ射线,紫外,电子束)等对PVDF基含氟聚合物功能化接枝改性的方法,并对其发展趋势以及改性聚合物的应用前景进行了展望。 相似文献

Isotope dilution mass spectrometry is recognized as a primary method to obtain traceable values in the measurement of substances including trace elements and their organometallic compounds. This paper reports a novel method where isotope dilution high performance liquid chromatography inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ID-HPLC–ICP-MS) was combined with low temperature extraction for the determination of tributyltin (TBT) in tannery wastewater from the leather industry. It has been found that the liquid–liquid extraction at very low temperature is in the favor of extraction of organotin, as the enrichment factor for low temperature (?80 °C) extraction was about 1.3 times higher than for extraction at room temperature (20 °C). The method detection limit of TBT, obtained from the proposed ID-HPLC–ICP-MS procedure after extraction with a sample volume of 7.5 by 2.5 mL of organic phase, was found to be 0.13 ng g?1. When TBT was determined in a range of 10–1000 ng g?1 in tannery wastewater samples, the analyte recoveries were in the range 90.1–107.2% with relative standard deviations of between 2.0 and 7.2%. Finally, the new method of ID-HPLC–ICP-MS combined with low temperature extraction was applied to the determination of TBT in actual tannery wastewater. The TBT contents from three different tanning procedures (chrome tanning, vegetable tanning and aldehyde tanning), expressed as the mean ± the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) were 378.65 ± 20.38, 110.04 ± 5.96 and 690.17 ± 35.31 ng g?1, respectively. 相似文献
